Goodshow says, "You're right about Water Type having a lot of gyms. But that is because there are a lot of Water Type Pokemon in the world. As for Dark Type Gyms, there are not many because of their evilness. Galar has a Dark Type Gym, but we have to reduce the ability to let them Dynamax if they want to continue."

"I see... If that's the case, I have a new proposal." Ash says.

"And what will that be?" Goodshow asks.

"How about using the United Region System of the challenge?" Ash asks. "In United Region, we have 18 leaders, and by getting 8 flags, you can take part in the tournament and those who win can face my siblings before facing me. And if they get 14 flags, they can ignore the tournament and face my siblings first before me. If they get 18 flags, they can face me immediately."

Lillie says, "What Ash means is that if we implied it on the gyms, we can still do the 8 gym challenge, but we can have 12 more gyms, with the Elite Four having their own gym and adding 8 more to balance each of the types. That way... people can try to pick their ideal gyms to take part in. It will be like a competition with the Gym Leaders and the Elite Four members."

"I see..." Goodshow says, "That sounds beneficial... not only they can try out the new gyms, but they can also ignore the original gym that has a lot of complaints unless they want to get a quick win to the Champion."

"And instead of doing the kick-out Champion system, we can try using the Champion Assessment system in the Paldea Region." Ash says. "I know some like me who don't like to be confined to one region after being the Champion."

"That can be fixed as well. Thank you for giving us some suggestions." Goodshow says.

"No problem, and we of RPA will help out after all." Ash says as they leave the PLA building, but much to their dismay, the traitors were following them.

"They are still following us... what are we going to do then?" Lillie uses aura to talk to Ash.

"Since they are here, maybe we can try to scare them." Ash says back to Lillie as he smirks.

"Though it is surprising, I can't believe that there are complaints about the gym leaders..." Lillie says.

"I know, but what has done is done. The problem now is who are we going to replace and who are we going to stay." Ash says.

Ash and Lillie notice that the traitors are panicking a little, and they decide to take out the list of every gym leader currently.

"So how are we going to find the new Gym Leaders or Elite Four members?" Lillie asks as she looks at the list.

"First of all, I think that there are too many Water Type Gym Leaders or Elite Four members, don't you think?" Ash asks, "I know that Water Type has the most Pokemon in the world...but we don't really need that many Water Type Leaders, don't you think?"

"I know what you mean." Lillie sighs, "There are no Dark Type Gyms, so maybe we need some Dark Type ones after all."

They know that this is actually saying to Misty, who is already in a furious mood. Ash uses aura and says, "Looks like she has been in a panic."

"But surely, we're not going to take the Cerulean Gym away, not that they know about this." Lillie shrugs.

"So how are we going to find the new leaders?" Ash asks, now using the normal voice so that the traitors can hear them. "Maybe we can actually ask the United Region for help?"

"That sounds like a good idea." Lillie says. "The United Region has a lot of elite trainers and they will be able to help out with the gyms in the 9 regions."

"You're right." Ash says with a smile. "Geez... this sure is a high burden... being the Champion of 9 regions and the prince of the United Region..."

"Everything will be fine. I don't think we need to worry about that." Lillie says. "Let's go get the news to your parents."

Ash nods as they all head back to the United Region using teleport, and much to their dismay, the traitors are also teleporting themselves to the United Region as well.

In the castle, Ash and Lillie explain everything to their friends and family. Aurora says, "I see... so if that's the case, you will need to travel to each of the regions in the United Region and ask if they want to help out."

"And it is not just asking them, we also need to set up the new gyms and also inform the crowd of the new system." Ash says, "Fortunately, the rules have been set up on this piece of paper, Mr. Goodshow has a copy of it and once we're finished with the recruit, he'll tell the crowd about it."

"That sounds very serious indeed..." Golly says.

Mallow asks, "Hey, Lillie, I mean, you are White, right? White has been wearing a scarf all the time when she battles, I want to know where did the scarf come from?"

Lillie stares at her scarf and blushes a little, "It is a gift from my husband when we were little..."

(Flashback)

On a snowy day, Aurora and Ash are visiting Mohn and Lillie at a hut located in the Ice Kingdom. Lusamine was doing some business at the castle.

"Lillie?" Ash asked.

"Yes. She's about your age. I hope you two can get along well together." Aurora said while knocking on the door again, but nobody was at the hut.

"Maybe they're not home." Aurora knocked again. "Mohn? It's me, Aurora."

Ash noticed the blood on the window as he widened his eyes, and when Aurora turned the knob, she found it unlocked, and opened the door. Mohn was lying dead on the ground with blood coming from his body.

