The night had passed after a dreamy afternoon between two opposites. Although the love in the night air had passed, it never disappeared between these two at all. No one could count on it. The sun rises and Mandy is greeted with the sun shining on her face, really illuminating the beauty and grace that was imprinted into her eyes and complexion. It had only be a few hours of sleep, and Mandy missed Lou.

She rose from her bed, her legs dangling at the edge of the bed facing the wall with a window completely taking over. One of the best things Mandy will not admit is that she had managed to live in such a nice area since her job is so important to the rest of the dolls. Well that's what the rest of them think- they feel that beauty is still everything regardless of the new change that had taken place in IUP. Mandy stretched for a short moment, and changed into her uniform. She often wondered now- why did they still have to wear those things everywhere they went? Even when they had days off they hadn't need to wear them. She should probably ask Lou about that.

Mandy shook her head and her thoughts went loose to her brain. Her gaze was fixed upon the mirror. Everyone nowadays would find that the word 'ugly' was such a harsh word. But that was the only word that was inflicted on Mandy at this very moment- ugly. She couldn't help but think of those days when life would treat her awfully and how her vulnerability almost got the best of her. She sighed, trying to shake off the thoughts, telling herself mentally that she needed to let that habit go. She made her way over to her nightstand and put on her glasses, her vision fixating. This was one of those times where she crucially tried to avoid mirrors at all times. She looked down from the bathroom mirror that was just across from her bed- the door not being closed -and head out the bedroom door.

She arrived down stairs and sneaked her way over to the kitchen, but not at first noticing the blonde beauty that was just ahead of her. Lou was in front of a body length mirror, fixing his tie and making himself look sharper than he already was. Mandy just smiled at the scene- admiring his effort and look. She then turned around and started to make a simple bowl of cereal. Lou noticed her small clattering of plates and bowls and turned his head towards the beauty beside him. He then made his way behind Mandy and decided to snake his arms from behind, squeezing her ever-so-gently and passionately. Even though shows aware of Lou's presence, she would have never expected him to sneak up from behind like that- so out of instinct she slightly jumped. Lou chuckled at her reaction and kissed her cheek

"Morning, beautiful..." Lou slightly flirted, Mandy's spine just stopped working for a good few seconds seeing as she almost fell to her feet with Lou's smooth nature. She had to learn to get used to that...

She hummed a laugh enjoying his touch and brought his arms closer to her. "Morning~" She melted into his frame, Lou obviously doing the same learning towards her while holding her contently. A minute goes by and it was soon just a silence finally broken- not that it would've saved them from awkwardness seeing as they were quite comfortable around each other otherwise. Mandy then moves away from Lou, who naturally let go of her.

They both looked at each other and smiled with a small blush. Although they obviously knew the love they had for each other was evident and real, but they sometimes forget that their dreams are a reality and it may take them some time to fully open up to one another- despite all the episodes we've witnessed before that had plenty of moments. This was only something that the two of them had to handle. Mandy then finally pours her milk into her cereal that remained in the bowl. Lou just made his way to one of the seats that stood near the kitchen counter, and took a seat.

"How'd you sleep" Lou asked, deciding he wanted to start a conversation.

"Well it was peaceful, I've never slept so well until last night." Mandy admitted, Lou just nodded at her. "Do you reckon... we should talk about it?" Lou perked up at her question. "Talk about what?" Mandy then brought her bowl of cereal that had been ready- along with a spoon -and sat down across from him at the kitchen counter.

"It's just- I. Well-....What are we?" Mandy managed to get out, Lou's eyes widened, surprised at her question. He didn't want to make her feel judged though, so he just asked; "We are together aren't we?" Mandy shook her head, "Well, technically you never asked me." Lou was about to object but then realised that she was right. He never really approached her directly about this. Lou then put a hand on Mandy's which made her stop eating and look up and Lou's gorgeous bluebell eyes. "Mandy. Will you do the honour of going out with me, and being my girlfriend?" Lou said slowly, so it would show in his eyes and voice that he actually meant what he said. Mandy then smiled with her eyebrows relaxed, she walked around the kitchen counter to get to Lou- who only sat there perplexed at her actions and curious to see what would happen.

She made it to Lou and ended up having her arms wrapped around his neck, his shoulder more in line with the lower area of her arm. Lou could only instinctively wrap his arms around her waist, still staring at her eyes not looking away from her direction. She then unexpectedly- and yet somewhat abruptly -connected her lips with his, resulting in Lou's eyes to widen even more, it didn't help with now that she was sitting on his lap, half-straddling him. He didn't complain though, kissing her back and closing his eyes before he would never get the chance. The kiss was slightly intimate- but at the same time heartwarming and reassuring, which was why this moment would obviously be in their heads for a while now. Mandy teasingly and slowly retracted her lips from his, her eyes slightly closed. Lou was so shocked and flabbergasted at the move that was just made, but again- he was not complaining.

"I take it that's a yes?" Lou joked, which victoriously made Mandy laugh in return. She nodded, making Lou smile in victory. Mandy then realised where she had been for the past few seconds and was about to get off- hoping she wasn't bothering Lou. Lou saw her trying to leave and abruptly put his hands on either side of her thighs, not in a perverted way though- more of a protective and dominant way. Mandy blushed furiously, putting tomatoes and strawberries to shame.

"Stay." Lou said, without hesitation. "You aren't bothered by my weight at all? Because I can get off and just finish my cereal-" "Mandy."

Mandy fell silent. "Trust me," Lou then laid back a little on his chair with one arm still gently clutching Mandy's hip. "I'm already comfortable." Lou admitted flirtatiously. Mandy rolled her eyes, but smiled.  So there she remained, on his lap surprisingly comfortable too.

"Hey actually! So there's the gauntlet coming up, and I'd really like it if you were there..." Lou offered, Mandy smiled and sat up enthusiastically "Sure! I'd love to go. Being able to see the progress you've made with the rest of the students and sending them of to their destiny? I'm definitely going to see my boyfriend be a main role in that!" Lou felt happy and joyous inside when Mandy called him her boyfriend. He then smirked, pulling off a playful look.

"Well... Of course if it weren't for you? I wouldn't really be, or soon will be, where I am today and in the future." Lou said as he pulled her closer to him in a hug, which Mandy gladly roped herself into. "I guess I'm just lucky." Lou suggested, really clinging her towards his body and enjoying her embrace. Mandy sat up though, making Lou pout slightly. "Trust me, it's me who's lucky..." Mandy said with honesty and content in her eyes as she gazed into Lou's. The gap was slowly starting to close up between them, but as fate would bring us disappointment, they hear the doorbell ring.

Lou groans in pure frustration, Mandy only shakes her head in annoyance at the sound of the doorbell. "This really does keep happening a lot..." Mandy pointed out with a gorgeous smile, trying to lighten Lou's mood. Lou was still frustrated, and was not leaving that house without a kiss. So Lou swiftly got off his chair holding Mandy by her thighs and hoisting her up onto the kitchen counter. Mandy squealed in surprise, yet it amused her.

"What are yo-" Lou cuts her off with a slow soft kiss on her lips, making her swallow her words right away. Lou pulls away with a goofy smile, Mandy scoffs "Thanks cutie but you better get going." Lou nods and makes his way out the door. "We'll talk about our date as soon as I get back, okay?!" Lou notifies her from afar

"Okay!" and with that the door shut and they both were separated for a few short hours.
