Suits: Each character has received one or two suits based on the color you have chosen for them and their general personality. Each suit has two sides, one for the lighter 'Maerd', and one for the darker 'Eram', but that placement won't occur until later. For now here is the draft placement~

Hearts -

Those who are hearts live their lives guided by their passions and trust. They view and interact with the world with the honesty and wonder of open hearts. These people are warm and caring; reaching out, loving, and helping others at every opportunity. However, they can easily be twisted and scarred by events or people who betray their honest nature, causing them to close up and detach from what they hold dear. They are the embodiment of life.

Clubs -

Those who are clubs dance with luck, their natural charm helping them gain fortune. Luck is fickle however, and just as easily as they gain, they may lose very quickly and have their world turned upside down. They know the benefit of surrounding themselves with people, especially when their own luck is down. These people tend to understand this and stay true to themselves and their loved ones, having faith that things will be okay. They are the embodiment of fate.

Diamonds -

Those who are diamonds are the opposite of clubs, taking their chances into their own hands and dedicating their efforts into obtaining more for themselves and/or their loved ones, whether it be wealth, sustenance, knowledge, etc. However, this can easily turn into obsession and greed if left unchecked, or worse, they drive themselves into apathy when their efforts aren't rewarded. They are the embodiment of will.

Spades -

Those who are spades are those who have been tainted by a void, whether it be through the absence of innocence or life. These people are the ones who understand the ephemeral nature of the living the most. They tend to be the fiercest protectors of what they hold dear, trying to hold onto them while they still can. Knowing what they do know they can become unstable mentally and emotionally and can lose themselves. They are the embodiment of death.
