Avni was been treated with the doctors around.
she was still unconscious and critical. Neil knew that Riya and Aman would be very much angry and upset with Avni.

He and Ali came back at midnight and silently sat beside them. Riya was wide awake whereas Aman was inside to check upon Avni.

He returned and just ignored them and sat beside her.

Ali- tumlogo ne khaya??

both just ignored him.

Ali was shattered with their behaviour...Neil patted his shoulder and assured him that everything would be fine.

Ali- r...Riya... I am sorry. I was bounded to not to tell u.

Riya- (now lost it completely) which was that bond that bounded u so tight that u thought it was ok if u would hide this to me. Is this ur love(sarcastically)

Aman grabbed her hand and she looked away in anger.

Aman- kisne aapko roka tha?? Avni di ne??

Ali-(in whisper) Haan!!

Aman- isbaar kya explaination diya tha unhone (sadly chuckles) . I mean kis liye aapne nhi bataya?

Ali- is baar usne mujhe riya ki kasam di thi(almost in whisper) . I am sorry but I was ....

riya- no u aren't mr.ali. u r not!! if at all u would have loved me u wouldn't have hidden that to me. I know that she is a smart , hardcore officer. she is very clever and everyone fears her but I am not a criminal to fear , nor am I the one to let it slip so easily. U actually do me a favour u and ur partner in crime Avni now stay together and never ever come to me.

Ali- (with tears) I am really sorry riya!! please......

Riya- enough now just stay quiet or go away but if u speak any further I don't know what am I gonna do.

Aman-Ali Bhai give us sometime. It isn't easy for us and off lately we are getting this shocks regularly. To top it she never returned with being injured. We respect her job and her passion but along with passion she has a family too and she has to understand that.

we might be mad, upset and what not today but somewhere we know that she won't be the pure hearted and actual Avni henceforth. He was that close to her....... all of them......family name......agrhhh (he held his hairs in frustration)

Riya- (calming him) let's go to cafe nearby , I know that he isn't gonna go until morning.

She took Aman with her and went without even glancing at him.

There he sat on the bench like a lost fellow. Neil really felt bad about Ali and he gave him his shoulder.

Neil- everything would be ok.

Ali- I know that. she gets me sealed my mouth and after which they get upset with me . u know the common one to get the blows all over is me. I thought to keep a track on Avni but doing so meant hiding things from riya. it was never that easy to choose Avni but what to v
do she's my childhood bestie and like a sister too so I can't leave anyone. And if this would continue then surely I would have to leave anyone or probably both. It's high time avni learn this. They r right this time.

sun was gathering all the aids that can help pandit and to keep a track of them she asked the case 123 gang to be behind them.

she knew that it's against the legal provisions but then it's just the need. She then asked the team to prepare her meet with pandit.

she surely had some unfinished business with rao and pandit.

she entered the cell and sat with the chair beside containing lots of torturing devices.

sun- toh pandit kaise lag rha hai yaha par qaid mein aakar??
(while taking the knuckles blades)

pandit- pandit hai re mein kaise tum mujhe yaha rok payegi re. abhij dekhna abhij mujhe chudane keliye koi na koi aajayega.

sun-(laughs) pandit...pandit....pandit. kya re tujhe galat family kitni jyaada hai re? tujhe kya lagta hai Avni ki jail mein aane ke baad tujhe lagta hai vo tujhe yaha se jaane degi??

(laughs ) bilkul nhi ab to tujhe pata chalega ki Avni se punga lena kya hota hai.

dekhna hai??? (smirks and shows the cell phone) Dekh tere ye sab chale hai na .... Dekh ek ke baad ek ki kaisi khatir dari hoti hai.

gets up and holds him by collar and spits on him.

he got fully agitated and tried to overpower her and raised his hand to fight but she gave him a tight punch and a slap such that he landed straight at the wall to balance himself.

once done here she went to hospital.

till then Avni was somewhat in conscious state. she along with Neil and all others was waiting for the doctor to let them in. All of them were desperate to meet her.

they informed the family and Ashish had insisted that he would come no matter what. They agreed but only in the morning.

Avni tried to sit properly without pressing her wrist and somehow managed as well. But what was bugging her like a leech was that touch which disgusted her the most.

She was the tigress but badly wounded. What would be worst then the hunter been given a damaged weapon? she was trying to push away all those creepy thoughts and events but can that be possible. The worst part is that when ever as in sleep, in waking up , in talking, walking, working we can't escape with the nightmares. How much ever you try but that just damages u.

she wanted to just delete the part from her life but could not. She was sweating and had uneven breathing. She gripped the blanket and covered herself fully. Her throat went dry, she was searching for water. There was water but by the table beside her bed. she leaned forward to get the water. The wounds started paining but she cared less. she finally reached the glass and was taking the water jug when due to its weight could not come in the grip and landed on the ground. This made a loud noise. She was not in correct mind and so she just closed her eyes and ears.

While after hearing the sound all rushed inside. Riya and Aman too had came by the time.

All saw Avni there with wet bandages and blanket till the shoulder as if she wanted to cover her face as well. Her eyes were close and still hands on the ears.

Riya saw her wounds and she moved forward to touch them but couldn't gather courage and left outside asap. Ali went behind her. Sun went to call the doctor. Aman slowly coming out of his trance and shock went towards her. His hands were shaking, how can a brother see a sister like that?? Neil went towards him and patted his shoulder.He had glassy eyes but Neil gestured him not to cry and look at her.

