Two weeks later, it is a sad day again.  One bird pecks a small hope in the shell with its beak, but never finishes and is stuck inside. The mother bird discards it for nothing and sure enough, this baby budgie dies as well.  Awe, how pitiful some might say and others would ask why did not the mother bird help her son or daughter? Well, it is not in their nature to assist with this at all.
    Yes, the mother sat on them, but in reality, it is up to the babies to peck hard enough without giving up so they might see the light of day.  So, sad as it is this bird must have been unhealthy since it was too scared to come out and would not have survived. The mother bird, Abagail sensed this and this is why rather than waste time with the baby that has no chances she cares for the two who she believes have a fighting chance.
   Two budgies in the eggs on the way.  Will either live or will both die?
