“You'll be fine right?” He asked and she nodded with a smile.

“I can't do anything biased so it's all upto to you” He told and she smiled.

“I don't want you to do anything. Don't interfere at all” She told and he nodded.

“You'll call me after the interview right?”

“I'll come to your cabin if it goes well otherwise I'll go home. If I don't come, be sure that I screwed it up” She told chuckling and he rolled his eyes.

They smiled at each other before getting down the car. She was about to walk to the entrance when he called. He hugged her and kissed her temple while she looked at him with a blushy smile.

“Best of luck” He whispered to her before walking inside, checking the time in his watch.

She smiled and rushed inside before walking to where the interview was taking place. Sitting at an empty place there, she looked through her certificates once again when she heard his voice. She turned only to see him walking out while in some call. When he briefly turned to her, she smiled at him which he returned back and quickly walked away.

“Did you see that? He smiled at me” The lady sitting near her told and she turned to her startled.

“You——I have seen you somewhere” She told looking at Anika who quickly shook her head.

“No—Why would you say that?” Anika asked adjusting her hair.

“May be I mistook you as someone else. My name is Naina. What is your name?” She asked with a wide smile.

“Anika” She told with a smile.

“Again, I have heard your name somewhere” Naina told keeping her finger on her chin and Anika smiled.

“Hundreds of people can have this name. Even I know so many Nainas”

“Ya you're right. Did you see Shivaay Singh Oberoi smiled at this direction? Oh my God” Naina told excited.

“Ya what's so special?” Anika asked shrugging and Naina looked at her with wide eyes.

“What's so special? Getting his smile itself is a big thing. Do you even know anything about him?” Naina asked and Anika shrugged again.

“A human like both of us. What's so special about him?”

“Girl! He's one of the best businessmen of the whole country. The most eligible——Ah can't say that now. He got married a week back” Naina told sadly and Anika controlled her chuckle looking at her.

“To whom?” Anika asked and Naina bit her tongue.

“I knew her name and I had seen her in the news but I forgot. She's Arnav Singh Raizada's sister. That I know. Haye ASR” Naina told with a dreamy sigh and Anika pressed her lips to avoid smiling.

“Those two got married on the same day. Do you know how many hearts broke on that day including mine?” Naina asked and Anika chuckled.

“Why? Are these two people so famous?” Anika asked and Naina frowned at her.

“From which world are you coming from?” Naina asked offended and Anika forced a chuckle.

“Sorry—um—I don't follow business news much” Anika told and Naina sighed.

“It's ok” Naina told.

Anika's phone rang and the receptionist there glared at her while pointing at the avoid mobile phones sign. She made an apologetic expression and attended the call.

“Hello?”

“Interview is about to start”

“I know! You're more tensed than me” She told rolling her eyes and he chuckled.

“Of course I'm” He told and she smiled.

“Don't get tensed. I will do well and ya, don't keep calling me. This receptionist is glaring at me” She told softly.

“Which receptionist?” He asked with a frown.

“Nobody! Bye” She told and hanged the call quickly before keeping the phone in vibration mode.

“Who was it?” Naina asked.

“Husband. He's tensed” She told with a smile and Naina smiled.

“That's so sweet. What does your husband do?” Naina asked.

“Business——Uh——He's the CEO of a company” She told stammering slightly and Naina looked surprised at her.

“Which——” Before Naina could continue, Anika's phone vibrated and she looked apologetically at Naina.

“Sorry let me take this” Anika told and Naina nodded.

“Hello”

“Did the interview start?”

“No, it's about to start. You people stop calling me. He just called and I somehow hanged the call. You don't start like him. Tell bhabhi, dad and mom also otherwise next they'll call” She whispered furiously and Arnav chuckled.

“Alright. Do well ok” He told and she smiled.

“Ok bye” She told and hanged the call before turning to Naina who was looking at her confused.

“Brother” She told.

“Aww you have such caring people” She told and Anika nodded with a smile.

“Naina Malhotra” The call came from the intercom and Naina looked at it with wide eyes.

“Best of luck. Do well” Anika wished with a wide smile and Naina nodded before rushing to the cabin.

