I waited patiently outside of the party room, it was in full swing an Scott wasn't here... I made sure no one would kill him though! Besides Lizzie... Lizzie is well... Lizzie. Ya can't trust her but you can't not trust her. She's a 10ft fish goddess who can shrink down to 6'7. So yeah. I tapped my foot on the ground, getting anxious as seconds passed. But I heard wingbeats in the distance. I looked to the sky, the sky that was painted in beautiful pinks, oranges, yellows and reds as the sun set. And a teal blue was forming from the colours. There he was! After a couple of seconds Scott landed perfectly on the ground space next to me.

" Scott! You came! " I squealed.
" Yeah yeah I'm here. " He said with a chuckle.
" And for once you don't look like, well- " I said not knowing how to not offend the elf.
" overly jeweled and royal? " He said.
" Y- yeah " I said nodding my head.
" The party is in full swing! Come on in! " I said dragging him inside with me.

The music was louder than hell itself. Scott had to cover his ears to not have them bleed.

" Sorry! I'll try to turn the music down! Though I'll have to make an announcement that your here since there was a bet- " I shouted to him over the music.

I left his side leaving him puzzled. I made it to the DJ booth where a song Joel would definitely know was being blasted. I found the music valve thing and turned it down. I took a deep breath as I stepped aside to the mic. I tapped on it getting everyone's attention.

" Emperors! All listen please! " I spoke into the microphone, everyone turning towards me.
" All who bet Scott would come step forwards! " I said, Lizzie let out a small snicker.

No one stepped forward, right as I was going to announce that they were wrong. Shrub stepped forwards, followed by Pearl, Jimmy and Joey. Scott stood idly where I left him.

" Alright alright! Close your eyes everyone or turn around please! " I said into the mic.

Everyone spun, except the ones in the front, they closed there eyes. I waved at Scott for him to come over on the stage. He shook his head stepping backwards.

" Hold on technical issues here... " I said, running down towards Scott.
" Come on! " I whispered.
" No! No Gem I can't! " He whispered back.
" The only thing you can do is freeze everything. Your fine! " I whispered dragging him up to the stage area.

As we reached the mic, I could tell he was nervous. I gave him a reassuring smile before heading to the mic more.

" Alright! Open your eyes or spin around everyone! " I said, stepping away from the mic.

Everyone rather spun back around and or opened there eyes, some let out a gasp or just stared. Scott rubbed his arm. Looking away from everyone.

" Yes! I knew I'd be right! " Joey celebrated.

That sent almost everyone into a fit of laughter. It got Scott to chuckle! Joey is a legend! I stepped back up to the mic.

" Alright winners! What do you guys want? " I said.
" I mean I probably already know what Jimmy wants... " I mumbled loud enough for the mic to pick up on and looked to Scott.

Laughter swept around the room, Jimmy stood there looking at the ground as red as a tomato.

Scott said something in elvish, I understood immediately. " I mean if he wants- " That's what he said. I bursted out laughing, Scott chuckling behind me.

" Oh my jeez Scott your killing me- " I said, still laughing.

I coughed a couple of times before calming down.

" Phew! Jeez don't do that again Scott- " I said out of breath.
" Anddd why not? " He replied.

Ok, I'm telling you when it hits 666 words, and that was at the end of  " Anddd why not? " 

And we all love some flower husbands.

" Anyways! Anyways! " I said straightening up.
" What would you four like? " I said.
" To know what he just said. " Joey half screamed at me.
" Hey I was gonna say that! " Shrub half screamed at Joey.
" Alright come up you two! " I said.

They both stepped up onto the stage. I stepped away from the mic and told them what it meant. They both laughed a bit before leaving. I walked back to the mic.

" Alright! Pearl what about you? " I spoke into the mic.
" Noice cancelling head phones and sleep! " She said.
" Alright I give them later. Jimmy? " I said.
" You already know what I want " He said.

Laughter erupted from everywhere, Scott probably blushing behind me.

" Oh I'm not lying get that elf over here I wanna talk~ " Jimmy said with a chuckle.
" HOLY- " Pearl screeched.

