" Erica, come here for a moment, please!" I gesture her over with my hands.
" What? I'm talking to Wolfy!" she pouts and rolls her eyes. I know she doesn't mean anything by the way she's acting. She's only being over dramatic from me wanting her assistance. I laugh a bit at her response,
" Can I use the phone a moment? " She groans and tosses the phone in my direction, but it ends up hitting the wall and the ground. I look down at the phone then back at her, crossing my legs and raising an eyebrow,
" Well I'm too cripple to even think about picking that up!" I say in a mocking tone.
We were joking, of course, we wouldn't intentionally try to insult each other.
" Butthead." she simply states, crawling under my bed and picks up the phone, holding it up for my go retrieve it. I pick up the small phone, pushing her shoulders down, making her elbows bend, falling face first to the floor.
" Thanks, kid," I stop a moment just to get a glimpse of her glare. Squished cheek to the floor and angry brows- she is such a cute kid, " Do me a favor and-" I completely stop and mumble out loud, after seeing an orange notification slide down the screen,
" Well If he loves him that much and if he can't..." I stumble my voice down to silence, covering my mouth reading over the message and the rest of the small conversation before. I gasp at the news I had just read over.
" ERICA ROSE DOUGLAS!" She jumps up hitting her head on my bed frame.
" What? what what what?" Erica takes her time to get out from under my bed and leans on the wall, looking at me from the side of her eye, keeping most of her attention on her book.
" Stop telling everyone!! This is my business, and my business alone! You need to stop girlfr-" I was quickly cut off to a pillow being thrown at my face. I quickly pull it away, throwing it back at her, a bit harder than she did. She just laughs in response as the fluffy pillow falls to the ground.
" Tell everyone what? That you wanna marry-" She stops a moment to inhale and put her hand over her chest, " marry- Jaaaaaammmiiiieeee?" My cheeks get a bit pink from her taunting me.
" Oh, shut up! You'd marry him to if you were me!" I hush my tone to further my rant, " besides, a sexy man like that shouldn't be with just anyone." Erica shot me the most disgusted look, awkwardly shoving her hands in her pockets.
" You are so gross. Stop dude, this isn't okay."
" This was never okay!!" I maniacally laugh, pushing her aside.
" Fine then! I'll just tell him myself!" I smack her phone under me and I sit on it.
"You wouldn't!!" She picks up the pillow from before and throws it at me once more.
" Oh my god!!" I raise my voice, higher than usual, then toning it back down just before returning to my sanity, "Throw one more pillow at me, I swear!" She laughs again,
" You are so gross! Just tell him that he's s- " she shudders at the thought of the word ' sexy' beofre continuing, " atractive! If you love him that much just stalk him or something! Buy him stuff, or give him that beloved ring you've got over there!" She leans over me, laying down as nonchalant as she could.
" Jamie is sooo sexy!" I push her off of me and I shove the pillow she had thrown over her head for just a few seconds then quickly throw it across the room.
" Gross." She says again in a flat tone.
" You're gross, nasty."
" Butthead."
" Midget."
" Stupid."
" Retard! Ha, I win!"
" Ugh, you are so horribly dumb. I feel bad for you. "
" Yeah, I know kid, " She giggles and lightly pushes my chest before I can continue, " but, you're dumber."
" Nu-uh! You're dumber- the dumberiest!" I almost choke on the water I had taken a sip at, spitting it all over the front of my shirt. I start to crack up laughing.
" You are the dumberiest!" My words muffled from my laughter, tears streaming down my face. I ' spill ' my water on her, getting it all over her hoodie, face and hair.
