Three months later...

Three months past since that incident happened.

Avni was shattered from inside but she tried not to breakdown.

Avni frequently visited hospital but Neela's condition was same.

Avni started feeling even worst after this incident.

Though she was broken but did try a few times to reveal everything to Neil but never succeeded.

Avni and Aditya too tried and avoided coming face to face, mostly Avni, though she felt guilty of hurting him but distanced herself from him.

Avni was in her room, she stood near the window as she looked outside.

Avni's POV

Three months... Each day i wake up thinking today maa will talk to me. But again u don't wake up maa.

I am sorry maa, first i snatched away papa from you, you cried remembering him, and now i..............

Neil's behaviour in this months have changed for me. Yes i liked him.............. yes i love him. But i cannot reveal this to him.

I feel so bad to cheat him but whenever i try to tell him, i am never able to do. Never.

I want to reveal everything to you Neil, everything. But i am not able to.

I was very scared what if Aditya became like before. I did wrong with you aditya, first juhi and now............. aditya mistake was mine but................. i am sorry............... i am sorry...............

Avni's eyes were red as tears kept rolling down her cheeks.

She shut her eyes as more tears fell and then opened her eyes.

Everyday her mind is filled with all this thoughts, she does her work, she is physically present, but her mind has all this thoughts moving.

In all this months what Avni did was cry and feel guilty but she gave a smile to others as if everything is fine.  

She tried a few times to reveal everything to Neil but that never happened, sometimes because of Neil, sometimes because of her.

Avni was in her room as she sat on the bed staring at a photo on her phone of her and Neela.

Her eyes were moist as she caressed the phone screen.

That's when Neil entered he saw her and looked at her.

Neil: Avni

Avni looked up and saw Neil standing, she kept the phone aside and got up from the bed.

Avni looked at Neil and he too looked at her.

Neil: Avni............. come down, dinner is ready...............

Avni nodded but then looked at him and stopped him.

Avni: Neil.............. wait............ i have something to tell you...............

Neil stopped and looked at her as she sighed and spoke.

Avni: Neil............. from a long time i wanted to tell you something............... Neil.............. Neil actually i...............

Avni was about to say when Shewta called them.

Shewta: Neil............ Avni............ come down

Neil: Avni............ i think we can talk later............ lets go now

Avni: But Neil............ i have to tell u something important

Neil: Avni........... yes but now lets go.............. mom is waiting

Avni: But

Neil left and Avni only looked on and sighed.

Prakash and shewta were having dinner when Neil and Avni came down stairs.

They sat Avni was very sad, and slowly served herself.

As they were having food the doorbell rang, shewta opened the door and saw Aditya standing.

Aditya entered and shewta stopped him.

Shewta: Aditya

Aditya: No mom...............

He said and was about to go when Neil stopped him.

Neil: Bhai................. how r u.............. we haven't interacted for long..............

Aditya looked at Neil and then his eyes turned to Avni who was sitting beside Neil.

Avni looked down at her plate, moving her eyes, avoiding eye contact.

Aditya then turned back at Neil and smiled, and then left to his room.

After he left all looked on confused except Avni.

Shewta: What has happened to him............. he is behaving like before

Prakash: Shewta ji only because he doesn't eat your food........... he is like before............. but its good he doesn't eat food made by u...............

Prakash joked looking at his plate and shewta and prakash got into an funny argument and Neil too joined in.

But it was Avni who sadly looked on at the direction Aditya went.

Shewta and Kamla were in the kitchen and Avni entered.

Avni took some vegetables, one knife, and started chopping them.

But as Avni was doing so, she recalled about last night, and shewta's words, 'Aditya is becoming like before'.

Avni was lost in her thoughts and kept chopping the vegetables.

Neil entered the kitchen and opened the fridge door, he took a bottle of water and drank it.

Shewta and kamla were busy working and chatting.

Here Avni was chopping the vegetables still lost in her thoughts, and suddenly she cut her finger.

