The gang looked in shock and disbelief as the sinister mecha Sonic stood there looking at their faces, seeing the expression in their faces as rather pleasing to his sight.

Omega at a far distance turned around to see the one responsible for what just happened.

"Mecha Sonic." Sonic growled." What are you doing here?"

"Hehe.....I've come to take what is mine, I must thank you in advance for making this easy for me." The robotic brute said." Now.." He began." Give me the emerald.." He said extending his hand.

"Kiss my shoes chrome drone."Sonic insulted before charging at mecha Sonic who in slow motion grabbed Sonic by the neck and punched him with his available hand blasting Sonic to the far end of the control room. Omega came to the scene and scanned Mecha Sonic.

Power level- over 99,000,000
Speed- 80,000,000
Defense- 98,000,000

Omega froze for a sec to process what he just scanned. He couldn't believe the digits that came after scanning. How can a robot have this much power? And that's not even his full power, the numbers there were just his estimated average power level.

Omega saw this robot shouldn't be taken lightly. But that won't stop him from destroying mecha Sonic,that is if he can.

Back at the other end of the room, a serious brawl took place.......

Megaman was sent flying, crashing to the wall creating a small crater on it.

Mario and Luigi, who both leaped high weilding red and blue balls of fire and electricity flung  it at mecha Sonic who stood there as a mini explosion took place, the mist cleared and he stood there unscathed.

"Fools!, you call that fire power?"He said as he swiftly turned his hand to an arm cannon."take this!" Mecha Sonic said as a blue energy ball formed and it soon turned into a powerful beam and it headed straight towards the Mario bros!

To mecha Sonic's immense surprise a bulky figure came in between the beam and the Mario bros activating a strong red forcefield. The beam continued to push, forcing itself to penetrate the field. Omega's force field was in fact extremely strong.

" force field at 15%, the two of you get out of the way now!!" Omega said trying to maintain the forcefield.

Mario and Luigi made a run for it as the forcefield slowly started fading. The beam pressed on, with force greater than before as the beam faded, an explosion took place indicating the beam has hit its target.

Omega flew and crashed through several walls. The impact was so strong his  red L.E.D eyes went off and shut down.

Zero confronted Mecha Sonic.

"What do we have here?"Mecha Sonic said looking at Zero." A pathetic lifeform who looks like he's so eager to go to the afterlife." He said darkly walking slowly towards him which send a chill in Zero's spine.

Zero took out his z-buster and fired.

Mecha Sonic simply deflected the buster shots with his hand. The legendary reploid dashed  within a few seconds, drew out his Z-saber at lighting speed and started rapidly swinging and slashing it in an attempt to damage the blue robotic hedgehog but he dodged everything and impaled his foot to Zero's chest launching him to the ground on his back.

Zero's vision was blurry, he saw a blurry blue metallic object walked towards him ....as his vision became focused he slashed mecha Sonic's leg which made a shallow cut.

Mecha sonic annoyed by his lame attack swiftly grabbed Zero's neck and threw him up high to smack the ceiling. As he came down mecha Sonic jumped and kicked him hard shooting him towards a computer causing a little explosion.

Zero was on the floor face first. He tried to get up but couldn't his arms failed him." This robot's strong. Stronger than any robot I've faced." He thought. He had the strength  to look straight ahead,  the metallic monstrosity approaching him.

Zero felt dizzy, his vision becoming blurry again, his eyes closing and opening, in between each interval he saw Sonic coming back into the scene who came full speed crashing into mecha Sonic after revving a spin dash....he closed his eyes as he passed out.

"Arrgh!" Sonic wailed as electricity shocked him by Mecha Sonic's hand which was generating electric current grabbing Sonic's wrist after dodging a punch.

The robot increased the voltage making Sonic scream in pain and agony even louder. He was disturbed by a blue beam of energy which hit his back. Mecha Sonic looked over his shoulder seeing Megaman ready to fire another round.

He flung Sonic towards him making him resort to catching Sonic, but the force used to throw him plus Sonic's weight caused him to fall down along with the blue hedgehog.

"You could of made things easier for yourself if you just chose the easy way but I could see you wanted the other one. Now you're paying the price." Mecha Sonic said as he walked towards the two." Now I ask you a second time.....give me the chaos emerald you have."

" Never."Sonic managed to say while trying to get up on his feet.

"Resisting is pointless, you're only causing yourself more pain.

Sonic stood up and looked at him angrily gritting his teeth. He knew he was right about that, but he wasn't  going to give him the emerald either.
It hadn't dawn unto Sonic until now about the base, the longer he and Mecha Sonic fight, the more damage he can do to the base,  heck he can even blow the base up this instance if he wanted to. Sonic needed to find a way to get him out of the base, really far away from the base.

As Mecha Sonic ran towards Sonic, the blue hedgehog squinted on a green circular pad behind him as he ran, "that's it!, the tansporter pad!" Sonic thought." But where's the control panel used to turn it on?"

Before Sonic realized what happened next he was punched square in the gut by Mecha Sonic's cold unforgiving metallic clenched fist sending him flying to hit a metallic bar. Sonic writhed in agony as his back hit the bar. He had to wait a little as the pain subdued. He crawled and climbed up to the desk with computers and pushed a red button as a beeping sound spread across the room followed by red blinking light.

Mecha Sonic just watched quite pleased to see how pathetic Sonic was. He soon carfully examined the button Sonic pressed, if his processors were correct, that was the transporter button.

And he was standing on the transporter pad!!

"Huh?"Mecha Sonic said realizing and looking what he was standing on  before he avert his gaze back to Sonic who was although injured, had a grin on his face.

"Have a nice trip metal head."Sonic taunted.

"NO!!!" Mecha Sonic said trying to run towards Sonic but it was too late. The transporter pad had already transported him somewhere and his body dissolved into thin air as a bright light flashed across the room.

Sonic opened his eyes after the bright flash of light disappeared. There was no trace of the blue robot. He was gone...for now.
