Now I know what your all thinking "but crimson you already made a rwby fanfic!" and your right but I feel like now I can take that one in a different direction without the need of it having to follow the plot of rwby so further updates on that at a later date

But we're here to discuss this new book "Grimm rose" now before you all say anything it's not what you think hence the info part of the chapter title but this will honestly be my first official attempt at what you would consider a ship fanfic in my own quirky and slightly sadistic way

The basic premise of the book is "what if Ruby had some sorta illness" and began working off that til I made a little disease called Grimm heart and don't worry most of the test subjects survived!.......mostly

Basically what Grimm heart is without spoiling a good majority of this story is a disease that causes its victim to have a weaker muscular system then a regular person along with intense pain episodes but the further into the book the more you'll learn about it!

And the reason why I chose Ruby of all characters to give this horrible illness to is because one I'm a sadist and two because it felt the most logical approach now like my other fanfic that will get a rework of its own this one will follow the plot of rwby itself and hopefully a little better then my other fanfic with some changes here and there to help make the idea work

One such change is Ruby will have a different appearance and weapon now I'm no where confident enough in my art abilities to draw a faith recreation of a rwby character but I can sure as hell draw a rwby style weapon but due to my tablet having issues the weapon itself won't be seen for a bit in drawing form but I can at least tell you the name of it

Butcher rose basically all it is a cleaver attached to a double barrel shotgun by extendable chain which I know some people aren't gonna be happy to see rwby using a weapon that's not crescent rose but remember how I said Grimm heart gives it's victim a weaker muscular system I also figured because of that little detail she wouldn't be able to swing around a giant sniper scythe easily or safely

Another thing to note about this version of rwby is she has a speech impediment and below is going to be an example of how she will talk
"H-h-helo(hello) I-I'm r-ru-ruby rose ni-nicee to m-meet y-yu(you)"

See not that bad to read and for some of the words she's not saying properly I'll put the correct version in a () so that way people aren't confused she will also be a lot shyer due to story reasons and Yang will also be more overprotective then she normally is for fairly obvious reasons

And Weiss will also be a little more cold(don't you dare make a pun) and harsh because she doesn't understand what Ruby is going through

Plus as stated earlier in the chapter this will be my first attempt at a ship book the primary ship being whiterose and for those who don't know what that is it's weiss and Ruby as a couple and this will mean there will be parts of the book that aren't even cannon to the actual events of rwby for obvious reasons and it's gonna be a slow burn but trust me it will be worth it

Now that's outta the way the last thing I will say is that chapters to this book will be for the most part identical to cannon rwby except for the parts I just mentioned and will say off the part if that's not your cup of tea that is perfectly fine I ain't gonna force ya to read it the whole reason for this chapter is to serve as a warning to what the contents of this book has

That and the amount of swearing dear god expect a lot of Yang cussing and qrow to beyond that I hope you enjoy my lovable psychopaths and genius rouges for things are gonna be rather Grimm
