Moving on to the Anatomical structure of a Matrixian, we... in all honesty can have several different anatomical structures.

As we are composed witty the genetic samples of all life on or planets we can take on any trait they have and switch between traits at will. Including becoming an invertebrate and switching to an invertebrate with little trouble.

But commonly our base anatomy is a mass of identical brightly colored bioluminescent cells. Wrapped up tightly in an outer layer of cells similar to our inner structure only more compacted together.

Our base form has no definite solid structure making us naturally extremely malleable, elastic, and durable. Not to mention we can increase our molecular density to be as solid as a rock. We use this anatomy often to efficiently use our shapeshifting and phase shifting capabilities. But only as small parts of our body when needed.

Other times we use a vertebrate anatomy to efficiently use majority of our motor skills. Requiring the muscles and skeleton to increase strength and speed, and off times we would augment our base anatomy with our Vertebrate to enhance combat efficiency. Much like a martial artists with built in weaponry.

A common Matrixian Skeleton would appear like a hybrid between most of earth's vertebrates. We would have the belly ribs of reptiles and birds and the stance of a human being. Along with three different types of skulls, one skull is our human skull.

It resembles that of a common human only the teeth are sharper and on the cranial region are multiple sockets in it. These would be where our future crests will be attacked to when entering our Alpha stage. This trait is present in all skull types.

The second skull type is the beast skull, one we retain from our Zoanthrope stage in life. Typically this skull type appears similar to a reptile with a beak looking about with a single row of razor sharp serrated teeth lining the jaws.

The third skull is the internal invertebrate shell, an internal structure similar to an Octopus that leaves room for physical characteristics commonly found in invertebrate animals to use. Such as a mollusk's radula, an Insect's mandibles or proboscis, the ejectable stomach of echinoderms like starfish and sea urchins, the Chelicera of Arachnids and any other oral organs found in invertebrates.

The organ system of our vertebrate anatomy can very, we have every known organ in all vertebrate animals. Adding to the effect we can have multiple of one type of organ such as having five hearts, seven stomachs. Three pairs of lungs, four sets of gills, and even venom glands, and each used like the animals that evolved them originally.

Our invertebrate anatomy is basically our vertebrate one only without the skeleton. Instead our internal invertebrate shell holds the muscles and organs together. In this form when traversing through water we simply take pages out of the octopus's book mimicking it's muscle movements. On land however we take books out of shelled animals such as Arthropods, basically our surface skin layer gardens and forms joint where they would be in a human's anatomy. And muscles connect to those parts and do what they do to move them. In this form we are extremely durable due to either being to hard or extremely squishy.

As to our brain, most of the time it's a mass of plasma like energy, having both no solid mass to strike and enough mass to connect to the body our mind truthfully cannot be harmed. We can turn it into that of any animals but for safety reasons we keep t as energy.

As for our plant like anatomy we commonly just alter our base anatomy and add some structures commonly found in plants. For instance mimicking the cells used to convert light, water and carbon dioxide into energy. And because some plants can produce fruit and poison we Matrixians can do the same.
