A/N: I spent the last two days binging on anime... I think I watched 10 or 11 shows that time... It was awesome... ( ^_^ ) Anyway, a haiku is a poem with 17 syllables in three lines of 5-7-5 syllables... It's usually divided into two phrases and has a kigo (season word) in it... There IS a definitive list of kigo words in English, but think of season words as any word that evokes the seasons in some way, like "spring" or "iced tea" or "rotting leaves" or "frost"... Haiku is the art of combining images with the strength of their associations with the seasons... Though, I must admit, this haiku is more lighthearted than most...
