Kai's POV
  I thought everyone was unconscious after my last attack, and they all almost were. But there was one ninja still conscious.

  Nya's POV
I couldn't believe Kai did that to us, even if he had lost all his memories. He didn't even remember I was his sister.
   He saw that I was the only one conscious and he came to me. He grabbed me by my neck and hold me up.
'How could you do this to us? To me?!' I said with an emotion I never felt before: it was anger combined with disappointment and sadness. Kai's eyes weren't brown anymore, they were fire red.
   'I did what I had to do! I wanted more power and now I have it! This is the new Kai, the old one is dead. This is me now.' he said. He started to tighten my throat harder.

'No! This can't be you! You are not the brother I grown up with! You are not the same person as my brother, who would do anything for his family!' I said with tears in my eyes. Then, I saw something in Kai's eyes for some seconds. It was sadness. I realised that even if he has no longer memories, I hurt him with those words. Which means I still can make him remember who am I. While thinking about it, he got my throat harder. I could hardly breathe.
'Come on, Kai! Try to remember how we were in our childhood. We were best friends and you always tried to protect me. Even when we weren't kids anymore. Remember how we supported each other after our parents died. You protected me with your own life like you always do! Always and forever, remember?
I had tears in my eyes. So did Kai.
'I love you, Kai! And I'm not going to give up on you! I will have you back. No matter what!'

  Kai's POV
When Nya said all those things, I started to cry. All those good memories started to come back. I saw myself 17 years ago when Nya was born. I was so happy. Then I saw us hugging each other after our parents died, every single time one of us felt pain or sadness, and that thing was still happening before I became the bad guy. I saw us trying to protect each other with all costs. Then a lot of other memories. But then, something was different. I saw and heard a conversation I wasn't there at. It was a conversation between Nya and the other ninjas two days ago.

Conversation
'We must get Kai back!' Nya said
'He tried to kill us all! He isn't Kai anymore! He's a monster!' Cole said
'My brother is not a monster, Cole! He may do some bad things, but he's not a monster! And I'm not going to give up on him!' Nya said
'I am afraid Cole is right. Kai is too dangerous.' Lloyd said
'I am going to save him with or without you!' Nya said

Nya's POV
I didn't know what was happening with Kai. He acted like he was in a trance. He didn't speak, blink or anything. He continued to tighten his arm on my neck. I couldn't breathe. I started to scream but he had no reaction. Everything was getting dark...
