Day 12: My idol

It all started with a facebook post.

I told everyone to comment down below a song that they like, then I would listen to them. One of my friend shared a link to "Song of a Caged bird" by Lindsey Stirling. I clicked it.

And that was an instant "click" (pun intended). Since that day, I've been dragged into the #Stirlingnite fandom.

Her works intrigues me in so many levels. Not just simply listening to her music, every piece of them stimulates my cognition. Her works are mostly instrumental ones, so you really need a good brain and pair of ears to understand them and match them with the title. The name of Lindsey's music can be easily guessed if you listen to them carefully. I mean, her works portrait accurately their names, or vice versa.

As I said, or wrote, before, hers intrigues me in many levels. I didn't stop at hearing only, I'm even draw and write base on her music. Lindsey has given me stories and images through her pieces of work, encourage me to be creative. I have a modern fairy tale thanks to "Shatter me", and a drawing refers to "We are giants". Fanfic and fanart, like everyone would call.

Not just her music that I love, her attitude and personality, too. She's very quirky and funny, and doesn't mine posting some photo bombs on her page. And she has a dog.
I like anyone who has a pet, honestly.
