Gandhari was soon in her 16th month of pregnancy and all were worried why she was not giving birth, while all took some time praying Shakuni too was worried and felt the need to be with his sister. While travelling his thoughts went to Gandhari the only happy part of her life is that she is pregnant, even though the long pregnancy was now demotivating her . Shakuni was hating on the kuru family as Gandhari's in laws were not supportive, times like this was when he knew she missed Kunti's presence, another person who he had started considering a sister due to the closeness with Gandhari.

The king badly wanted an heir and his desire for the throne peaked during the same time and he betrayed Gandhari and slept with her hand maid Sugadha forcing her to bear his child. This was around the time Shakuni reached Hastinapur and he was very angry while Gandhari was hurt more than expected, she had begun hitting her stomach so badly only to end up birthing a mass of cells. Shakuni who was made aware of all the happenings was disheartened and felt pain for Gandhari.

Before he could even meet Gandhari all the happening made him feel helpless and he believed he failed to protect her once again. Shakuni was afraid of what Gandhari will do as she fainted soon and collapsed, as the vaid aided and tended to Gandhari, it was the same time that Maharishi Ved vyas arrived and stated how it was impossible to give birth to 100 sons in any woman's lifetime and they need to divide the mass of cells and leave them to grow in a pot of pure ghee. With this all understood that the reason she was not giving birth was not her fault and they will regret their actions, it just wasn't yet time for that. Shakuni was angered and left not knowing what he would do in anger and this is one more deed filling the pot of misdeeds for the kuru clan.

While heading back his thought this time went to Shreesha, she was still a child and he knew that he loved her dearly thou he didn't show. He had admired her in her sleep and with this he was back to Gandhar. One uneventful year had now passed, Shakuni hating the kurus and our dear Shreesha growing a year older . (So her age was about 2 and a half)

Within this year Yudhishter was born and soon after it was almost time for duryodhan to be born same time as Bheem and invoking Bheem's godly father Varuna dev, the weather was deadly dark and windy for welcoming the two powerful warriors, this brought about hoax of a premonition of something bad, the kuru family a strong believer of orthodox norms and superstitions heard the news of Dridhrashtra's first born along with the weather believed he was incarnation of evil wanted to kill him.

Both Gandhari and Dhridhrashtra who had not spoken for the past year spoke and fought to keep him alive this brought again hope for Gandhari that not all is lost, the elders gave up and Gandhari was happy they did. Little did she know that they will only make things worse even after letting her first born live.

Shakuni was angry but felt that Gandhari needed him and so did his nephews who he will make sure are always protected. His wife then asked him to go take care of Gandhari and her 101 kids and also convinced him to hold on to his revenge because the kids and Gandhari needed him more. Shreesha who got to know that Shakuni was going to her bua's place was sad she didn't get much of her fathers love in the three years but the little love she got will also not be there made her sad, they say mothers know all and so did Shradha, she understood her little girl and promised to let her go to Hastinapur every father every 6 months.

And with that our Shreesha was taught about behaving like a princess from her mother and also given some political overview from a very early age and that was what her mother hoped helps her when she is in Hastinapur, making sure no one is offended by here presence.
