(Alice's POV)

As we continue to move on, we get into a Teleportation Pad and go in. To our surprise and horror, Dr. Colress is in front of a machine and a monitor.

"Dr. Colress? But..." I gasp.

"Welcome! I was asked by an acquaintance to help with his research. What I desire is to bring out the entirety of Pokémon's potential! If I can accomplish that, I don't care what it takes!" Colress says.

"But joining Team Plasma? You know that is not right..." Golly says.

"If it means the strength must be brought out by the interactions between Pokémon and Trainers, then so be it! If it means you have to use a merciless approach, like Team Plasma's, and force out all of the Pokémon's power, then so be it! And yes, if the entire world is destroyed as a result, then so be it..."

"I know he is not a good guy... we should have dealt with him in the first place..." Cilan says.

"But it can't be... Do you think it is the Dark Phase?" Reisa asks.

"That aside! The reason I have been traveling all over Unova and battling many Pokémon Trainers is because I was testing the viability of this approach to bringing out the full strength of Pokémon. In that respect, you've done an amazing job. Though there seems to be one person missing here... Well now! Tell me if you have the answer I desire or not! If you're ready, come at me!"

I decide to battle Colress to prove that his methods are wrong. Colress says, "It looks like you're ready, then! OK! Let us begin!"

I still don't want to believe that Colress would join Team Plasma, but considering that Ash, Lillie, and some of the Ketchum family are Team Plasma members... we still need to get our way through. He has a team of Steel Type Pokemon, Magneton, Magnezone, Metang, Klinkalng, and a Psychic Type Pokemon Beheeyem.

Besides me, we still have others helping me out. And each of us manages to defeat one of his Pokemon until he has none to fight. I'm using Pikachu, Eve uses Houndoom, Golly uses Cofagrigus, Iris uses Hydreigon, Cilan uses Stunfisk, and Reisa uses Jellicent to defeat all five of his Pokemon. Colress says, "So strong! You're very strong Trainers indeed! So let me ask you this! Are you thinking of reaching even higher heights by understanding each other as Pokémon and Trainer?"

"Of course, there is no need to join Team Plasma to do such research!" Eve says.

"I see... To me, that is an ideal answer. To think! That's what you actually believe! You bring out the power of your Pokémon with respect and love! Excuse me for repeating myself, but if it will make Pokémon stronger, I don't care what it takes! If interacting with Pokémon can increase their powers only to a certain point, then their full strength must be brought out using a scientific approach. Even one without a conscience."

He sighs, "But you have shown me the potential of your approach. To me, whether Team Plasma wins or whether you win will decide how the relationship between people and Pokémon should be! So where will this be settled? Step on the warp panel on the other side of the room where Kyurem is being held. Good luck in your battle!"

We know that Colress is not that evil, so we all rush to the panel and get inside. However, as we rush to the other panel back in the room where we kill Zinzolin, we find the grunt shocked.

"What? You beat Colress?" He gasps.

"Of course we do!" Golly says. "Are you try to stand in our way?"

"Waaah! I pretended to be strong, but I don't have any Pokemon!" Then he runs away, so we ignore him and rush to the wrap panel. And now we see the person we're looking for this whole time. The Dark Self of Ash's Father, the leader of Team Plasma... Ghetsis.

"That blasted Colress!" He turns around to face us while slams his cane. "The fool is far too committed to pure science. This is how he repays me for making him the boss of Team Plasma? How dare he put his personal intellectual curiosity before our ultimate mission of conquering Unova!"

Wait, Colress was the boss of Team Plasma? This is really absurd. Ghetsis then says, "How fortunate for you! Few get to be the audience members for one of my speeches. Team Plasma will use its knowledge and technology to take Kyurem's true power to its absolute limit and freeze the Unova region. The terrified people and Pokémon will bow at Team Plasma's...no...at MY feet!"

Compared to Ash's Dark Self... this one is really giving me the creeps. He slams the cane again and says, "Kyurem is an empty being. The remnants of a certain Pokémon when it split into Reshiram and Zekrom... My desire is the absolute rule of Unova! That's right! Kyurem will be the vessel into which my desires will be poured!"

It is then Gina appears and he says, "Lord Ghetsis. Kyurem has been transferred!"

"It's finally here! The wonderful era in which I am the absolute ruler of Unova has finally arrived! I'll let you take care of this!" Ghetsis then steps out as Hugh rushes in.

