Sera got up in the morning and walked out of her room, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. She looked around to see Sinbad and everyone else getting ready to leave.

"Where are you all off to now?" She asked Mystras.

"The Dark continent," he said.

"Oh, he's following what king Rashid said earlier... Well then, I'll go too. I'm sure he won't mind," she responded.

Now, Sinbad, Ja'far, Drakon, Mystras, Masrur, Hinahoho, and Sera were on their way to the dark continent. Luckily for Sera, Sinbad didn't pull a fuss when she said she wanted to go.

They were stopped by guards before reaching the desert. "Stop. Past this point lie the wild, untouched lands of the dark continent."

"If you take a single step outside of the Cathargo, you will be entering into a lawless area full of bandits eager to target travelers. It's not suitable got children to be traveling alone. I won't say more. Turn back now."

Sera only rolled her eyes, this pointless warning was only wasting time, just like when they had to get clothing for this expedition. She was wearing a white crop top with bell-like sleeves, a long white skirt that reached her ankles, and a red hood (although, it was mostly for covering her ears).

Sinbad only smiled and walked past them, "thanks for the warning. But there's no need to worry about us. After all, I have... Some pretty reliable friends."

Hinahoho and Drakon then showed up, "excuse me, but..." Said Hina.

"...You'll have to let us through," finished Drakon.

As they walked through the desert, Sera groaned slightly. She was gonna die out here in this heat.

"Amazing!! What a desert!!" Exclaimed Sinbad.

Sera glared at his back, "yeah, to you maybe," she said as she wiped the sweat from her brow.

Ja'far then went on to explain the weather of the dark continent. Although, he trailed off as Sinbad wasn't even paying attention.

"Are you even listening to me, Sin?!!" He yelled. While Ja'far was busy hurting Sinbad, Masrur looked at the desert in slight awe at the landscape of the dark continent.

"The dark continent. The birthplace of the Fanalis..." Said Masrur.

"Masrur's birthplace, huh... It'd be great if he could find some of his family or friends," commented Hina.

"Yeah, it would," said Mystras.

"I don't think it's possible he remembers much of before he got into Lady Maader's grasp as sad as it sounds," said Sera.

"Sin, about that..." Said Ja'far.

Sinbad turned to him, "what's up?" He asked.

(A/N: ☝ That's up)

"In addition to the Fanalis, it seems like there is another unique culture that exists here on the Dark continent. It's known as "Heliohapt"." He informed.

According to Ja'far, it was a mysterious country ruled by its royal family for hundreds of years, it is also rumored to be stronger than both Sasan and Artemyra.

Ja'far decided that it didn't have anything to do with them, to which Sinbad disagreed, he thought it would be a good reference for building a country.

"... We're going there, aren't we...?" Asked Ja'far.

Sinbad smiled triumphantly, "yep, we're going."

"Yes, but it's practically the opposite direction from where the Fanalis are supposed to live in the southern region. What will Masrur think about..."

"I'll go."

Sera was slightly shocked "are you sure? You finally came to your birth place, are you sure you want to delay your arrival to go to a random kingdom?" She asked. Masrur nodded.

"See! Even Masrur said he'd go!" Interjected Sinbad.

Ja'far growled "that's not the point! And Masrur, you shouldn't just agree with Sin so easily!!"

Sinbad then whispered something nearby Masrur to make it sound like he said it, "it's okay... This is my decision.-" he turned to Ja'far- "see! He said so!!"

Sara's ears twitched and she punched Sinbad's head "stop feeding words into his head!" She yelled. Sinbad rubbed his head and glared at her.

"I'm telling you not to use a child as your excuse for doing something!!" Yelled Ja'far.

"But I'm not!!" He whined.

"He seems like the type to try and pick up chicks with a child..." Said Sera.

"Sera~ why are so mean~?" He whined.

"The truth can be brutal," she said bluntly. Sinbad frowned and soon had a melancholy aura surrounding him.

"... Hey, Masrur. Aren't you taller than before?" Asked Mystras. Ja'far looked shocked to see that it was true.

"Right?! I was also thinking that! Must be a growth spurt." Deduced Sinbad.

"Isn't that how children are? I wonder what the norm is for Imuchakk... But it seems slower..." Said Hina.

"Not all children are like the ones from Imuchakk, Hina," said Sera.

"Yes... The food as the company is really delicious..."

The conversation was quickly interrupted by bandits. "Heh, heh... You're crossing the desert with those kids?" They asked.

"Why don't you hand over your belongings and your women before someone gets hurt."

"You guys are bandits, huh?"

"It's just like at Cathargo said, Sinbad!"

"Yeah. The ones about to get hurt are you..." Sinbad trailed off as Ja'far's eyes darkened.

In a flash, Ja'far's kunai's were wrapped around them, "poor bandits. You picked a fight without knowing who we are. I'm not capable of going easy on you right now, so... Prepare yourselves." As he said this, he had an evil smile on his face.

Sera's eye twitched and she summoned A spear. "You better take that back before the only thing you'll have left is your dignity," she threatened. As she fought, Sera made sure not to hit them with the blade of her spear.

Unbeknownst to most at the time, those standing by Sinbad and supporting him would later become Sindria's eight generals.

"Who the hell are these guys?!" They yelled. Sinbad smirked as the bandits ran off with their tails between their legs.

As a few days and nights passed they finally made their way to Heliohapt. "I see it," said Sinbad, smiling.

"This is... "Heliohapt"!!"

In front of them was the kingdom of Heliohapt. Sera sighed in relief, "finally..."
