Decided to make a one-shot about this amv from Pokemonrangerboy12 xD I just noticed how many times I've made a one-shot based on his amvs xD oh well :p

Keep in mind this isn't an amour one-shot (I just wanted to put this here because I'm too lazy to make another book just to make this one-shot :3)

Ash's POV

I wonder how many years has it been since I've left? 2 years or more I guess? I never thought I would come this far without them, without my family.

I walked around the peaceful neighborhood of Kanto, after accomplishing my goal in Alola, I decided to just stay here in my home town for a break. I looked up and saw stars, because it was night time.

It never really caught my attention until now, but those stars were we used to look up on the same ground and sky was a moment we would want to live in forever. I was all about battles and pursing my dream that it didn't take long until I needed to leave the region and move on.

It never really occured to me that no matter how many times I travel to different regions, I can never replace a family like them.

Her sweet and polite attitude and that caring smile of hers.

His shy and his passion for science.

Her childlike attitude and her dream to beat us in the future.

I wonder how you guys are doing?

You may be travelling around and performing to make everyone smile.

You may be tinkering with a new machine for humans and Pokémon.

You may be travelling the region, beating every single gym leader to compete the league.

I wonder how many moments you have created by yourselves? How many people got inspired by you guys?

The moments that we lived for, and the moments we could never forget. I wonder, I really do wonder, do you guys miss the days when our family was a whole?

Who am I kidding, of course you guys do. I would never forget the day Dedene ran away because it didn't want us to go on our separate ways. 

The moments we lived for, the moments we cherished together, and the moments we wanted to last forever.

How ironic that I would be out here looking at the stars, thinking about going back there to reunite with you guys and be one family...

I look back down and continued to head on back home along with my partner who was sleeping soundly in my arms. As I continue to walk on forward, memories played in my head.

They were memories where we as a family were whole and would be having fun together. Whether it was watching her performance. Whether it was laughing about how many times his inventions explode on us. Whether it would be awkwardly just standing there watching her propose to women for her big brother.

Those moments would never be forgotten, I would never in my life ever throw them away.

Because, why would I want to forget my one and only family? A family that stood together to fight for the future. A family that would never give up till' the end! A family that would always want to see each other happy and would do anything just to seem them smile.

A family like that can never be torn apart no matter how far they are from each other.

Yes, a family like that is unstoppable right?

A small smile curved up on my lips as I look infront of me, I saw my house and I quickly ran to it even though it won't go no where. I stop infront and took a deep breath, I opened the door and saw my mother holding a box and piece of paper and a big smile on her face.

We didn't need to say anything else as she handed me the box and the paper, I quickly read it out loud.

"Hey Ash, been 2 years now huh? I wonder what you're doing right now, well besides reading this note that is haha. I wanted to tell you that I'm back at Kalos to take a break and the first thing I did was visit the Lumiouse Tower, Clemont grew quite handsome and Bonnie was there too. Her hair was longer now and she grew into such a polite girl. I was wondering how you were doing after leaving? Probably being the best right? Well, I saw the live show of you competing those island trials and you were awesome! I wished I could have been there to cheer you on, but sad to say I wasn't and I stead I was in Hoenn. But you didn't want to hold me down to pursue my dream, and I thank you for that. But seriously, I miss the moments we talked and had fun with our team. I really do..

I guess what I want to say is that I wished you were here with us Ash..

And don't forget that we would be there for you no matter how much distance between us all, because the moments and challenges we faced together.

Our bind can never be beaten and you know that right?

Well, I guess that's what I wanted to tell you all these years...

But, do you still remember that kiss? Heh, pretty brave of me right? Another moment to cherish..

I opened the box and saw pictures of them from different places and souvenirs aswell. Each of them showed their progress and it made me happy. They've made moments to cherish separately, but I know that the moments we had can never be beaten.

I glance back at my mom and with a determined smile I told her.

"Can I go back to Kalos? I want to spend my time and make moments with them, with my family"