"Wait... You're one of the Shadow Triad, right? Tell me about the Purrloin that was stolen in Aspertia." Hugh demands.

"Very well... This might be it." Then Gina takes out the Pokeball and release a Liepard. Golly asks, "That Liepard..."

"I stole this Pokémon five years ago in Aspertia. So it seems likely that it is the Pokémon you're talking about. But now, it only listens to my commands. Such is the fate of Pokémon that are trapped in Poké Balls!"

"Wh-what? Don't mess with me... That's someone else's Pokémon!" Hugh says.

"Ah... I feel sorry for Pokémon. They're ruled by Poké Balls and the whims of their Trainers... Lord Ghetsis spoke of Pokémon liberation two years ago simply for his own ambitions, but... If his plans had succeeded, many Pokémon would have been saved. This Liepard-well, you knew it as a Purrloin-if it had been released, it might have returned to you. Well then..."

I say, "I know you guys like to play as the villain. But did you guys seriously forget why you're in Team Plasma in the first place?"

Golly says, "Yeah, I think you should stop and give the Liepard back to Hugh now, big sister."

"Wait, you're saying that the Shadow Triad..." Gina decides to take off her disguise, and Cilan says, "Wait, you're Ash's big sister..."

Gina turns to Hugh, "You... I'll return this Pokémon to you. Considering what Dad- I mean Lord Ghetsis is about to do, I have no further need of it."

Then after she leaves, Hugh mutters, "... ... Hey... guys... If we let Team Plasma do whatever we want... There'll be more sad Pokémon like Purrloin and Kyurem..."

Iris says, "So you're saying that the Shadow Triad are your siblings, Golly? The ones that we met in Virbank City? I know that Ghetsis is your father's evil self, but..."

"The Shadow Triad, no, I mean my brothers and Gina, they are tasked by our Mom to be the villains that work with Ghetsis. But all this time we're still trying to wait for a chance to kill him..." Golly replies.

"And we all about this... except for Zinzolin being our Father's Dark Self..." Eve says.

Cilan says, "This is really messed up if you ask me, it's like mixing all the foods together in a blender..."

"Yeah. But let's find Ghetsis!" I say as we all head outside and chase after Ghetsis into the furthest part of the Giant Chasm. Ghetsis says, "The Giant Chasm! This is the spot where Kyurem's power resonates. Here, Kyurem can use the full extent of its power and easily cover all of Unova in ice! Kyurem, come!"

Just then, Kyurem appears in front of us with a loud roar. "I have a memory that has continued to haunt me. Just one. That unpleasant look in your eyes reminds me of it. That aside, this is my gift to you to show my respect for making it this far. I'll freeze you solid right here so you can watch my glorious ascent! Kyurem! Glaciate!"

Much to our surprise, the Dragon is trying to freeze everything in sight, and it is then that Zekrom comes out of the Pokeball and blocks the attack with Fusion Bolt.

"Zekrom!" I gasp, and Zekrom then fires the Bolt Strike, which Kyurem dodges and uses Ice Fang, hitting Zekrom.

"No! Zekrom!" Iris gasps.

"So this is the end of Zekrom! Now Glaciate, one more time!" Ghetsis yells, and before the attack can finishes it off, we hear a voice, "Reshiram! Fusion Flare!"

(Ash's POV)

I finally made it in time, Reshiram really is waiting for me at the Dragonspiral Tower, and now we're here, we break the ice and step forward. "So you came... The freak without a human heart...N!"

Yes, I'm in my N form instead of Ash form, and I say, "Reshiram told me Kyurem is suffering! I can't allow selfish humans to make Pokémon suffer! And I like Unova. It's the place that taught me how to live as a human... It's the place that made me notice the harmony between Pokémon and humans living together... I will protect the Pokémon and humans who live here!"

"So this is what Ash looks like as N..." Reisa says.

"He's still handsome for sure." Alice says with a dreamy tone that I sigh.

"Excellent! That was a moving expression of your determination! So the education I provided to make you king wasn't a complete waste, then! But I still haven't forgotten that even though I was kind enough to find you when you were living in the forest with Pokémon, and take you in, and care for you, in the end, you were selfish and disrupted my plans. I was supposed to use your abilities to rule Unova!"

