Me and my friend Octavio had worked on a science project to try to make a alternate fuel source. we made one called a Zap fish which you had been collecting although he had different Intentions

Cap'n: no we have one goal and that is to fix the terrible world we live in

After that we went our separate ways, although later on he started taking over the town. I quickly head over to his office to confront him

Cap'n: How could you

Octavio: when you got skin in the game you stay in the game, but you ain't gonna win if you don't play in the game. you get love for it you get hate for it you get nothing if you wait for it wait for it

Octavio didn't want to lose any soldiers so he created the eye masks and goggles, I managed to steal a few masks and modify them to work similarly. after a long war he loses and goes underground in hiding with his followers. I hid all the zap fishes and keep all the masks just in case now he's back and even stronger better keep these just in case I have to use them again

Andy: oh carp I have to walk home alone I hope my cousin ain't mad at me
