Recap- Ankia's childhood friend Abhay makes a comeback in her life. His ex wife Peehu is working with Daksh because she blames Anika for divorce.

Ali Khan was a shrewd man. He used to be Abhay's best friend in his childhood but was hated deeply by both Chanda and Anika. Though Abhay treated him like a brother Ali did everything in his power to make sure Abhay didn't succeed.

It has been years since Anika had seen Ali and the last time she had seen him he had true dro molest her but was stopped from Abhay. As a result, Abhay had cut off ties with Ali and the two had not spoken for a long time.

For the longest time, Ali had wanted to get back at Abhay- he had always been insanely jealous of him and knew that hurting Anika would hurt him. So when he was contacted by Peehu Dobriyal, his former best friend's ex wife in order to destroy Anika, he was overjoyed.

When the three of them had met- Peehu, Daksh and Ali, it was decided that they would try to conceal the fact that they were in cohoots with Ali and then find a way to insert him in Anika's life.

Peehu's rationali was that both Abhay and Shivaay would anticipate Daksh's action and since the two were well connected, they could easily put him back in prison. Daksh was possess off because his plan for revenge got delayed but Peehu made him look at the bigger picture.

Don't worry Daksh. You'll get Anika but we need to calm down for a few days. I will call Abhay and tell him that I have sent you to prison and have called off my plans. This is because Abhay is expecting us to do something. This will throw him off and then we can strike when they are least expecting it.

Next Morning

Abhay had called Shivaay and told him what was conveyed by Peehu. He told him that while he did not fully trust his wife, he had cross checked with the police and Daksh had indeed been sent back to prison. This was a relief for Shivaay.

A few days later-

After few days had passed, Anika had decided that she wanted to resume her work. While she mainly handled events for Oberoi group, she also occasionally organised events for some high end families. Ever since her marriage to Shivaay, her name in the upper class circle for organising events had become quite popular.

However, Anika missed organising small weddings for regular people. She had been called to organise a nikkah in Pune and was excited for the same. She had immediately said yes on phone. However, that led to a huge fight between her and Shivaay.

Are you crazy Anika? You can't go to Pune, not when the threat of Daksh looms over.

You cross checked with the police right? Peehu has backed down now.

I don't care Anika.

Why are you taking Abhay's anger on me like this? Let it go said Anika as she headed towards the door.

I am going to Chanda's. Don't worry, I won't organise the wedding in Pune if you don't want me to. However, it is not by choice but compulsion.

After Anika had refused to organise the wedding in Pune, Ali had been disappointed. It was their grand plan to lure Anika to Pune away from Shivaay's protection.

In order to keep tabs on Anika, Ali and Doaah had been following her. Taking her pictures so that they knew their routine. Unbeknownst to them, she figured out she was being followed and recognised Ali.

The fact that Ali and Daksh were following her like this made her extremely worried. Shivaay had no idea about Ali and if he found out about the kind of man he was and how he had treated Anika in the past, Shivaay would lose his shit and not let Anika step out alone even for a minute.

To prevent that from happening, she made a tough call and confided in Abhay. A worried Abhay asked her to meet him immediately. Anika Had been hesistant initially but knew that she had no choice.

Later that night

Anika and Abhay had decided that they would meet tomorrow as Shivaay would be occupied with his conference for the next two days.

Anika knew she could not just tell him that she was meeting Abhay. He was in his ultra jealous mode and would completely lose his shit. So Anika had decided doo take help of Om and Gauri.

Anika bhabhi, Shivaay will be very disappointed if he finds out that we helped you in meeting Abhay said Omkara when Anika asked him for help.

And we don't know why is it so urgent for you to meet Abhay that you are willing to lies to base bhaiya asked Gauri.

I promise I will tell you two the truth but right now I need to take you in confidence . Please help me begged Anika.

Om and Gauri eventually complied with their bhabhi's request knowing fully well what would happen if Shivaay found out the truth.

Next Morning

At the breakfast table, Omkara began the conversation about how he needed help for organising his exbhition. As decided, Anika volunteered to help him so that she could go out and use that as an excuse to meet Abhay.

Shivaay dis not find it out at all and went about his morning as usual. He was preoccupied with his conference and wanted to focus on that completely.

As per their plan, Om dropped Anika at the hotel and she went to see Abhay.
