I'm gonna assume you're talking about the Marvel Kingpin, the one from Spiderman Into the Spiderverse? Gidget has proven to be very skilled in combat and very terrifying as well so I wouldn't be surprised if she could beat him. As long as she's fast enough though. If Kingpin lands even one blow on her, it's game over for our favorite Pomeranian.

Now if you're talking about some other Kingpin character not in Marvel, I'm sorry but I don't know who you're talking about.
