Chapter 2

An alarm is heard... and after hearing the alarm the person who was sleeping got up and went to freshen up... after freshening up he went down only to see all of his family members are there seating on the dining table waiting for him...when he went down he was shocked to see his family... (hardik parents and bro&sil live separately... but they do have each other house keys...)

Nalini: good morning hardik beta...

Hardik: mom... (ran to her and hug her and than take blessings) dad... (do the same) hi bhai and bhabhi...

Krunal: hope you like our surprise???

Hardik: yes... I was really missing you all... thought to come and visit you all during break... but now my wish got fulfilled... (smell of food) mom I am smelling your food... and I can't wait to eat your handmade food...

Pankhuri: ya come... food is ready...

All move to the dining table....

All of them were eating their breakfast...

Nalini: hardik beta... me and ur dad has decided that you should get married now...

Hearing this all of their attention was on their parents...

Himanshu (its hardik father name): your mom is right hardhik... we think that you are in a right age to get married... do you like anyone hardik?

Hardhik: no papa...I don't like anyone... I will marry the girl of my parent's choice...

Hearing him all of them smile...

Nalini: its good to hear that... beta we have sent your proposal to one of my friend without asking you... I am sorry for that...

Hardhik: maa... you are elder than me... so don't ask sorry from me... I trust you... If you are positive about it than I am ready to meet whoever you choose for me...

Himanshu: ok... good to hear that... just hope that nalini's friend family will want to meet...

All: ok...

Krunal: wah... now I will take revenge for all the teasing in your wedding... I can't believe that my little brother is gonna see a girl for his marriage...

Hardik: bhabhi... (make a crying face)

Pankhuri: krunal... stop teasing him and finish your breakfast...

Soon all finish their breakfast and left for their work...

At whankede stadium...

Hardik was practicing with his team... it was break time now... all of them were sitting and talking with each other when they stop their conversation to listen to what rohit was saying...

Rohit: hardik I heard that you are getting married... (said very loud so everyone can hear)

Yuvi: what... you call us your friends and you never tell us that you are getting married...

And by this one by one all were asking him...

Hardik: wait... first of all I am not getting married...

Rohit: yet...

Hardik: and second bhai told you right... than please tell them clearly the matter...

Rohit: ok... I am sorry... hardik is not getting married yet... but marriage talks are going on at home...

Hearing this all started hooting and teasing him...

Dhoni: ok... stop... look at hardik... hardik by looking at you, you are looking scared... don't be scared cuz whatever destiny has planned for us is for our own good...

Hardik: thanks bhai... that really helped a lot...

Virat: and we hope to hear wedding bells soon...

The whole day past with practice and some teasing from the team... but the team also help to ease his nervousness and cricket also made him relex....

Soon it was evening...

All were sitting and chatting with each other... catching up on what they have missed... suddenly they hear a mobile ringing...

Nalini: (see the caller and got happy) its my friend whom I have sent hardik proposal for...

Hearing this all got alert... and hardik was feeling really nervous...

Pankhuri: mom... please answer the phone...

Phone conversation

Nalini: hello sakshi... how are you??? and how is your family???

Sakshi: hello... I am fine... and my family is fine as well... how are you and your family???

Nalini: they are fine... so whats your answer for the proposal???

Sakshi: yes... I am calling you for that only... and we are ready to meet your son... I just wanted to ask if you are free this weekend??? Cuz than we shall let the kids meet and decided...

Nalini: yes... this weekend we are free... we will come by your place...

Hearing her this sentence all the others guessed that they agree to meet... pankhuri was so happy that she started planning for her shopping...

After some other talks nalini cut the phone call... she looked at all the family members and nod her head yes... all of them scream in happiness and hardik just smile seeing their happiness...

Nalini: start packing your bags... we are going to see sakshi daughter this weekend... so cancel all your plans... and pankhuri... pls come and help me after you done packing... we will just get the roka things ready... in case things get clicked...

Pankhuri: ok mom...

Soon all get busy in their work...

In delhi...

It was around 5 pm and misha does not have any more appointments... so she decided to go to karan office... on the way she called Arjun and sameer to meet at karan office as well...

Arjun, Sameer and misha meet in the entrance of karan's office and went in... the staff seeing their boss siblings greeted them and lead them to karan cabin...

Without knocking all three of them went in only to see karan shocked face to see them...

Karan: what are you all doing here???

Misha: bhai I was free as I did not have any appointments and when I called them they were also free so we decide to meet you in your office... and before you say anything... I called your pa to asked if you have any meeting... so when I know you are free so I made this plan...

Karan: ok my bachaa... so tell me what do you want to do???

Misha: I know you have not called shivaay bhai yet... so call him now and put on speaker... (after a while) no... no... do a video call... I miss them...

Karan follow what misha told him to do...

The video call will answered... and the luthra siblings were surprised to see the whole family there and not only the brothers... seeing this misha got excited...

Misha: namaste nani... bade mama... bade mami... chote mama... chote mami...

All: Namaste beta...

Misha: shivaay bhai... how come you at home this time???

Shivaay: karan msg me in the morning saying that there is some news that he wanted to share with all... so we came back home early...

Om: so please tell us the news... we can't take the suspense anymore...

Sameer: bhai... when you all here the news... all will be surprised...

Nani: stop creating suspense and tell me...

Misha: bhai... you tell... (sensing her nervousness Arjun spoke)

Arjun: nani... misha got a marriage proposal...

Hearing this all were happy...

Nani: what a good news??? But who is the boy??? And do we know him???

Sameer: not only us nani... whole of india knows him???

Bade mami: is he a businessmen???

Karan: no mami... actually he is hardik pandya... team india's all-rounder...

Hearing this all were shocked but happy as well...

Om: its good to hear that it is him who is gonna see our sister... but we don't know him personally...

Karan: don't worry om... dad has done a background check on him... and hardik mother is a childhood friend of maa...

Tej: really??? Which friend beta???

Sameer: maa was saying her name is nalini aunty...

Shakti: acha... than we can have trust that she would have given good values to her son... plus he is making our country proud...

Hearing this all smile...

Misha: shivaay bhaiya... on bhaiya... and rudy bhaiya...I want all my brothers with me when I am making my life important decision... so I want all 3 of you be here on Friday... no excuses...

Shivaay: as you say princess... we will be here on Friday...

Like this the day has ended...

Both the family has started making preparation for the meeting... and the week past by a blink of an eye... the pandya family were here in delhi on Friday... and they will be meeting misha on Saturday...