As the room erupted into ' OH MY GODS ' and ' SERIOUSLY!? ' I heard Joey shout

" ARE THEY GONNA MAKE OUT?! "

At least I think, the room became more chaotic. I turned to Scott who looked like he wanted to unalive himself. He also looked like a tomato. I shrugged and grabbed his arm bringing him to Jimmy, the room seen and became more chaotic.

" Thanks Gem! I'll be taking him over there for a talk. " He said pointing to a corner.

Scott gave me a look of ' please help me ' to which I shrugged and walked away. I walked over to the music stand and turned to back up, the song was 'One kiss is all it takes'  to which everyone approved and sang along, except Jimmy and Scott in the back. I equipped my staff and magiced headphones into life. I walked over to Pearl and gave them to her, I pointed to a couch in the corner that was comfortable enough for her. She nodded and left.

An hour later

Everyone was rather drunk or sober. Fwhip was sober which was a relief, actually, Joel was the only drunk one, and drunk Joel was talking to Lizzie, maybe flirting because of how she looked. But then, Joey approached me.

" Hey Gem! " He said.
" Hey? " I replied.
" Can I talk to you outside? " He asked.
" Sure! Meet me at the door! " He nodded and left me alone.

I looked to Scott, he nodded, he spun Jimmy in the other direction and snuck away, he exited a window to the outside. I walked to the door, Joey smiled and opened the door, we exited the building.

" Hey Gem ya know that thing I wanted? "  Joey said
" Yeah? " I replied
" I take it back... I reaalllyyyy want to see the crystal that corrupted Scott " he dragged out the AL & Y in really for some reason.
" It doesn't work like that Joey- " I told him
" Pleaseeeeeee " he begged me, apparently he was desperate for the crystal.
" Fine " I said with a sigh.

I pulled out the necklace I always keep it in my pocket for an unknown reason, Joey looked at it hungry and then all of a sudden he snatched it out of my hands

" JOEY! " I screeched at him
" what's wrong now Gem? " He replied sassily." give it back Joey you don't know what you're doing! " I told him
" oh really Gem? do you think I'm that stupid? you're pathetic excuse of a wizard gem. And with that I may as well do something that Xorny might like~ " he said with a chuckle.
" Joey! " I screamed
" Oh Gem~  theres no one here to help you you're nothing right now nothing but a single piece of dust yes I know you have your staff staff but who cares I have the Crystal you don't " he said venom lacing his voice.
" Please Joey you don't know what you're doing! " I begged him.
" Oh I know what I'm doing Gem.. but you don't~ " he said he was sinister chuckle
" please Joey don't do this please I beg of you!  I beg to Aeor for sakes! don't do this whatever you're doing don't " I well, begged him.
" I don't think so Gem. Your 'God' won't help you here! no one can help you here! your precious little Scott isn't here! no one is here. No one is even out here Gem it's just you and me. Just us " He said.

I glanced Scott in the bushes he nodded and slipped back through the window.

" I have the crystal now Gem! I have a plan for right now~  so say goodbye to this empire while you can " He said.

Scott came through the door.

" Joey nice to you to see you, not really but, Gem the crystal back " Scott said, walking out the door.
" I don't think I do that Scott. " Joey said venom lacing his voice once again.
" give her the crystal back " Scott demanded.
" Scott dear, I told you I can't do that " Joey said.
" I am not your dear Joey. " Scott spat.
" Yeah yeah " Joey said rolling his eyes.

Scott came to my side.

" Give it back Joey " I demanded
" Of course~ " He said

I reached for the crystal. Joey instead dropped the crystal. The cracked, it hissed as a purple cloud formed.

" JOEY! " Scott screeched
" Oops! " He said with an evil chuckle.

The purple mist formed into a shape. A dragon like one, and frost crept up the walls. Scott grabbed me and pulled me back. Everyone flooded out and became a witness to the happening. My vision! With the frost on the walls! And a-

" Dragon... " I said under my breath.
" That's a dragon. " I said louder, gulping.

The dragon popped into existence, it growled at us before letting out a angry roar. It stared at me and let out a low growl. And I'm it's first target...

Hahahahahaha take that!
