Appearance: Beautiful white-blonde hair that she changes as her moods change. Some days it could be short and spiky and others it could be long (because she's a witch, she often uses spells to change it). Her skin is fair and she's considered slightly curvy, but it makes her often stared at by men who love what they see.

Backstory: Keelie was part of the heretics that followed Julian prior to 1903 on Earth. She, with the other heretics, were banished from their witch coven for being siphoners—a sub-species of witches that can't actually cast spells unless they siphon it from another, outside source). Keelie and the other heretics were turned into Vampires by Lillian Salvatore before 1903, although the date has always been unknown. This resulted in Keelie and the heretics being the only of their kind: Vampires with Witch Siphoning Magic. With Julian's cruelty toward other members in the coven, Keelie was one of the lucky ones who ran away. She lived her life doing as she pleased, turning lots of other vampires who became sired to her. They follow her and most are still completely loyal to her. The more she felt in danger of Julian or Lillian trying to find her, the more vampires she turned for her own protection. Eventually in the 1900s, Julian and Lillian had both disappeared. This meant that she lived free, at least that is until she fell in love with a human man in 2006. They lived happily for about a decade when she heard of Julian and Lillian's return. In revenge for leaving him, Julian found her and killed her human lover, forcing her back into the coven as they settled into the town of Mystic Falls during a rivalry with Lillian's sons, Damon and Stefan Salvatore.

Personality: Keelie currently has her humanity switch turned off—vampires have a switch that can immediately turn off all their emotions, usually resulting in killing sprees since they don't care about anyone or anything or what happens. She had it off for years and then she met her human boyfriend. As they fell in love, her humanity came back. When Julian killed him and forced her back into the heretic coven, Keelie turned it back off. Before that, she was a fun woman, always living on the risk-side of life. She enjoyed having fun with her boyfriend and friends that she had made over the years. Now, she just wants what she wants and doesn't care about anything.

Magic/Powers: Because she's a vampire-witch hybrid and a siphoner, she can constantly siphon from herself and the magic of her being a vampire, meaning she can cast witch spells all she wants (just like the other heretics).
