Rahul shuts off the TV and then stares at the rest of the Oberoi members who all came out hearing Shivay's name.

Shivika (annoyed) - Why is this happening now? I was about to become a CEO of dad's business...but now... (angry)... I have to be a CEO at mum's business...

Anika (annoyed) - I have changed my mind, I am not letting you handle my business at all, Shivika, you don't have empathy nor you understand how my business works... it's best if Ansh takes it.

Ansh (smiling) - Thank you, mum... I am happy to take over your business...

Shivika (annoyed) - Why is him always your priority? Why not me?

Anika (angry) - Because you are a selfish brat... (cupping Shivika and calming down) Shivika, princes... you need to learn that not everything can be bought by money... right now... we are about to shift houses... from having a house with 10+ bedroom to maybe a 3 or 4 bedroom house, with no waiters... where we have to do all the work ourselves... you know before I met your father, I used to live in one bedroom house... Suddenly, some claps can be heard from behind, as everyone turns around, they get shocked to see Shyam clapping with a bright smile on his face.

Shyam (smiling) - I am really sorry for listening to this, but I couldn't stop myself. Anika Mam... your story was amazing... I can understand what you are trying to teach your daughter... even I live in one bedroom house... with my mum. Anyway, I am sorry I talk too much... I am glad I heard this ...

Shyam with a smile leaves, while Anika stares at Shivika waiting for some response.

Shivika (annoyed) - This story isn't going to change my mind mum...just because you were living in that dirty house, doesn't mean I have to... someday. Mum, mine and your lifestyle are different... you used to live in a shi**y house... but for me... I live in a mansion... so don't try to change my mind about this...

Ansh (angry) - SHIVIKA! Don't you dare you bad mouth that house... say sorry to mum... this second... or the consequences won't be good...

Shivika (angry) - Sorry...

Shivika runs into her room, not being able to deal with the embarrassment that Ansh caused. She had to say sorry, Shivika Singh Oberoi said sorry... why did you make me do this bhai? Why?

Anika also rushes to her room, crying seeing her daughter so spoilt. Saumya also rushes behind her, not being able to deal with her di crying.

Saumya (knocking on the door) - Di... Di...

Anika (upset) - Go away...

Saumya (worried) - Di, open the door, it's me Saumya...

Anika unwillingly opens the door and then hugs Saumya while crying in her arms.

Anika (crying) - What happened to Shivika? Why is she behaving the way she is? ... I c...can't deal with this... I already have too much going on ...in my life... And.. now..this...

Saumya wipes Anika's tears and takes her towards the bed, and on time, Aditya comes with water and gives it to Saumya.

Saumya (upset) - Thank you Aditya bhaiya

Aditya smiles and leaves, while Saumya gives the water to Anika, who drinks it up slowly.

Saumya (upset) - Di... do you want a truthful answer... or a...lie....

Anika (upset) - Truth...

Saumya (cupping Anika) - This is because you were so focussed on Gauri di and bade Baal Vaal bhaiya's death that you forgot about your children...I would see Shivika and Ansh constantly trying to gain your attention... but you di... you were depressed about the death... that you weren't looking after them properly... and since you and Shivay bhaiya started growing distance... The children..they felt lonely... they didn't get a mother's love that they wanted... but they did get a father's love...Shivay bhaiya would look after them di... they would be their mum and dad... he would even look after Aditi... and that's why the children are more close with bhaiya...and the reason why Shivika is so spoilt is that since she didn't get a mother's love... there wasn't anyone who taught her to be nice... and kind... Shivay bhaiya and Ansh both spoiled her... by pampering her... making her think that money can buy anything... I am not blaming you di... I understand why you are upset... as I have lost both my di... and my brothers as well... but di... you are a great sister... and a great daughter... but it's now time that you become a great mother as well as wife... support your husband di... in this hard time, he needs your help... as well as pamper your kids' di... they deserve their mum's love...you can still win your children di.. But you will need bhaiya's support...and di... don't pamper your kids so much that they become even more spoilt...

Saumya leaves after giving a quick hug while Anika stares at her go.

On the other side

Aditi (angry) - Open the door Shivika, or we will break this door...

Dhruv (whispering to Rahul) - Madam is angry, we are going to have a volcano eruption...

Aditi (turning to Dhruv) - Did you say something?

Dhruv (nervous) - No...

Shivika finally opens the door and Aditi walks in while the others stay out fearing an angry Aditi and an annoying Shivika.

Aditi (closing the door) - Is this a way to talk to chachi? She was trying to explain to you that money isn't everything... and you... what did you do? You insulted her... your mum... who gave birth to you... the mum who carried you in her womb for 9 months...

Shivika (angry) - No Aditi, this time you are wrong.. Yes she is my mum... but she didn't care for me ... nor for Ansh... she was too depressed due to Gauri chachi's death and Omkara chacha's death. Only my dad cared for me...

Aditi (annoyed) - She was depressed because it was her sister... her blood sister... and her brother-in-law that died... how would you feel if I died?

Shivika (shocked) - Don't say that Aditi, you are the only one in this house that understands me... I will apologise to mum.. (crying)... but...pleas...please don't say that again

Aditi smiles and wipes Shivika's tears while Shivika wipes the tears on Aditi's face. They hug and then Shivika opens the door to let the youngsters come in.

Dhruv (smiling) - Is the drama finished?

Rahul (hitting him) - Dhruv! Don't say that... So... Shivika... ready to apologise...

Shivika (smiling) - Yes...

Shvika goes towards Anika's room and as she is about to come in, she hears Saumya's voice.

Saumya - but it's a time that you become a great mother as well as wife... support your husband di... in this hard time, he needs your help... as well as pamper your kids' di... they deserve their mum's love...you can still win your children di.. But you will need bhaiya's support...and di... don't pamper your kids so much that they become even more spoilt...

Shivika's POV

Was I wrong about Saumya chachi? She is trying to make mum and dad bond...she is trying to join mum and dad not separate them... is my attitude towards chachi wrong?
