Timber raced into the main clearing with all the strength left in him. He noticed plenty of healers surrounding injured warriors, elders, and younger wolves.

"Clover? Celestia? Twilight?" He started calling out the names of his friends. It was just way too noisy for anyone to hear him. Timber then raced through the clearing looking for his little twins and their black pelts.

"Thank Alpha I found you Timber!" Called out a familiar voice. Timber sighed with relief, it was Raven.

Raven then ran next to Timber's side. He was obviously shivering. Timber looked at his smaller friend and tried to stop his crying.

"What are we going to do?" Raven panicked, "Mountain tribe is much more powerful then us! What if we all die? Timber what are we going to do!" He started shaking even more. Timber never saw him act so skittish.

"We have to leave! Get the rest of us and meet me at the garden!" Timber ordered. The garden was a common meeting place for many wolves that was located next to the queens den.

"Alright," Raven replied as he raced back into the mesh of healers and the wounded.

He must know where they are, Timber thought as he walked over to the flower beds. How am I going to tell my friends about Willow? They won't even know where we're going. Except for my siblings that is.

Raven came running back with three wolves, Twilight, Blaze, and Clover. He noticed the look on Timbers face when he arrived.

"Celestia is injured very badly," he pointed out with a worried look. "But she's ok."

"We need to bring Celestia!" Timber argued while showing his teeth.

Raven jumped back in surprise then answered, "she's too hurt to move Timber."

"No," The brown wolf replied. "We need my sister! I know something bad is going to happen!" What was it? Timber thought. He felt tension coming from the wolves around him and after that came a howl, a bark, a scream.

"The enemy has broken the barrier! I repeat the enemy has broken the barrier! Guards get in your places!" Called a watch wolf. Timber and his friends immediately turned around and saw a group of mountain wolves burst through the main clearing's entrance. Starrock and the other guards rushed into place, acting as a wall.

"Guys run! Follow me!" Timber cried to his friends, yet he couldn't see them as the Forest tribe warriors piled into the clearing.

"Why would I follow you Timber? Where are you taking us, to another enemy line?" asked Blaze who easily caught up to Timber's much slower running pace.

Yet there was no time to talk, and Timber noticed his other friends following from the corners of his brown eyes. He raced out of the clearing and into a woodsy area where mostly no wolves go unless hunting. He then turned his direction to where he last saw Willow.

"Where are we going?" Yelled out Clover who tried to catch up to him.

"I can't explain right now Clover," Timber said quickly without turning back. He started sniffing the ground looking for Willow's sent trail.

"Wait a second," Blaze said as he saw what Timber was doing. "What are you trying to find?" The yellow wolf started sniffing around, looking for any unfamiliar smell.

"Why would I tell you? I'm getting my friends to a safe place. If you don't want to follow me, don't," Timber said staring at Chase in his dark green eyes. Then he noticed a small foot print of a young wolf. That must be her. He took off away from the hunting grounds and off the territory with Raven, Clover, and Twilight following.

Blaze looked at his sister and her friends vanish into the trees. After they were long gone he looked down to where Timber was smelling, and right there was a clear marking of a paw print in the mud next to the four paw prints of the others. Who's print is that? Blaze wondered. He traveled farther down the path and became so concentrated on the track that the sound of the screaming wolves faded. The path then turned around a corner to where he saw the strangest clue yet.

He came across a blue and white feather laying in Timber and the strangers trail. That's not a bird feather. Blaze told himself. This is an air wolf feather. And he raced down the path with a menacing look on his face. I must stop them!