Avni: Aahhhh............

Avni came back to sense and looked at her finger, it had a deep cut and a few drops of blood came out.

Shewta and Kamla got shocked and looked at her.

Shewta: Avni

But before they could come, Neil rushed near her, he immediately took her finger and put it in his mouth sucking the blood.

Avni was shocked and only looked at him, but after sometimes Neil realised and looked at Avni, while shewta and kamla giggled.

Neil and Avni both looked down while then shewta spoke.

Shewta: Blood is coming out from your finger avni................. Neil apply something............

They both looked down and then left.

Avni was sitting on the sofa in the room as Neil was applying medicine in her finger.

Neil applied the medicine while Avni only looked at him.

After sometime Neil too looked at her and she looked down.

Neil looked at her and she looked at him, then sighed and again looked at him.

Avni was searching for words while Neil looked at her.

Avni: Neil.................... neil actually................ i wanted to say that ................. neil i and adi...............

Before Avni could speak future her phone rang.

Avni looked at Neil then at the phone.

Avni picked her phone and saw the caller id, it was Sunheri.

Avni sighed and took the call and their conversation remained undone this time too.

Avni was standing in front of the dressing table as she brushed her hair.

Today was Meher's marriage ceremony and Avni was getting ready for that.

As Neil entered the room, he saw her and kept looking at her.

Avni did not see him for sometime but then noticed him through the dressing table mirror.

She looked at him through the mirror for sometime and then finally turned back facing him.

She wore a beautiful saree.

Neil: Avni...............

Neil looked at her as he said while she looked at him and blinked her eyes.

Neil: Avni................. i have to ask u something................. avni............... we r going for meher's marriage................ but avni............. can i call ali and riya............. they r in mumbai................

Avni looked at Neil as he looked at her waiting for answer. Avni blinked her eyes then spoke.

Avni: Fine...............

Neil looked at her surprised while Avni smiled a little.

It was late in the evening, Neil parked the car and then both got down and entered inside the venue. There were many guest.

Everything was beautifully decorated and Meher' mother and uncle were welcoming the guest.

As they entered and looked around both Avni and Neil recalled their marriage.

As Avni found Meher, she was busy in photoshoot.

After sometime Sunheri came and Avni and Sunheri hugged each other.

After that Avni and Sunheri went to Meher.

Meher: Avni................ avni............. how is aunty now

Avni: No improvement

Avni said sadly while Meher looked on. But then Sunheri hugged Avni like a kid.

And then the trio hugged each other giggling at Sunheri's antic. Neil then hugged Meher and Raj.

Neil: Congratulations

Meher/Raj: Thanks

As the trio were busy talking, Neil smiled. After sometime Ali and Riya entered and Neil went to them.

After sometime Avni came and Ali and Riya greeted her, she too greeted them.

Avni, Sunheri and a few cousins were standing near Meher, Avni was smiling but then her eyes fell on a person and her smile dropped.

It was Aditya who entered, he came to Meher and Raj.

Aditya: Congratulations

Meher/Raj: Thanks

Yash: Thank u sir for coming

Aditya gave a smile. But Avni stood there shocked seeing Aditya while Sunheri who was standing near Avni started blabbering.

Sunheri: Avni................ he is your brother in law aditya right............... he is so handsome............ avni i heard he is very arrogant person................... but avni pls do something for me................. can u introduce me to him....................  avni............. avni..........

Sunheri whispered to Avni but Avni did not listen anything as she was shocked seeing Aditya in the wedding and only looked at him shocked.

Aditya then left towards the bar counter while he avoided Avni and she only looked on.

The waiter served drinks and snacks around to the guest.

Neil was busy chatting with Ali and Riya.

While Avni, Sunheri and a few cousins were with Meher as the guest greeted the couple and Avni and Sunheri looked after arranging the gifts.

While Aditya was in the bar counter with a juice glass.

After sometime Meher took the mike and started announcing.

