What is War of Writers?

Welcome to War of Writers, a special event inspired by the Food Wars anime. This event is designed to assist you with writing descriptions for your novel, regardless of what level of writing you are at, or what kind of writer you classify yourself as.

War of Writers is a battle between other authors, in groups no more than five. Most of these battles will be one on ones, but there will be some cases where you will participate in Group Wars, where you must battle your team's way to the top. The number of writers on each team doesn't have to be equal, but one side can choose to compete with one author while the other side can choose to have multiple authors. The choice will be up to you as a team.

Every month we will host the event until we have our Elite Zodiac seats filled. These are twelve authors who have written their way to the top and secured the highest position in the competition. Other authors may challenge these Elite Zodiac for their spot in a Clash of Champions match. These matches consist of multiple rounds, as opposed to one, but the rules and setup will be the same as a regular match.
