Alone... he was still alone...

     Even though he was now out of isolation... he was still alone in his cell, pacing back and forth anxiously as he mumbled softly to himself, several voices in his head screaming at him to remind the little pop troll about his past...

     'You're not good enough... you deserve to be alone...' the voices screamed at him, Branch pulling at his ears as he continued to pace back and forth, just wanting the voices to shut up. 'You're a freak... you just hurt everyone you love... you can't even hold on to your colors... you're a grey freak... you deserve to be locked up here..."

     It was just like the voices he heard every second of every day back in his bunker days... the voices that made him feel like he had to keep himself locked away in his bunker...

     'They're all better off without you... Poppy is better off without you...'

     He felt sick to his stomach, all the horrible memories of things he's ever done coming back to him, and flooding his brain...

     His grandma's death... how he pushed himself away from everyone who cared about him... how he was so mean to Poppy back in his bunker days... the one he loved more than anything else in the world...

     Even now... he was only in this place... away from his friends... away from his family... away from Poppy... because he lied to her... he lied to the love of his life... he was an awful troll...

     Air... he needed air...

     Luckily... his cell, unlike the isolation room, had a window. Yes it was bared off, but at-least it would give him a little taste of the outside world...

     Quickly, Branch ran to the window, wrapping his hands around the bars keeping him locked in this place as he took in a deep breath of air, slowly beginning to calm down...

     But it wasn't enough... he was still alone... he needed to talk to someone... he needed to be with someone... he needed his family...

     He was scared... scared to be alone... he couldn't go back... he couldn't...
