MIHIR'S POV

I kept looking at her as she finished telling everything.

"How will I ever repay you" I whispered

"For what" She asked

"For... Everything Isha. And specially this" I said

"Idiot" She mumbled and hugged me.

"God, I've missed you so much. To hold you like this" I sighed

"And I've missed to be held like this" She replied and I smiled kissing her fore head.

"Did Mihira's call connect? I wanna wish her too" Isha frowned

"She's in flight Isha! It's a long flight" I told again the reason which I told her just some hours ago.

"So, what's the plan for birthday" She asked

"No as such plans. And since you're here, I'm sure you've something in that little mind of yours" I told and she grinned

"Well, to be honest, my plans mostly include families & close friends on birthday. Will that be okay to you? " She asked

"Perfect" I replied

"And, no office today" She said

"Not perfect. That can't happen. I've works planned for tomorrow" I told

"Okay. Do your work. I'm going back to Jaipur" She huffed and was standing up when I grabbed her by waist and pulled closer to me but it was such that she fell into my arms almost over me.

"Mihir" She whispered stopping the wild thoughts that were coming in my mind.

"You're not going any where today. I'll... I'll not go to office" I scowled and she grinned

That's the thing about her!

For one moment she was so shy that she could ony whisper! And look at her now, since she's so happy, she almost forgot that she's in my arms!

More precisely On Me!!

We sat for some more time and talked !

Basically, she talked, I listened!

"Why aren't you speaking anything" She asked

"Because you keep doing blah blah" I said.

She narrowed her eyes & looked at me.

"Kidding! I love to listen to you Ishu" I told and she grinned

"But still, you talk a lot. Doesn't your mouth hurt" I asked

"You know what Mihir Malhotra, when one day I'll not speak naa, that day you'll come to know that I'm better off as speaking" She huffed

"Idiot" I muttered & pulled her closer.

Don't know when time just flew and it was already 5:30 am.

"I ain't sleepy"  She mumbled

"Rest a little Isha. Sleep for a while" I told

"No Mihir. If I sleep now, I'll wake up in noon." She said and I chuckled

"I'll see you later. You sleep" She added kissing my cheek and I smiled.

But as soon as Isha was going she bumped into someone and I ran holding her.

"Careful" I muttered & looked at the person in front.

"Whata are you doing here" I asked Avika where as Avika asked Isha.

I looked at the back to find Vikram standing and I smirked.

"It's not like what you think! It's... Yes.. It's just she came to check on me" He lied and we all looked at him.

"Yeah well I can really understand that how the pretty girls here check on us" I smirked and then we all chuckled.

"Sush! Before dad wakes up, you both run to your rooms & get some sleep" I said and they both looked at each other.

"I'm not sleepy" They both said in unison.

"Hey, Avika since you're not sleepy. How about we both go to the beach" Isha offered

"Great idea. Let's go" Avika accepted and we both men looked at them.

"That's not fair" Vikram said

"Everything is fair in love & war" Isha winked at me and I denied

Take me with you !!

"Good night guys" Avika mocked and they both went from there while I looked at Vikram.

Awkwardness!

"Good night" I replied and went back to my room.

The next I woke up today was when someone knocked on my door.

"Mihir. It's 8 in the morning. Wake up now" Mom's voice came and I looked at my watch and stood at once.

"Shit! " I muttered

Going there I opened the door and mom came inside.

"You're late! Wow! How! " She asked but then her eyes went to the.....

Shit!! Shit!!

"Ah, I was hungry last night" I said and she raised her brow looking at the empty tub of ice cream on the side table & some chocolate wrappers.

"You? Don't eat those normally! And at mid nights, never! " She smirked now

I Am Busted!!

She came near to me and spoke.

"Don't tell me you both had any hanky panky" Mom whispered in my ear and I looked at he shocked.

"What! No" I abruptly spoke and she laughed.

"Mom! " I whined and looked at the door to see the person behind this busting.

Mom looked at her smirking and she looked at me confused while I pointed to the proof she left behind.

When she understood she looked at mom with wide eyes.

"No no aunty. It wasn't me! It was he who picked me and took me here. I didn't come here with my own willingness" She blabbered and I looked at her shocked.

"You're such a... Devil" I said and mom laughed.

"It's okay! Next time make sure, you both remove the proofs" Mom mocked and Isha was red till now.

"Don't tell dad. He's going to tease me for my whole life for this. "  I said and mom smirked

"Please" I whined and the both women laughed while I glared the one behind mom.

"Don't give glares to her Mihir. And I won't tell dad anything" Mom said and I sighed.

"Okay Mr. Mihir Malhotra. This is your whole day itinerary for today. Follow this" Isha told and before I could say her phone rang and she excused .

I looked at the paper in my hand it had some time and to do things written on it.

"Seriously" I sighed and mom shrugged

"Okay! Can't even deny" I muttered and she chuckled ruffling my hair.

"So.. Just do whatever is written. Bye" She said and I nodded looking the paper.

9:00 Am  - Breakfast. 

Venue :- Back Garden of Mansion.

I smiled and after regular chores, I was ready in casuals and went down stairs.

No one was there so I understood that they must be in garden hence I directly went there.

"Happy Birthday" Everyone exclaimed happily as they saw me.

Mihira & Vivaan too were there now and I'm sure Mihira has met Avika because their talking was endless.

"Whoa. Thank you. And Happ Birthday Twin " I said looking at Mihira and she smiled hugging me.

"So how was birthday in flight? " Isha asked

"Cutting cake with dozen of unknown people. It was actually good" She said

"Okay Mihir & Mihira. Sit here" Dad told and I noded doing the same.

