A sign with the words "Draw" appeared. Alito and Astrid were both on the ground.

"Guys! You okay!?"

Alito groans and sits up. "Yeah. I'm okay. What about Astrid?"

His eye and disk went away.

Yuma looked over at Astrid. She was laying on her side facing away from them.

"Astrid!" Yuma ran over to her.

Alito got there too. "Astrid." He gently shook her.

She groaned and moved.

"Astrid?"

Her eyes opened slowly. She gasped and sat up.

"Hey. Careful. You were real excited during that duel. That last attack must have knocked you out."

"I'm okay now."

"Fine. But no more duels for today."

Alito helped her up. When she's up she brushes herself off and puts her duel disk away.

"What else do you do around here then?" Astrid asks.

"Hang out with our friends. Go to school...."

"School!" She jumps up with a smile.

Alito and Yuma lean back in surprise, eyes wide.

"I've never actually went to school! Can I come!? Please please please!" She begged as she hopped around.

"Okay okay. You can tag along." Yuma said.

"Oh thank you Yuma!" She hugged him and then Alito. They were both a bit shocked but they laughed.

"I'll introduce you to some of my friends." Yuma said happily.

"Okay!"

"I can show you around." Alito offered.

"Okay!!"

"Then to school!" Yuma shouts and runs off.

"Yo Yuma, wait for us!" Alito shouts back and takes off after him. Astrid follows behind on their heels.

They make it to school, a little late. Astrid went with them to class. She sat in the back in an empty desk.

But she couldn't sit still. Her leg bounced up and down and she played with a pencil. She didn't pay attention for the most of the lesson.

Alito noticed all of this. He looked at her multiple times.

After class was over Astrid shot up from her seat. Some people saw and laughed. Astrid looked down and Yuma walked over to her, Alito was packing his stuff.

"Don't listen to them Astrid."

"I know." She moves her eyes up and down. From Yuma to the floor. Alito walks over and she blushes and keeps her eyes on the floor.

"So, are we going to introduce Astrid to our friends?" Alito asks.

"Oh yes please!" Astrid cheers.

Yuma laughs. "I guess we got no choice."

Alito laughs. "I guess you're right. You can introduce her to half of our friends, and I can do the other half."

"But they're all our friends." Yuma argues.

"You can't have all the fun." Alito counters.

"Fine. But I'm going first." Yuma takes Astrid's arm and runs out with her.

Astrid giggled and Alito was a little disappointed. Astrid looked behind her at his sad face. Her stomach turned with sadness.

She didn't want to leave him. He didn't want her to leave.

But she left him.

Yuma took Astrid to the gang on the water tower.

"Guys, this is Astrid. She got here a couple days ago." Yuma said.

Astrid waved with a smile.

"Hi, I'm Tori."

"Hey I'm Bronk."

"I'm Caswell."

"The names Flip."

"And....um...I'm Kathy."

"Hi everyone! I hope we all can be friends!" Astrid says happily.

"Sure. We can be friends." Tori said.

Everybody nodded, agreeing.

Astrid smiles bigger. "Oh thank you!!" He hops up and down.

They all laugh, even Astrid. After they all start talking. They asked some personal questions so she tried her best to answer them as "truthfully" as she could, or she shrugged.

Astrid was listening to the rest of them talk when she hears a whisper behind her. She turns and looks to the ladder and sees Alito.

He gestures for her to follow and he climbs down. Astrid sneaks away and follows.

Alito was at the bottom waiting and he sees her slip not far from the bottom and he braces her by the waist. She caught herself and looked down at him, trying to not blush.

"I-I'm okay."

He nods and let's go of her waist and she hopes onto the ground, then faces him.

"What did you want?" She asks sweetly with a slight tilt of the head.

"Well, to see if you wanted to see the rest of our friends."

She smiles. "Please."

He smiles and takes her hand and jogs with her behind him.

He takes her to the front of the school and 6 people were watching there.

They stop in front of them. "Guys, this is the new girl I've been talking about. This is Astrid."

She waves energetically.

"This is Dumon, Mizar, Vector, Girag, Shark, and Rio."

"Well isn't this amusing." Vector said with a chuckle and Rio elbowed him in the arm.

"Ignore our friend. I hope you enjoy yourself here." Dumon said.

"Oh I will. I really will. I already love it here." Astrid replies.

"I'm glad." Dumon said.

"Then I must assume that Yuma found you first?" Mizar asks.

"Yeah. He did this morning." She giggles.

"Beware of Yuma." Shark said.

Astrid looked at him confused. "Why's that?"

Rio laughs. "My brother lies. He's just Yuma. You just got to look out when he's around. He's just....." She looks around for an answer.

"Clumsy." Mizar said quickly.

"Annoying." Vector said next.

"Friendly." Dumon said.

"Helpful." Girag said.

"Caring." Rio says.

"A good friend." Shark said last.

Astrid took in all the words of Yuma. "I think that one's more then one word Shark."

They all laugh. Astrid does too.

"Well, it was great meeting you all." Astrid smiles.

"It was for us as well." Dumon said.

Astrid giggled and they walked back to the school, leaving Astrid and Alito alone.

"Wow. They are really nice."

"Yeah. I guess you could say that."

She giggles and faces him smiling. "Thanks Alito."

"It wasn't a problem. But, would you like a tour of the school?"

"I would love one!" She instantly hugs him.

He stands there surprised and looks at her, blushing a bit.

She realized she hugged him and let him go. "Oops. Sorry." She giggled and backed away.

"It's okay." He smiled. "Shall we?"

Astrid nods excitedly with a big smile on her face, and Alito a chuckles. He offers a hand and she takes it, then takes her around the school.