Meher: Hi everyone................ why their is so much silence.................... this is my marriage..................... lets dance...............

All gathered and all looked at her, and then they shouted in yes and applaud.

Meher: Dj............... play the song i told................ all the couples come in centre................

The dj nodded and played the song. Meher started pulling a few people then Avni.

Meher: Avni come................

Avni: Meher no

Meher: Avni come on................ this is couples dance and u and Neil are awesome................. come

Avni: But

Meher: Come avni.............Neil u come ................

Before Neil could speak Meher pulled him by his wrist and Avni too.

Mehere: Stop............... dj............... play again...............

The Dj nodded and played the song from the beginning.

Neil, Avni, Ali, Riya, Meher, Raj, Sunheri, Yash and a few more couples were on the centre.

Meher: Lights..............

Meher said and then the lights were dimmed.

All started slow dancing while Neil and Avni looked at each other, then Neil slowly forwarded his hand and Avni placed her hand on his palm.

He placed his other hand slightly on her waist, she looked at him, then placed her hand on his shoulder. They both shared an eyelock.

But as they were dancing, Aditya was looking at them from a distance.

A girl went to Aditya and requested him for a dance.

Shivani said extending her hand, Aditya then looked at her and refused.

He turned back towards the counter and looked at his glass.

Shivani: Pls.............. only one dance

Aditya turned to her and was about to refuse again when his eyes fell on Avni and Neil.

He looked at them and then at Shivani and agreed.

Aditya and Shivani too came on the floor.
Shivani placed her hands on his shoulders, he too did the same disinterested.

While shivani was enjoying, Aditya had a straight face.

After sometime all the men twirled their partners.

After sometime all the girls took a few twirl   and their partners changed.

Sunheri stoped near Ali, Riya and Neil, Yash and Shivani, Meher and another man.

But as Avni stopped her partner was Aditya.

All the other couples smiled and danced friendly except Avni who was shocked seeing him.

She looked at him shocked while he only looked at her.

Avni looked down and turned and was about to go when Aditya held her wrist.

She got shocked while Aditya only looked at her.

He pulled her towards him and she placed her hands on his chest due to the sudden pull, as she looked at him.

Pehle kabhi na tune mujhe gham diya

Aditya placed his one hand on her back and placed the other hand on her hand.

As they danced Aditya looked at her but she looked down.

Then he twirled her while she still didn't look at him.

She slowly placed both her hands on his shoulders while he too placed both his hands on her shoulders.

While he looked at her, she avoided looking at him.

After that all the girls turned again and this time Avni was back with Neil.

Neil placed his one hand on her waist while she placed her hand on his shoulder. He interlocked his other hand with hers.

While Neil looked at her she did not look at him and was little disturbed.

Neil kept looking at her while she turned her gaze at Aditya's direction, aditya too looked at her, and Avni turned her face quickly.

Neil said softly as she looked at him then down.

Avni looked at Neil shocked, at his compliment. While Neil passed her a small smile.

Avni only looked at him as they continued dancing.

After sometime the lights were on again.

And all stopped dancing, they all applaud and laughed and smiled except Avni.

Avni was lost in her thoughts and after few minutes, she left from there. Neil got confused.

Neil: Avni..................

Avni ran from there and went outside the hall.

Avni was standing outside and recalled whatever happened inside.

She was very disturbed and shut her eyes then opened them, she sighed.

As she was standing there folding her arms, lost in her thoughts. She heard footsteps approaching. She sighed.

Avni: Neil.................

Avni said and turned but she got shocked seeing Aditya standing there.

Avni looked at him shocked as he looked at her.

Avni: You................

Aditya didn't say anything while Avni looked at him shocked.

Avni moved her eyes right and left and then asked.

Avni: You here.................. why

Avni asked while Aditya only looked at her then spoke.

Aditya: Meher's husband's brother.................. yash, works in my company............... got an invitation...............

Aditya said looking at Avni, she looked at him and then sighed.