Then he gives out a laugh, "But I'll forgive you for that as well. Zekrom and Reshiram, which you were kind enough to bring with you, can shatter and melt ice! Now you've saved me the work of searching for them! Well, actually, I knew you'd appear if we fired ice missiles into Opelucid City and you noticed the change!"

"That's an ugly formula! It won't work!" I say.

"Oh, but it will! If I use these! The DNA Splicers!" He raises the item into the air, and much to our surprise, it starts to change its shape before being absorbed by Kyurem. With the DNA Splicers absorbed, the ice on Kyurem's wings shatter as it looks and Kyurem releases several beams from its wing spikes, forcing Reshiram to revert into the White Stone.

"Reshiram?" I ask, and I can also hear Zekrom crying for Reshiram as well.

"Kyurem! Absorb Reshiram! Absofusion!" Then Kyurem starts to absorb the energy from the Light Stone, until it takes Reshiram's form.

"What is going on..." Golly asks.

"I never would have believed that Pokémon can fuse together..." Cilan says.

Ghetsis then laughs and says, "You fool... Last time, I was going to use you to capture people's hearts and minds to rule them! But this time, I'm simply going to use overwhelming power and rule with an iron fist! Do you understand? If you had simply become king, Unova would have remained beautiful!"

Then he turns to Alice and the others. "Come now, Trainers. This time no one will save you! But to make things interesting, I'll give you a chance. Let's see if you can stop THIS Kyurem!"

And we can feel everyone's anger even our Pokemon that's inside the Pokeballs. "What's this? Your Poké Balls are trembling. Could your Pokémon be shaking with rage? No! That's not possible! Simple tools don't have emotion or thought! Come! Challenge Kyurem! Just so you know, catching it is impossible! My cane emits signals that disrupt the function of all Poké Balls!"

I turn to Zekrom and says, "We need to save Reshiram. Will you help me?"

Zekrom nods as we attack with Dragon Claw, but the White-Kyurem goes for Ice Burn, which not only damages Zekrom, but also the other Pokemon. "Pikachu! Guys! Are you okay?" Alice asks.

And we notice that Zoroark is burnt. Iris says, "An Ice Type of attack that can cause burns? This is so strange..."

"Zekrom. Use Fusion Bolt! Zoroark! Use Night Daze." I say.

Golly also sends out Bisharp and has it use Iron Head, hitting Kyurem. And I say, "That's not enough... Alice, send out the Swords of Justice."

"Okay!" After the three Pokemon are out, they see the Kyurem as they growl. I say, "Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion. Listen to my heart and use Sacred Sword!"

The three Pokemon attack Kyurem, and creating a giant explosion. Reisa asks, "Did we win?"

As the smoke clears, Ghetsis says, "You fools. You think that's going to deal with Kyurem?" And we see that Kyurem drops the White Stone and now it is heading towards Zekrom.

"Zekrom! No!" Eve gasps as Zekrom is now turning into the Dark Stone and being absorbed by Kyurem.

"Now it is the Black Kyurem!" I say.

"Freeze Shock!" Then the attacks hit all of the Swords of Justice. And now they are all paralyzed. "They are paralyzed? What power..." Iris says.

"This is getting bad... Reshiram is not healed..." I say. "However, Kyurem shouldn't have any more health left..."

As we continue to fight, we also notice the Swords of Justice are trying to get back up. Kyurem is going to use Fusion Bolt, until something hits the Poemon and causes it to fall to the ground.

"What the..." Ghetsis is shocked as he turns around, and we also notice the Mythical Pokemon on top of the cliff. "Sorry, I'm late, masters!"

"Keldeo... you finally show up..." Cobalion says.

"That's Keldeo!" Reisa says. "The Water Type Mythical Pokemon!"

And with Keldeo's Secret Sword, Kyurem falls to the ground and separates from the Dark Stone. Kyurem has fainted.

"I can't believe it! Both Black and White Kyurem I went to all the trouble of preparing! How irritating!" Ghetsis growls in anger. "I'll take down these disgusting Trainers with my own hand! This time I WILL succeed! No matter what they try, no one will be able to stop me!"

Then he throws six Pokeballs, Cofagrigus, Eelektross, Seismitoad, Drapion, Toxicroak, and Hydreigon. I ask, "Can you guys still fight?"

"We still have some Pokemon with us." Alice says as we have Pikachu, Absol, Pansage, Dragonite, Cofagrigus, Scrafty, and Feraligatr to fight. Keldeo is also joining the fight as it has become a giant mess.

