Fang's POV

Mimi had led us back in our campsite and I can't help but feel mad at her. If it wasn't for her slight selfishness, we could have saved Ying. But then, I wonder how was she.

I got off of the red dragon and I can feel that I'm getting mad again.

Mimi changed back into her normal form and that's when I started shouting. "What's wrong with you?" I asked. The others looked at me.

"Huh?" Mimi asked as if she doesn't know what she just did.

"Why the hell did you left Ying back there? What has gotten into your mind?" I asked.

The little girl frowned and looked down into the ground. "I'm sorry Fang. Sorry."

That's when my blood began to boil more. "Sorry!? You're sorry!? What if she's getting tortured now!? You don't even have an idea of what they might do to her? Your 'sorry' can't do anything to turn back time... it can't even save her!" With that, I left the campsite, hearing Boboiboy saying some stuff. "Mimi, sorry about Fang. He's like that especially when something happens to Ying."

I went for a little walk but then, it was too silent and quite boring. I took my phone out of my pocket and read the time. '5:38 pm' it read. I went to the music player and saw one of Ying's favorite song. It is entitled: Zen Zen Zense,  a song from her most favorite movie 'Kimi No Nawa' (Your name). I played it and began singing it.

Third Person's POV

While Fang is still at the forest, Ying was still in the bedroom. She was looking outside the window, feeling sad and confused. She was sad because everyone had left her and she was confused because of Mimi.

She took her phone out and it is already 5:38 pm. It had been 3 hours since everyone left her and she is still not used to being alone. She tried calling them but she guessed that the room had some sort of force field that prevents her from contacting anyone. She went to the music player and played her favorite song. She began singing it at the same time Fang is singing the song in the forest.

[Ying:]
Yatto me wo, samashita kai
Sore na no ni naze me wo awase ya shinai'n dai?

"Osoi yo" to okuru kimi, koredemo yareru dake tobashite kitanda yo

Kokoro ga karada wo oikoshite kitanda yo

(Translation: At last hello, you've opened your eyes
But why won't you even look at me in the eyes what's wrong with you

You angrily,  tell me that I'm late
Well I'm sorry, but I did my best and running at my fastest pace

My heart overtook my body as it flew to find you in this place)

[Fang:]

Kimi no kami ya hitomi dake de mune ga itai yo ...
Onaji toki Suikonde hanashitakunai yo

Haruka mukashi Kara shiru so no koe ni
Umarete hajimete, nani wo ieba ii?

(Translation: seeing your hair flowing and your bright eyes glowing aches my very core

Wish I could breathe in the same dimension I don't want to let it go

Now that I am finally faced with the voice I've known for so long
I don't know what the words should be the very first I say to you?)

Fang stopped singing and Ying stopped singing too. They just couldn't bear with themselves being too far away from each other. Fang went back to the campsite.

Ying sat back in the bed as she heard the doorknob making a sound which means that someone is coming in. It revealed Gustav. And he has something in his hands... a plate full of different kinds of foods.

"Hey." He greeted as he set the food in front of her. It was sushi, ramen and rice... "Since it is dinnertime, I thought that you would be hungry so I brought you food." He said.

Ying began to be curious. "Does Adu Du know all of this? I mean you could get in trouble..."

Gustav nodded. "He knows since he gets my situation... "

Ying was about to ask but then, Gustav had already picked up the chopsticks and began to scoop some ramen. He held it in front of Ying's face. He chuckled as Ying's face turned red. "I guess I'll feed you since it was my fault you were here." Ying began to protest. "No way. I can do it by myself."

Gustav pouted. "But I insist."

Ying had no other choice. She nodded and Gustav had put the chopsticks in her mouth. The ramen had tasted delicious.

"Who cooked this?" She asked. There are no restaurants in the floating island.

"Me." Gustav replied as he scooped some sushi next.

Ying began to think. Why is he being like this. And what is the situation he is talking about. She just don't get it.

As she finished all of the food that is given to her, she crossed her arms. "Why are you like this?" She asked since she couldn't bear it any longer.

Gustav smirked. "Maybe because I like you. Goodnight Ying!" With that, he left Ying alone in his room.

Did she heard right? He likes her but then, why? She was an enemy but will she even like him back?

The next day, Ying was asleep. Gustav went to his room where she was staying and sat in an armchair beside the bed. Seeing her made him love her even more. For him, she was a goddess. A smart and beautiful goddess. She was even more beautiful than the other girls  back at Ata Ta Tiga...  He smiled as she began talking in her sleep. 'So cute.' He thought.

But then, he frowned when he heard a random guy's name. "Fang don't leave. Please..." Ying muttered in her sleep.

Gustav began to think. Who is this 'Fang' guy? Then, he realized that it was that handsome guy in Ying's group... But he shrug the thought since Ying is just beside him.

Ying woke up from her dream and saw that Gustav was in an armchair beside the bed. "Hey! Why are you here?" She shrieked.

Gustav laughed at her reaction. "Sorry. I'm just here to see you. And also, I'll be taking you somewhere. So go and prepare." He said.

After a few minutes, Ying came out of the bathroom wearing his sister's clothes - a purple and yellow sweater,  a lilac colored skirt and her own shoes. Gustav grabbed Ying's hand and led her out of the headquarters. That's where she saw a weird creature with wings. "What is that?" Ying said, a bit scared of the creature.

"That is my pet dragon." Gustav said.

They both rode the dragon and it began to fly above the whole island. Ying could see the sun and since it was still early, it is still a bit dark. She looked below and saw the weird colored trees.

Gustav smiled as Ying looked at her surroundings in amazement. She just couldn't believe her eyes. This is the most wonderful sight that she had seen. Much better than what Fang gave to her. Now she knows.

She knows that Gustav deserves her love more than Fang because Fang left her when she needs him the most. But then... she's still having sevo

After a few seconds, Ying could hear a sound. It was her favorite song.

Without knowing they both sang the song. And after singing all of it, they chuckled. "That was my favorite." They said in unison.

As Gustav saw someone below, he noticed that it was Fang walking around... He's still not Giving up Ying so they went on a different direction.

As for Fang, he saw the thing above and noticed that it was Ying riding a dragon with someone. With that, he clenched his fist in anger. "I'm getting you back, Ying." He muttered.

Hi guys. I'm backkk!!! Well I finally came back... hahaha lol. Here's another update and about the chapter above, sorry for all the fayi fans but don't worry... this is a fayi book after all so expect that they'll be together at the end of the story.

And also, I'm reminding you that the plot is changing a bit so there's a possibility that this book will have a sequel...  😂✌
