{H/C} locks were tussled by the wind, as {Y/N} pulled her jacket closer, the apple festival was lit up with little lights shaped like apples, she was back to her roots dressed in an outfit suitable for tonight, Rei on the other hand was stunning and the {H/C} female couldn't take her eyes off of the white haired beauty.

Ever since they began this both had been getting the light back into their eyes, and Rei was slowly finding herself happy once again, without that man here she found a new passion and hopefully he never tried to come and take her from here, she was barely bothered by the chilly air, for her quirk was one to due with the cold.

The two stood at their makeshift stand that had various bags of wrapped candy, candy they had made together, little children were in awe over it as they passed by and the older ones were surprised to see it again, "I haven't seen apple candy like this in a long time kid, and it's even better than I remember" a male told them as he turned to look at his husband whom in turn took some of the candy offered by his husband a smile so bright appearing on his face.

And as they walked away the two realized how happy the candy made others, and as the festival kept on they soon put a close on their stand to go have fun, they would return soon for now everyone was closing up their stands for music had began to be played as people grabbed a partner and began to dance the way they wished to.

"Care to have this dance with me?" {Y/N} asked the white haired female whom smiled taking her hand as they danced together bright smiles on their faces, unaware of the one watching them, a male with red hair whom frowned holding the flowers in his hand tighter.

The two females lost each other in the dance as the male watched them vanish into the crowd of dancers, a hand was placed on his shoulder "Hey Keith did you get a chance to ask her yet?" a male with long silver hair asked his best friend whom in turn just sighed.

"She already got a partner" he stated heartbroken before his eyes widened as his friend dragged him into the dancing circle, "W-What are you doing Cal?" he questioned dropping the flowers as Cal took both his hands.

"Dancing with my friend what else man, I should have told you her and the new girl were getting cozy with one another, they even made apple candy together, I'm sorry you were to late, but hey I won't let it ruin this night, and no complaining either were dancing rather you like it or not" Cal told the boy, a smirk crossing his features.

The red haired male sighed and did as told, to his surprise dancing with the silver haired male was actually very pleasant and he indeed forgot about his silly crush, because tonight he may have just found a new one, one he was to blind to see in the first place, and for all these years, it was time he stopped chasing after his childhood friend and gave his best friend a chance.