A few minutes later, Naina came out with a wide smile and rushed to Anika.

“How did it go?”

“I did well” Naina told excited and Anika smiled widely.

“Anika” The intercom called and Anika stood up.

“Best of luck” Naina wished excited and Anika smiled at her before walking inside, wondering why didn't they call her surname.

She opened the door once she got the permission and the answers were right in front of her. Mentally rolling her eyes, she greeted the people there.

“Good morning Sirs” She wished.

“Sit down. Your resume please” One of the men asked and she forwarded her resume to them.

“So tell us something about yourself” Arnav asked and Anika looked at him before confidently telling about herself.

“Why do you think you're eligible for this post?” Shivaay asked and Anika turned to him before answering for that.

There was no sign of recognition in both their eyes and Anika understood why everyone calls them “the cold-hearted businessmen” of business world.

She felt as if she was being interrogated. Before she could finish the answer for one question, someone of the ten people shot the next question towards her.

“So you know the shortcomings of this position. Are you ready to handle all those?” Shivaay asked sharply and she turned to him with a more sharp look.

“Yes I'm” She told and Shivaay briefly turned to look at Arnav.

“Do you want to ask her anything else Mr. Raizada?” Shivaay asked turning to Arnav.

“That's it. Miss Raizada——”

“Mrs Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi. I'm married, Mr Raizada” She corrected hiding her smile and Arnav nodded as his facade fell for a brief second but quickly regained it back.

“Yes Mrs Oberoi, we'll call you. You may leave now” Shivaay told for Arnav and she nodded with a smile before taking her resume and walking towards the door. She turned briefly only to see Arnav's eyes brimmed up with tears.

Her face grew worried and she was about to turn to them when her eyes fell on shivaay who motioned with his eyes to go out. She nodded and rushed out.

Both Shivaay and Arnav quickly went from there through the inbuilt door towards Shivaay's cabin.

“Idiot! Why were you crying?” Shivaay asked and Arnav smiled.

“She grew up so fast. Didn't you see how confidently she was answering everything” Arnav told as tears brimmed up in his eyes and Shivaay hugged him.

“Well I had this realisation in Khushi's case when I saw her standing with you for marriage” Shivaay told and Arnav chuckled punching his shoulder.

Shivaay's phone rang and he took the mobile before showing the caller ID to Arnav.

“Take it” Arnav told chuckling.

“Come to my cabin. We're here” He told before she could start with her questions.

“She did well” Arnav told with a smile and Shivaay nodded.

“I knew that she would do well. No doubt she's appointed” Shivaay told and Arnav turned to him.

“Didn't she stammer somewhere?”

“NO! Of course NOT” Shivaay told with a frown and Arnav smirked.

“Now I can safely withdraw from that deal with Kundras. It's just to keep an eye on her that I took that deal without any profit” Arnav told shaking his head and Shivaay chuckled.

“She doesn't know this right?”

“She'll kill me” Arnav told chuckling.

“I know! And that is the prime reason why very tactically, I convinced her to come here after listening to all your nonsence on how that deal is not profitable blah blah blah. You should be thankful to me” Shivaay told and Arnav bowed in front of him with a mocking smile.

“Thank you so much Shivaay. What would I have done without you” Arnav told with a dramatic sigh and Shivaay burst out laughing.

“I'm leaving” Anika told looking at Naina.

“You're not waiting for the results?”

“I'll come after sometime. Some emergency” She told and Naina smiled at her.

“Ok then, see you” Naina told and Anika rushed towards the door before turning to the opposite side and walking to his cabin with fast pace.

She opened the door and rushed to Arnav worried.

“Bhaiyya, why did you cry? Did you feel hurt that I back answered you? I'm sorry if you felt like that. I was just answering——”

“Shh! Take a break to breathe” Arnav told keeping his finger on her lips making her confused.

“Your bhaiyya got emotional seeing how his sister was answering everything confidently” Shivaay told and Anika looked at Arnav raising her eyebrows to which he nodded slightly.

“Aww, I'm always your naughty sister bhaiyya” She told hugging Arnav who kissed her head.
