It is hard work believing in oneself
You have to wake up and say
I am strong and I can brace today
You have to keep on going
Even when all seems lost you have to hope
And if you have no idea how you shall cope
You have to look the universe square in the face
Showing you are not a stain to be erased
You have to claim your body
And your mind
And you must walk on also when you fall behind
You must realise not everyone is the same
And demand that your life is yours to claim
But thus is easy said and hard to do