"Wow mom! All our favorite" I & Mihira said in unison.

"Yes & today Mihir, your diet can go to hell" Mom told and everyone chuckled while I shrugged

"Okay. Twinnies, what's the next thing? " Avika asked

I nodded and looked at the itinerary.

"You too have one" I told looking at Mihira

"It's her birthday too" Isha said narrowing her eyes at me.

"Yeah! Don't gimme that look" I told while she as usual clicked her tongue out mocking me.

I sighedand looked at the itinerary.

10:00 am - Iskcon Juhu & Shri Gurunanak Darbar.

I looked at Isha and she smiled while I nodded.

Soon we all were done with breakfast and mom told me to change.

In minutes I was in a black kurta and when I came down I looked at Isha.

She was wearing a...well a very simple yellow patiala suit & she looked....

Damn pretty!

I've seen her in a patiala suit for first time.

She looked at me and raised her one brow.

I touched my lips with my finger and pointed towards her.

She instantly blushed and turned away smiling.

Damn, I want to kiss her!

Soon we all left for Iskcon first and I looked at Isha.

She had such a glitter in her eyes there.

"I love Iskcons" She said and I smiled

'Can guess that." I replied

We both joined our hands in front of Lord Krishna & Goddess Radha's deity.

Who can understand love better then you! We humans see you as idol of love. And you made love such a pure feeling! I want to pray you for the same.

This girl standing beside me, is my life. Never let any harm come over her. And never let her go away from me. Please!

"Gonna pray in one day only" A whisper came and I looked at Mihira.

She smirked and I denied smiling.

"Let's go" I said putting my hand on her shoulder and she grinned.

"Yeah yeah " She teased and I glared her.

"I don't wanna push you away just because it's your birthday" I mocked while she ignored that.

After Iskcon we went to Gurudwara.

Removing our shoes and footwears we washed our hands first.

We men tied handkerchief on our head while the women covered their head with duppatas they carried.

"Oh sohniyo, tussi te bade sohne lag rahe ho ( Oh beautiful, you look so beautiful)." I complimented and she smiled

"Or tusi gabru jawan (handsome man) " She replied and I chuckled while she smiled going towards all the women.

After washing our feet we went inside and Isha looked around.

I joined my hands doing ardaas and I looked at Isha who did just like mom was doing.

Then she looked at me when she was sitting and I smiled gesturing her to look forward.

While taking a round around Darbar Sahib, I looked at Isha.

"In Sardars you take four rounds around. I'm not a sardar, but I'm Punjabi... So.. Should I? " I whispered and she blushed.

I chuckled inwardly as I've never seen Isha this shy!

After having the kada prasad, we went out and then everyone looked at me & Mihira

"Yeah, fine" We said as we knew we've to look into that paper.

Quadra lunch date!

"Really! I would've prefered single lunch date" I mocked

"Exactly. I mean I too said that what we parents will do with you kids" Dad said and I smirked

"Yeah, because you wanted to spend some time alone with your wife" I mocked and mom lightly slapped me on my back while dad smirked more.

"Your time will also come" Dad said looking at Isha while she looked at me wide eyed and then looked away.

"Ah, lunch today is on these twins. It's their birthday" She tried changing topic but no one said anything and then we all chuckled.

"That's not fair" She whined and we laughed more.

"Okay! And according to this from 4-6 I'll be doing nothing. What does that mean? " I asked

"It means what is written" Avika mocked and I sighed.

"I'll do my work" I stated while no one paid heed to it honestly.

"Okay kids. Since Avika is here, and what can be more good occasion then celebrating Mihir & Mihira's birthday. So tonight, I'm throwing party" Dad announced and everyone hooted.

"That's not needed" I told

"Shut up" He snapped and everyone laughed while I gave up raising hands.

We all went to one of our hotels and had lunch.

It was almost half past three since the women wanted to buy something from the hotel's designer boutique.

"What have you bought? " I asked Isha

"Why should I tell you? " She mocked

"That's not fair Isha" I huffed

"Babe, you'll get to see what I bought after wards on me" She said kissing my cheek .

"Well, you can't distract me like that. And wait, I wanted to ask that there's nothing written in this itinerary.

" Oh really" She asked as we set inside our cars

"Isha wait" Avika called her and she looked at her before sitting.

"Listen, I want your help in a bit of shopping. I'll be leaving for NY tomorrow. So... Come with me in my car naa. Mihir will go with Uncle & aunt. " She said

"Wait. What! No" I instantly spoke.

"Mihir.. You're being rude" Isha muttered

"Ignore him Isha. Come let's go" Avika smirked and Isha nodded looking at me and mumbling a see you she was going when I grabbed her hand.

"At least tell me what's going on Isha. What's there in this little mind of yours?" I asked and she smiled

"Shopping right now I guess" She grinned and then ran towards another car while mom & dad came to mine.

"Don't scowl" Dad smirked

"Tell him not to tease me right now" I said mom and she too suppressed her laughter.

"He's more bad in these things then you" Mom whispered to dad.

"Heard that" I muttered

"Was meant to be" She mocked and I huffed.

The ride was almost silent while my mind was just going back to what she must be doing, what she must be trying on. What if she wears something really...

Ugh stop it Mihir!

It was already half day passed and she was with me every minute in morning so why not now.

We reached mansion and as I was
closing the car's door dad looked at me.

"Mihir you dropped something" Dad said handing me a card.

"That's... Not mine" I told

"May be that's not yours but for you" Dad said tapping my shoulder and I looked at him confused as he handed me the card and went inside.

Happy Birthday Mihir.

I opened the card and that had something written on it.