Avni: That's it

Avni said while Aditya didn't say anything.

Avni then sighed and passed by Aditya's side to leave but suddenly he grabbed her wrist, Avni got shocked.

Avni got shocked and turned back while he looked at her.

Avni: Aditya..................

Aditya: Till when avni............... till when............... till when will you keep avoiding me.................

Avni: Aditya..................

Aditya: Pls avni don't leave me.............. i feel like someone has snatched away my breath from me................

Avni: Aditya

Avni said shocked while he looked at her with moist eyes.

Aditya then slowly cupped Avni's both cheeks with his hands.

Aditya: Avni................. pls come back...............

Avni: Aditya

Avni says little loudly shocked but he only looked at her.

Aditya: Avni i love u................. i love u................

Avni removed his hands from her cheeks and looked at him.

Avni: Aditya i love Neil................. aditya i told you we cannot continue this................. i thought all this months u did forget me.................

She was about to go when he stopped her and held both her shoulders tightly.

Avni looked at him shocked while his eyes were fierce.

Aditya: I tried avni.................. i tried.................. but i couldn't forget you avni.................. i couldn't................. i couldn't forget our moments avni................

Aditya said while Avni only looked at him as her eyes became moist.

Aditya: Avni.................. yes u love.............. neil but................. avni how do i explain this to my heart.................. avni when i saw you in the hospital crying, i felt bad................ avni that time................. i wanted to be the person to console you................. i wanted to be the one who would give you a shoulder to cry..................

Avni looked at him as her eyes were moist.

Aditya slowly cupped Avni's both cheeks with his hands.

Aditya: Avni i felt broken when i got to know that juhi................ loves vidyut............. and they were................. escaping............... but avni that time i consoled myself.............. and avni i slowly forgot juhi................. i only had the burning anger and sadness inside me but.............. avni this time................ i cannot forget you avni................. i cannot...............

Avni only looked at Aditya as his eyes too got moist.

Avni: Aditya pls.................. i cannot cheat aditya.............. i cannot............... i love him............ aditya i mistook my feelings................ when i was craving for love ................. u confessed your feelings................ i got carried away................ pls aditya.................... i love neil.............. this family................. i want to start again............... pls

Avni said as tears slowly rolled down her cheeks.

Aditya looked at her with moist eyes and slowly removed his hands from her cheeks.

Avni rubbed her eyes and both distanced little.

After a few minutes Neil came searching for Avni and found her.

Neil said as both Aditya and Avni looked at him.

While Neil looked at them confused then spoke.

Neil: Bhai............. why r u outside.............

Aditya only looked at Neil while Avni looked down.

Neil: Avni meher is looking for u..

Avni nodded and then left with Neil while Aditya only looked at them sadly.

Avni was standing in front of the window of the room.

Fast wind was blowing and the weather was very bad. It was raining lightly.

Avni stood in front of the window looking at the bad wether. She looked up in the sky.

Avni: The weather is so bad................ hope neil is safe...............

Avni stood in front of window lost in her thoughts and worried too.

Avni: I want to tell u everything soon neil............... this guilt is killing me............... whatever u will say neil but............ i want to tell u everything soon................ i cannot stay like this anymore..................

Avni recalled Neil's confession, their small moments, Aditya's words.

She shut her eyes moving her head up and the opened her eyes.

But she got shocked as suddenly their was a loud thunder.

Avni got scared and looked out, the weather got worst. Wind blew even faster, and thunders too.

Avni only looked outside shocked when she heard shewta calling her from down.

Avni quickly went downstairs and found shewta very worried, standing in front of tv clenching the remote.

Avni: What happen maa

Avni asked worried and shewta looked at Avni then at tv. Avni too looked at the tv confused.

Reporter: Breaking news................ due to bad weather a flight flying from delhi to mumbai is under danger................. due to turbulence the flight's engine has been damaged...................... the passengers on board are in danger....................

Shewta looked on worried while Avni too got worried.