"Mohn!" Aurora rushed to him and checked the pulse, "It's no use... he's dead. Ash, have you seen the girl, Lillie, anywhere nearby?"

"No," Ash replied.

"I see. I'll get the police here and have them conduct a search. You'll wait at the foot of the mountain. Is that clear, Ash?" The young boy continued to stare at the scene with wide, dark eyes. "Ash! Where are you going?"

In another house, two people were sitting inside, with Lillie lying on the ground and being tied up. "Hey, are you sure she'll actually sell? We even went and killed her father before running off with her."

"Take a look at her face." The one in charge used his foot and rolled the little girl over.

"Looks nice, but she's still just a kid. Doesn't strike my fancy."

"I'm not asking about your tastes." The boss said. "We're going to sell her to the Dark Kingdom, I'm sure some old perverts would want her off with an auction, and I'm sure she'll go for a pretty hefty price."

Lillie stared out the window. "It's cold..." The two sex traffickers were talking when the door cracked open, startling them both.

"Excuse me," Ash said in a soft voice.

"Hold it, kid!" The thug stomped over to him. "How did you find this place?!"

"Er, uh, I got lost in the forest." Ash looked scared and nervous. "And then, umm, I saw a cabin, so..."

The thug looked at his boss, who made a gesture with his arm. "You know kids shouldn't wander around the forest all alone." He said in a sickly sweet voice while kneeling. "There are Beartics living in the forest, you know."

But just as he was petting Ash, Ash already had a knife in his hand behind him. "But there's nothing to worry about now. We'll be happy to take you—"

Just then, Ash managed to stab the man and he fell to the ground. "Thanks, mister. I already know that, so die, you bastard."

"Huh? What the hell?!" The boss jumped from the seat, and Ash noticed it and he quickly slammed the door. When the boss opened the door, Ash already taped the knife on a broomstick and stabbed the leader.

"Go to hell! This is what you get! This is what you deserve! Never get up again!" Ash said with an evil smile as he continued to stab both people. Lillie was watching the scene and she was shocked to see what Ash had done.

"You're safe, now." Ash turned to Lillie, helping her untie the bindings. "You're Lillie, right? I'm Ash. I'm the prince of the Multitype region. I was tagging along with my mother when she visited your house. But then-"

Lillie remembered the thugs at her doorstep. "There were three of them."

"Huh?" Just then, the third one was back and he noticed the two dead bodies. Ash tried to reach for the knife, but the sex trafficker kicked the knife and then grabbed Ash, trying to strangle him. "Was it you? Was it you who killed 'em?! Was it?!"

Lillie watched in horror, trembling. "I'm gonna kill you! You're fucking dead!"

Ash was struggling and he yelled, "F-fight! Fight or die! Win and live!"

Seeing Ash struggling, Lillie decided to grab the knife in front of her, but she was trembling as she couldn't do it. But just as Ash was about to pass out, Lillie felt that her aura powers awakened, and she let out a yell before charging at the man.

"His heart was pierced through the back in a single strike." One officer said to Officer Jenny.

"Those kids did this?" Jenny could only mutter in surprise.

Outside, the two children and Aurora stood around a small fire. "Ash." Aurora knelt before her son, holding his shoulders. "I told you to wait at the foot of the mountain. Do you have any idea what you've done?!"

"I got rid of some dangerous creatures!" Ash replied.

"Ash!" Aurora scolded.

"They would've been long gone by the time Officer Jenny arrived! It would've been too late!" Ash said.

"Even so, you were just lucky, Ash!" Aurora looked pissed off. "The way you casually threw your life away is what I'm angry about!"

"But," Ash frowned, voice shaking, "I wanted to save her as fast as I could."

Aurora sighed as she turned to Lillie, "Lillie, did you remember me? We've met several times before when you were little."

"Ms. Ketchum, how do I get home from here?" Lillie asked, a hollow expression on her face.

"I'm cold." She tugged at the jacket Aurora had wrapped around her tiny shoulders.

Ash began to remove his scarf and wrapped it around Lillie, "You can keep this. Warm, isn't it?"

"It's warm." She said quietly as she touched the soft fabric.

"It's a good thing that your mother was still alive, we'll talk to her about what we shall do with you." Aurora sighed.

(Flashback Ends)

"And since that day, we attended the funeral of Lillie's father... and both our mothers decided to split ourselves into two people." Ash says in the end.

"I was there the whole time... why didn't I see you back then?" Gladion asks.

"Maybe because you don't remember, just like how Lillie lost a part of her memory in the past because of Faba." Ash sighs.

Here is a new chapter, and as you can see, I decide to reveal the past of Mohn's death. I hope you like this chapter and the next chapter will be the explanations of the United Region and how it works.
