Omnipotent Sam:

Powers/Abilites/Hax: Physical Strength - Horror!Sans is far more powerful than his original counterpart, with extreme physical strength, able to rip off the arm of a child in one swoop while also being able to cut through almost anything with his thigh bone.

Bones - While Horror!Sans still retains his bones, they now appear sharp with blood stains on them. Their unique abilities, however, are their extreme durability and capability to withstand almost anything without a scratch, as well as being able to instantly kill anyone from below, making them very dangerous when in close range combat.

Weaponry - Horror!Sans has several weapons along with him, his favorite being a giant, heavy thigh bone he pulls from the ground or a cleaver as these weapons tend to help Horror a lot.
Absolute Immortality
Gaster Blasters - While Horror!Sans has yet to use Gaster Blasters after having his eye removed, it is speculated that he may still have them.

Wisps

Wisps are souls that Infected had transferred into mindless, boiling pieces of torment, following Infected blindly without a care in the world. Wisps range in size depending on the vessel of the monster Infected had murdered. Wisps may combust if Infected desires so, the severity depending on it's size. A small wisp is powerful enough to destroy a small city block, while a large one can destroy an entire mountain or worse.

The Axe

Infected's axe is a prized possession of his, using it only for the most earned kills. Despite it's extremely short length, looking more like a cleaver, it was once an axe, so it still retains that name. It has a special SOUL Bond to him, allowing for him to use his own soul to chain onto the axe, essentially being a physical soul connection.

Unholy Scream

This allows for Infected to let out a scream so brutal and ear-tearing to the degree that it completely stuns his enemy, restricting them of using magic until they regain their hearing, which most likely would be in a few days.

God Breaker

This ability allows for Infected to strain his arm, striking at such a powerful pace that it can shatter the guard of gods, completely destroying anything weaker.

Unrivaled Defence

Infected can leak his black blood all over his body, allowing to make him completely immune to all forms of physical damage, only being harmed by magic and such.

Mind Games

Infected can reach inside his skull, allowing to take an opponents SOUL right from them and pull it out of his head, a quick and easy chance to murder.

Extensive Coil

Infected can expand his bones structures, allowing to change height and such, to go from his usual height to that of Onionsan's.

Cannibalism

Infected can consume any organic structure, allowing for him to gain certain abilities made from said structure. This most commonly works for monsters, yet can also can work for plants and such.

Creator's Prowess

From meeting with the avatar of a creator, Infected had tested his Cannibalism ability. Biting the avatar, he had been given the ability to form objects up to the size of a spear. Each time he uses this, it tires him.

Infection

A raw, unarmed attack from Infected may result in you getting a strange infection that causes you to hallucinate, developing a voice similar to Infected's, yet instead forcing you to kill yourself rather than to kill others.

Feral Bones

Corroded, rotten bones that carry disease on them from their state. Best to avoid.

Flame Transmission:
Jake can form his own body into a large, purple flame. This makes him physically unable to be harmed, yet magically vulnerable in many cases. This allows flight and fast movement.

Solar Boost

Whenever the Sun is present, Jake gains a special boost of energy, allowing for limitless stamina.

Hell Infected Blaster: Hell Infected Blaster is 666x stronger than Infected/Mix!Sans's blaster and blaster also can breath fire.
Hell Bone: Hell Bone is 666x stronger than Infected/Mix!Sans's bones and bones are black with Hell Infected!Sans's blood.

Hell Axe: His Axe is so heavy and only Hell Infected!Sans can pick it up to his axe and Hell Infected!Sans can order his axe to came back to his hand like Thor's hammer.
The Power Of Creator: Hell Infected!Sans once eat one of the creators but he doesn't know why this power is with him forever. Hell Infected!Sans only can create a character, such as Gaster.
Blood Chair: Hell Infected!Sans can summon a red and purple chairs with his blood.
Omni-God Breaker: This attack takes a lot of magic to average gods or normal gods but for Hell Infected!Sans is like using his weakest attack. This attack allows Hell Infected!Sans to break the guards, break gods, kill anything weaker, and BREAK Omni-Gods.
Unrivaled Defense: This ability allows Hell Infected!Sans to become temporarily invulnerable to damage.
Hell Flame: Hell Infected!Sans can use a flame that is hot like hell and this flame can burn the gods.
Hell Wisp: They are Hell Infected!SAns's pets and friends who he can create without limits and they are very, very hot. They can also explode causing an explosion equivalent to six kilotons of TNT and after explode they came back to their normal form. His wisps are red.
Regeneration: Hell Infected!Sans can regenerate his wounds and parts of his body except for his big hole on his head and the big wound on his chest. When parts of the body are regenerate is looks like fire burns him but this fire creates a new part of the body.
Omniverse Slash: Hell Infected!Sans can use his axe to open the portal to other AU's, multiversal, and omniversal.
Hell Bone Magic: He has the magic of bones, one of the strongest he developed it well while in hell. He can create bones throughout the multiiverse and know where they are, he can change these bones giving them different shapes and levels of strength, as well as endowing them with different abilities and effects. He can also create a Gaster blaster throughout the Multiverse and can also change them and give different effects. Within 666 meters, he can control any alien bone magic and alien bones, just as his bones can fuse with other people's bones, or he can control other skeletal creatures. He can also use this magic to read minds, see with someone else's eyes, and control any creature throughout the Multiverse. Likewise, if hell Infected wants that creature, wounded by his bone, with 50% if he is at the Omniverse level and with 70% if lower.
Hell Crystals: He received this ability as 1 of the gifts of hell. He can summon only 666 such crystals, the crystal itself is covered with fire and has several abilities, and in order to use some abilities, he unites them into 1 and the crystal flies nearby.

Absolute Cannibalism (Beyond & Truly Boxplex Level): Like Infected, he can gain powers by simply bitting them or eating them, this affects in a meta-physical way as well, for example: He can bite nothingness and will have the powers of nothingness, He bites something that is highly powerful than him he gains those powers and stats instantaneously.
Cleavers Of The Infected Ones: Like bones but instead cleavers , he can summon them and fire them at his opponent which deals an equivalent damage of 999999+ Googolplexianth due to so many genociders that exist in the Undertale Omniverse.
Wisps Of Beyond Omni-malevolance: These wisps come out of his head filling you with terror you can't even escape even if you try to get of the scale of existence trying to be hidden, it will haunt you where ever you are, what ever you are, even in what omni-dimentional area, it will keep giving you fear that you can't even survive.
Highly Defense (It Scales On How Many People He Bites Or Fight): This defense gets higher and higher as he keeps biting or eating other beings (also fighting), be it primordial or non physical at all, he will scale higher and higher as to which if there are no beings higher anymore.