Reporter: According to our sources flight with number ue 011 flying from delhi to mumbai has 125 passengers along with 14 crew members, are in danger.................. there are high chances that the flight might meet with an accident................. the pilots on board are captain Neil khanna and captain Ali haider...................

As soon as Avni heard this she got completely shocked.

Avni: Neil....................

Avni shouted as she was completely shocked and worried. Shewta too was very worried.

Shewta: Neil..................

Reporter: According to our sources the pilots have requested for an emergency landing....................... lets see if they can land with damaged engines

Avni as completely shocked, her eyes got moist. She was very worried.

Avni: Neil....................

Shewta too was worried as she sat on the sofa.

Avni: Neil.............

Avni only looked at the screen shaking her head.

Avni: I am going to the airport................

Avni said and left running while shewta only looked on scared.

Other side Aditya was in his office, in the cabin, he too saw the news on the tv in his cabin. He got up from his chair.

He was very worried and clenched the remote looking at the screen tensed.

Other side the aircraft had a few bumps, the passengers inside panicked, while the crew members tried to calm them down.

Riya: Pls put on your seatbelts and do not move

Neil and Ali were trying to manage while the air traffic control were giving instructions.

Ali: Neil the engines are damaged

Ali said scared and worried, Neil looked at him and then front, though he too was scared but stayed strong.

The weather was very bad with wind, rain and thunder.

Avni reached the airport as she stopped her car and got out and rushed towards the arrival.

Many other people too were waiting whose family member were on that flight, and who had come to receive someone.

Other side Neil and Ali got ready for landing.

Tears were rolling down Avni's cheeks as she kept shaking her head.

Other side Neil and Ali tried to land safely, all were scared and worried but finally they landed safely.

As soon as Avni got to know this she sighed but tears kept rolling down her eyes.

Other side Aditya was looking at the news.

Reporter: The pilots have landed safely............. no passengers or crew members are hurt...............

As soon as Aditya heard this, he closed his eyes and sighed.

He opened his eyes and then switched off the tv and sat back on his chair. He looked the other side as his eyes were moist.

Shewta too sighed seeing the news.

Other side all got down and Ali, Neil, Riya met.

Ali: Good job captain

Neil and Ali shook hands and then they left.

After sometime Neil came out from the airport and as soon as Avni saw him she ran to him and hugged him tightly.

She hugged him tightly still crying while Neil got surprised.

Neil: Avni.................

Avni did not say anything and kept crying hugging him, while he was still surprised.

Neil: Avni

Avni broke the hug and looked at him, she caressed his face and then again hugged him crying.

Avni: Neil

Neil only stood as she tightly hugged him still crying. 

After sometime Avni realised and slowly  broke the hug avoiding looking at Neil.

While he looked at her but she did not look and moved her eyes right and left.

Avni: Lets................ lets go............

Avni said avoiding eye contact while he looked at her.

Neil: Avni

Saying this Avni left and Neil looked at her, he smiled.

Then he too left, they got in the car and left.

While Avni was driving, she was looking straight, but Neil was looking at her.

Though she realised but didn't say anything, Neil then smiled and looked front.

The next day, Avni was in her room, she was in dilemma.

She was standing near the window while lost in her thoughts.

Avni's POV

What is happening............

Yesterday i got so scared, Neil is safe but............. i............... i feel so bad...........

I want to tell him everything but...............

Avni's chain of thoughts gets broken and she then quickly gets ready.

After sometime Neil entered and saw her ready to leave.

Neil: Where r u going

Neil asked Avni as she looked at him.

Avni: Have some work

Neil: Let me drop you

Avni: No

Neil looked at her as she refused him.

Avni: I will go..........

Neil: But

Before Neil could speak Avni quickly took her car key and left.

While Neil looked at her but then got sad.

Avni stopped her car in front of City hospital.

She slowly walked inside and then went towards ICU.

As Avni saw Neela from outside the door her eyes got teary.