I also rush to Kyurem, and it is then Reshiram and Zekrom are also out from their stones. "Are you alright? You two?"

Both Reshiram and Zekrom roar, and I turn to Kyurem, trying to share some of my Heal Pulse to heal him up. Once he wakes up, I say, "Kyurem... how are you feeling now?"

Kyurem roars at me and I smile, "Thank you. I want you to help me, my friend. Use Glaciate!"

Kyurem then freezes all of Ghetsis' Pokemon in ice, much to everyone's surprise and delight. Ghetsis says, "How can this be? I'm the creator of Team Plasma! I'm perfect! I'm the absolute ruler who will change the world! And I've lost to some unknown Trainer not once, but TWICE?! I can't accept this! This isn't possible! I can't be bested by fools who can't even use Pokémon correctly!"

"It's hard to call you this, but... Father! Please understand. Pokémon are not tools. Pokémon and humans take each other to greater heights. They are our wonderful partners. Some humans understand this. Why can't you?" I ask.

"Shut your mouth! Shut up! Shut up! Shut UP! Don't talk like a person, you freak! No real person could talk to Pokémon!" Ghetsis is now losing control, and it is then the Shadow Triad, I mean, my siblings, who already throw away their masks, appear. Dia uses Roar of Time, Palmer uses Spacial Rend, and Gina delivers the final blow with Shadow Force to eliminate Ghetsis for good.

"Now he's finally gone for good." Gina says. "Nice work, you guys."

"Leaving us to weaken his team so you can eliminate him in the end. Very sneaky..." Eve says.

"But without Ghetsis, Team Plasma is gone for good, and now Dad isn't going to be haunted by nightmares anymore." Dia says.

I turn to the others and say, "On behalf of everyone... Thank you. Kyurem is fine."

I close my eyes and say, "On that day two years ago, certain Trainers and Alder taught me something... By accepting different ideas, this world creates a different chemical reaction... So I met many different Pokémon and people and heard so much... And that's how my world quietly grew bigger... By being with Pokémon, humans can continue toward new horizons. By being with humans, Pokémon can exhibit their true power. That's what Zekrom and Reshiram taught me: the ideal and truth for Pokémon and me. And someday both truth and ideals will come together... Then Pokémon and humans will be freed from the oppression of Poké Balls."

Then I decide ot change back to my Ash form, and I say, "I think my N's job is finally done."

Then we turn to the Pokemon that are still wild, all of them are going to join our team, and we are delighted as we capture them. I also pick up the DNA Splicers, which

Reshiram: The Vast White Pokemon: Dragon and Fire Type. This Pokémon appears in legends. It sends flames into the air from its tail, burning up everything around it.

Kyurem: The Boundary Pokemon: Dragon and Ice Type. It generates a powerful, freezing energy inside itself, but its body became frozen when the energy leaked out.

Keldeo: The Colt Pokemon: Water and Fighting Type. By blasting water from its hooves, it can glide across water. It excels at using leg moves while battling.

It is then Hugh arrives and asks, "Team Plasma's ship flew away... Is it over?"

"It's over." I say.

"So what are you going to do now that you have Liepard back?" Alice asks.

"I'm...gonna make sure Purrloin gets back to my sister! Still can't take it out of the Poké Ball yet, though..." Hugh says. "After that, I'll be in the Unova League. Do you remember where we first met in the Giant Chasm? If you follow the path from there, it goes out onto Route 23. Victory Road and the Pokémon League are just past there!"

"Thanks for the direction." I say as we leave the Giant Chasm. We then meet up with Rood, Hilbert, and Hilda.

"Oh! You're safe! I'm so glad! As for Team Plasma's ship, a man in a white lab coat appeared. He said that some Trainers had given him the answer he'd been seeking, and, as thanks, he would disband Team Plasma...Then he said, "Farewell! Walk a just path with Pokémon!" and he flew the ship away. So everything has been resolved." Rood says.

"That's great. I think Colress joins Team Plasma because he wants to disband it for our sake as well..." I say as the others agree.

Hilbert says, "So Ghetsis is really gone, isn't it?"

"He's gone for good." Eve says, "Now we don't need to worry about them anymore."

"That's great." Hilda says. "So you guys are going to the Unova League, right? We wish you good luck."

"Thanks." Then we bid them farewell as we head to Route 23.
