Arjun Kapoor as Dr. Arjun Shrivastav.

He is the son of brilliant psychiatrist Dr. Aditya Shrivastav. He lost his sister Komal at a very young age while flying kite on the roof. She died due to extreme bleeding from her head. From that day he decided to become a brain surgeon and today he is a brain surgeon. He lives in London with his family, but came for a tour in India alone.

A brilliant psychiatrist, proud father of Arjun, loves his son very much, misses his daughter, Komal every minute whom he lost when she was very young.

Amisha Patel as Radha Shrivastav

She is mother of Arjun. She still cries for the loss of her daughter, Komal. She is also a caring mother, and a loving wife.