She slowly entered inside as Neela was lying on the bed with an oxygen mask and saline on her hand.

Avni slowly sat on her knees as tears fell from her eyes.

Avni: Maa

Avni said softly as tears kept rolling down her eyes. Avni slowly took Neela's hand on hers.

Avni: Maa, i did not tell neil i am coming here.................. maa pls wake up maa...............

Avni cried as she held Neela's hand on her hand.

Avni: Maa, i keep coming to meet u.............. everytime with this hope that u will wake up and talk to me.................... maa, because of me you cried so much................... if i had not committed that mistake then papa would have been here................... but maa pls wake up

Avni held Neela's hand as she kept crying.

Avni: Maa.................. maa i cannot cheat neil anymore................... i want to tell him everything but maa................. whenever i try to tell him either we have to stop or i don't find words.................. how will i tell him maa................... maa he will be broken but............... i will tell him maa................. but maa not only neil, i have hurt aditya too.................. he is again broken because of me................. i don't want to hurt him but i will have to..................... maa, yesterday i got very scared maa................. i thought i will loose neil..................

Avni kept crying holding Neela's hand.

Avni: Maa u will also be broken............. why i always end up hurting people.............. but maa i never wanted all this to happen............... never............... pls wake up maa.................. pls............. maa, prakash papa is like papa...................... i miss papa, maa................ that too was my mistake, because of me you...................

Avni cried even more as she held her hand.

Avni: Maa pls wake up..................

Avni then looked at Neela, and rubbed her tears.

Avni: Pls wake up maa................ pls wake up.................

Avni slowly got up as she looked at Neela.

Avni caressed Neela's face, she recalled her moments with Neela.

Avni: Pls wake up maa

Tears fell from Avni eyes, and she quickly rubbed them.

Avni then slowly turned and left from there taking baby steps.

Avni and Neil were in the room, while Avni was standing near the mirror, Neil was typing in his phone.

That's when shewta entered and seeing her both Neil and Avni went to her.

Neil: Mom

Shewta: I came to give u something

As Neil and Avni looked on, shewta gave them tickets.

Neil: Flight tickets for goa

Neil said confused while Avni too looked on confused.

Neil: Mom this

Shewta: I will not listen anything, you two are going tomorrow morning

Neil: But mom why

Shewta: Why................. did you two go for your honeymoon

Neil and Avni looked at shewta then at each other.

Shewta: You two never spend time with each other................... u two r still like strangers

Neil: Mom

Shewta: I will not listen anything.............. you two are going.................. tomorrow morning

Neil: But mom

Shewta: No neil.................. many things happened in recent time............. you two go out................ u will feel good

Shewta said while Neil and Avni looked at her.

Neil: But mom

Avni: We will go

Neil looked at Avni shocked while she looked at him.

Avni: We will go tomorrow

Neil: But avni

Avni: We will go neil

Avni said to Neil while he looked at her.

Shewta smiled and then left while Neil looked at Avni confused.

Neil: Why you said yes

Avni looked at Neil who was looking at her but she didn't say anything.

Avni's POV

Neil i will go with you to Goa. There i will reveal you everything.

It is late Neil. I will tell you everything and then you will say.

You will be broken but, I will tell you everything there.

It was at night Aditya was in his room, typing in his laptop.

That's when shewta entered the room.

Shewta: Adi

Aditya: Yes mom

Aditya saw shewta and kept the laptop aside and went to her.

Shewta: Adi, this days u r behaving like before.............. u even stopped eating with us

Shewta said and Aditya only looked at her.

Aditya: Mom why r u here

Shewta: Adi.................. it has been long since juhi.................

Shewta stopped and Aditya looked at her.

Shewta: Adi................. shall i look for someone for you

Aditya looked at shweta while she was waiting for him to speak.

Aditya: No mom

Aditya said and went back to the laptop and started typing again.

Shewta: Aditya.................... aditya................ will u have something for dinner............ i will prepare that since its only u and me today................
