Dear Lauren,

I went to the doctor's today for my physical for swim this year.

I had to take a test so they could see if I was depressed or not. Pretty sure I failed or did really horribly because we had to stay for about an hour longer than we were supposed to.

I'll now have to see a therapist or a counselor or something for 6-8 sessions. She switched between therapist and counselor a lot so I'm not sure if I'm seeing one or the other or if they're the same thing.

My doctor also said something about me having or not having ADHD or ADD or something. She was using a lot of letters and I was thinking about my book so I'm not really sure if I have one of those or not.

I'd tell you more later, but I'm about to die from exhaustion. I don't think I ate or drank enough water today. Just thought you should know the day I found out.

Oh, and I might or might not have left my water bottle there. It also might or might not have been the third(?) one I lost this summer.