He quickly wiped his face and gently patted her head. Avni slowly opened her eyes and looked at Aman.

she knew that he's afraid but she won't let him be in fear.

Avni- Aman! mein theek hu.

Aman didn't said anything just looked at her arms which were bleeding due to her stretching of hands.

Avni followed his gaze and understood.

Avni- wo...paani chahiye tha so!

Neil quietly went out to get water. Aman just composed himself and hugged her.

He can feel her erate heart beat but didn't say anything.

Aman- mujhe pata hai aap theek ho. Brave ho aap. Bas har baar ek hi galti kar dete ho ....hume baccha samjhne ki.... hum ab bade ho gye hai aur ek dusre ke sahara bhi ban sakte hai......agar aapko lage to.

Avni- pata hai par already tum log tensed they pandit ko leke aur ye batati to tum log apne apne kaam par bhi dhyaan nhi de pate. Meine sirf mera kaam kiya hai aur agar tum log nhi karte to matlab hi nhi tha na??

Aman just nodded and started to speak to her about various topics.

whereas in the garden area of hospital sat riya crying her heart out.

she was upset with her and also very pissed off as well but the glance of her soaked bandages shook her resolve. Not only the resolve but her entire core. She was shivering and closing her eyes . she sat there murmuring nothings to herself.

Ali came and sat beside her. He held her shoulder to which she jerked and saw it was Ali then she relaxed.

Ali- Riya she is fine!!(in calming and soothing tone)

Riya- no she is not (in yell) didn't u saw those bandages?? didn't u saw that blood? didn't u saw her closed eyes? how did u forgot that sweaty face of hers? She is not fine ok!!(shouting) I can say she isn't (breaking into sobs) ..... she is broken!!

Ali-she isn't riya, she is strong.

riya- (jerking him away) no she is not. I am her sister ,I can tell. She was not the Avni I know. I was angry on her about her secret but now I am not even able to stand there to support her. I can't see in her eyes.

Ali- but somewhere u have to agree that she has to face such situations many times. she is an officer who has to deal with those creeps and the sad fact is we can't even help her out.

Riya- yeh....officer !! She ought to serve the nation right(in anger)? We were respected cause of her deeds till yesterday.what happened when they saw some images ? questioned her!!!

Ali-(in same tone) so what do u want from them who can't even have the dare to speak for themselves would support her. All we could do is support what we know. And all I know is that my Avni is honest and very much dedicated.

Riya- u may do what u want but now I won't even would leave them who all did this.

sun-we won't Riya .And trust me we won't even would need to make any move as Avni herself is going to finish that pandit.
u don't worry he is having his last moments.Right now Avni needs u please .

Riya nodded and went to meet her.

Avni's ward.

doctor- how are u feeling acp!!

Avni-(slight smile) yes!! can I get discharge.

doctor-(with a frown) how can i? u are already having these bandages soaked in blood and u weak . Do u still want to go back. I am afraid that I won't allow u.

Avni - I am ok. I can sign the responsibility form. I have many things to do. Please let me go.

doctor-(in strong voice) I am sorry acp, I know the people need u and u have many work to do but remember like u too , I have my work also to be done. I am not that big honest and daredevil but trust me till I am alive I won't let my work left incomplete. For now u are not in the capacity to resume ur work so I won't allow it.

Avni was highly pissed and was gonna retaliate but before could say anything.

Riya- sir we are ready to corporate, u do whatever needed. she will stay here till then, u have my word.(in stern voice as if indicating Avni)

Avni-(sighs) Riya...

Riya-(in a strong voice) I hope that I made myself clear. if not then ask this bf cum brother to explain u as I won't repeat again.

doctor-(in amused tone) whoa!! it seems as if you are the elder one and right one to shut her out.

Avni just glared the doctor back but Riya completed it.

Riya -perhaps ! even if I would be elder one she still considers us to be small and does whatever she wants. And seriously I am no one to shut her out , she hqs many around her.

Avni-(in a whisper) i am sorry riya!!  please last time forgive me.

Riya- well ! don't be cause it doesn't matter and if at all u wanna be sorry then allow him do his work and I might consider it. (not eyeing her wounds).

doctor- well! I would like to take ur leave..... u all can continue ur talks.

avni-(while greeting her teeths) no u can stay here sir!! if at all u are done with ur shift, I won't mind

mind- khadus, who asked u to interfere and shouted at me.

Neil-(in mind) itna bhi mat daat usko ki bhaag hi jaaye but I loved this doc who can control u.

doc-(in mind) seems she's pissed off...Karan u better be careful.

ok!! no problem. all I can do is give u a company for few minutes.

Riya-(with a smile) so doctor how's her progress.

doc- Karan ...u can call me that and yes I know that somewhere u are knowing about her but let's say 1 more day to get back the daredevil officer for not so stressful but yet mild works.

Neil-(in a happy tone) y don't u give her lots of bitter medicines and injections like her.(making a face)

But avni was unusually quiet maybe she was thinking about the incident.

Karan-(smirking) seems the not so fond person is taking the exact revenge in the name of treatment.

They chatted for a while and left. Avni was just planning how to tackle pandit and somewhere trying to overcome her fear.
