It's been about fifteen years since Frisk performed a neutral run. They escaped the Underground and found themselves in front of a small house not far from where the barrier ends in the middle of the night. They were wounded from their fight with Photoshop Flowey, so they knocked on the door, hoping that whoever answered the door would help them. A woman who seemed to be about 25 years old with straight shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes opened the door and gasped when she say the wounded child on her doorstep. She brings Frisk to the bathroom and patches them up the best she can. "What happened to you?" She asked. I got into a fight. They signed, not entirely lying.

Luckily the woman had seemed to understand what Frisk said. "Well, do you have a place to stay?" She asked. Frisk frowned and shook their head, remembering what they almost did to Toriel. The woman frowned. "Would you like to stay with us for the night?" She asked. I can't. I don't want to be a burden. "You wouldn't be. You need a place to stay and I feel that you should stay here." She said. Frisk thought for a moment before accepting the offer. The woman motioned for Frisk to follow her. They walked down a small hallway and stopped in front of a door. The woman raised a finger to her lips and slowly opened the door. The light from the hallway landed on a small figure asleep on a bed. Frisk tiptoed into the room after the woman.

They questioningly motioned towards the small figure. "Oh, that's my daughter, Kendal. She's six years old. If she wakes you up during the night, just come get me or have her read you a story. It calms her down to read to someone." The woman woman whispered as she placed a loving peck on the sleeping girl's forehead. "Anyways, you can sleep in the other bed. There are some extra blankets and pillows in the closet. I hope you don't mind 'My Little Horsey' themed stuff." She whispered as she pulled out a blanket and a pillow. After helping Frisk get comfortable, she left, the room became pitch black except for the light in the corner from a unicorn night-light. Frisk nodded off, exhausted from everything that happened to them in the last few days. When Frisk woke up, the sun was just barely peaking out from behind Mount Ebott. They stood up, but immediately fell to their knees. After a moment of pain and confusion, their SOUL appeared in front of them, cracked and oozing a blood-like substance. They gasped, remembering what they had read in a previous timeline. The book Aphmau had given them said something about too many RESETs taking a toll on one's SOUL.

I don't have enough DETERMINATION... They thought. Stirring in the bed next to them catches their attention. But this child does! They hobbled over to the sleeping girl and smile at how peaceful she is. They close their eyes and move the SOUL towards the child's chest. A searing pain moves over Frisk's body for a moment, then nothingness. They smile before turning to dust, just as much a monster as their friends.
