The whole night Avni didn't get a proper sleep. She was tossing and turning in the bed. Yet in some sleep!

Next day as per schedule both Avni and Neil reached hospital.

Although it was a habit of Avni to meet all her friends but as she knew that now meeting them would just raise a doubt in the mind of  dwm so she thought to avoid them.

They had tried to meet her but she professionally tackled them. They too tried to have a conversation with her but she refused to have any word. Ali too had saw her but he knew that she won't meet them so he stood away.

All from the staff saw her but none knew the reason. They silently continued with the work until when she reached the children's ward to meet Priya and other kids.

Mowgli- gf!! Aaj mausam bada beyimaan hai.......aaj mausam.

Avni-bf(in her cheerful mood) kyunki!! Ye mausam ka jaadu hai mitwa ....!

Mowgli- waise you know right ki 007 Mowgli se kuch nhi chupta!

Priya-(holding her hand) kya hua hai aaj aapko sab ko lag rha hai ki aapki neend nhi hui isiliye aise ghum rhe ho?

Avni silently blessed them for their concern

Avni- no baby! I am all ok just busy with work. Ignore them .

Neil who was passing by saw her and stopped by to look at their conversation.

Avni-how are you? Any pain?

Priya-(in cute tone )yes ! I had but now it's good as you came.

Avni-(concerned) did you had any food?(in a strict tone)

Priya-(with a puppy face) oh.... I am sure that I did not had any biscuits. Believe me.

Avni-(smirks) oh is it!? Then I too promise that I won't give you that pill.

Priya gulps at her statement while Avni smirks looking at her.

Mowgli- gf!! She had only one biscuit (in a very cute voice)

Avni-ah!! So the cat caught it's mouth!! Is it priya??

Priya-(nervous) I am sorry.... Jaan di! Pakka I will not eat it from now on. (With slight tears ) y...you can give me that pill! I will have it nicely.

Avni who was enjoying herself quickly settled beside her cupping her cheeks.

Avni-Priya!!(with soft voice) it was nothing. I won't punish you because you agreed that you had taken a wrong food. That's enough but hence forth you have to be careful. You know right how painful this processes are and what if we have to operate you again. Would you like it?(Priya immediately nods in no)

You are here so that you get strong enough to fight from diseases and also become a good citizen to help others. You know that right?

(Priya nods in yes)

Then you have to become strong and brave right? Now be back with the old Priya and let's continue with the medicines.

Getting up and looking at all the kids.

Avni-you all know right how we all here are suffering from one or the other problems and we all want to be strong enough to fight them. So why don't we be the strength of each other and help them in need?

I promise we all will win one day and that day is not that far.

All nodded smiling at her.

Now let's play a game today.

All were any ways connected to Avni so easily agreed and sat together to complete their tasks.

Avni nodded to the nurses and was moving to have a look at other pateints where she came across Neil who was looking at her with pride.

Even before Neil could say anything Avni said

Avni- good evening sir! The latest reports of Priya states that she is much more stable then before and soon (with a heavy voice) if everything permits then she can go from here.

Neil-(as if trying to divert her) well that's good and what about the other pateints?

Avni quickly looked at him in confusion.

Avni-sir but I have only this pateint of yours in my supervision. Who else are you speaking about?

Neil- well! I think then I m mistaken as I thought that Mrs. Shukla was also under your supervision.

Avni shakes her head

Avni- no! She's with dr.karan sir! Do you want me to ask him.......uhm! No...n.no I can't as I am occupied (suddenly covering her slip of words)

Neil-  well! I guess it won't take you more than 5 mins dr.avni , I am in need of that urgently. Can you please get them for me.

Avni-(in desperation) no....n.how can I? I am busy sir!

Neil-(in cute yet stern voice) you have to get them from me as I am your senior.

Avni-ok!! I will ask the nurse to get them for you!

Neil-(sighs) why can't you just get them?

Avni-(a bit worked up) cause I said earlier as well that I am busy. Now bye.

He mentally facepalmed himself and when he opened his eyes he saw none other than a small enemy of his having a proud smile with a glint of cunning thoughts.

This irritated him further and he too left.

This continued till few days . Though dwm attempted to taunt and harden Avni's journey but she was handling it pretty well.

But every day it was getting harder and harder. Neela , Ali too tried to help her out but she asked them to stay away. Both Neela and Ali too were concerned about her but she had her own reasons.

One day in Neela's cabin

She was working in the laptop like she wasn't at all interested and there came she.

Dwm-tsk!!tsk!! Kya haal bana liya hai tumne neela apna?(with smirk,) ab bhi waqt hai bas karo aur humare saath aa jao.

Neela who had already pent up all her anger looking at her finally spoke.

Neela- I am a board member and mujhse milne ke liye permission kisne di aapko?

Dwm- shaant Neela kahi tera BP na badh jaayega. Abhi bhi waqt hai ki tu apni aakhe khol le aur mere raaste se chali jaa varna tabah ho jayegi.

Neela- lagta hai meri bhasha samajh nhi ayi. I. Said. Get. Out. Of . Here.
Samjha nhi ya dhake khane ki adat bhuli nhi.

Dwm-( smirks) abhi bhi wohi akad haan? Koi baat nhi ...... Lekin bas batane aayi thi ki ab bohot huye ye chote khel ..is baar usko bacha pao to bacha lena.

Neela-use mein kya bachaungi dw jab uspar to khud upar wala saaya bana hai. Agli baar agar aaogi to thodi tameez se aana kyunki Neela parekh ko badtemeez log pasand nhi hai. Ab jao warna mujhe bhejna aata hai.

Dwm-is baar apne upar wale ko yaad jara acchese kar lena kya pata kaam hi aa jaaye.

With that she left.

Here Neela too was now scared about the threat that dw gave her. She knew that informing Avni won't make any effect as she is least concerned about herself. She was constantly thinking about her while she was on a round at the senior's ward.

She was absentmindedly walking while the staff were greeting her but no heed to anyone.

Ali saw her and took her with him.

Ali-kya hua hai aunty?

Neela-are Ali kuch nhi hai aur vaise bhi jis tarah ka environment hai hospital mein lagta nhi hai kuch hoga!

Ali-aunty ab tak usne sambhal liya hai na age bhi kar legi tension na lo!

Neela- Haan par maa hu na kaise bhul jau use,dwm ko ye situation ya phir vo past ko!?

Ali-past hum badal nhi sakte , dwm ko itni importance deni nhi chahiye aur rhi baat Avni ki to haan sochna hi hai to uske future ke liye socho aise hi befaltu mat socho.

Neela-yaani meri us smart beti ne tumhe bhi uski tarah bana diya hai?

Ali-mein to aisa hi tha (pout)

Neela-Haan ! Bas ab..chalo get back to work and let me as well.

Ali- oye! What's this ? Aise koi bolta hai kya ? Thoda smile and hug karke bolo.

Neela laughs- pagal! Go now!

With that both went.

Karan and gang were sitting in the canteen. All were talking about something or the other but their half mind was on certain girl who was not even entertaining them. They tried what not but usne bhau hi nhi diya. Of all karan was the most annoyed by her.

He was the phuga hua face for the day. All knew why was he sulking but none can help her so they kept mum.

Dd who cannot afford to put away his blabbering mind quiet spoke to gain attention.

Dd- are but if not in hospital we can very carefully go to meet her at home na? Vaise bhi itne dino se nhi gye?

Karan instantly lit up with his suggestion and showered him with rewards of kisses all over much to embarrassment of all. While sunheri and mitali stayed silent on this as they were in 2 minds( probably afraid ki usne mu pe darwaaza band kiya to... hahahah) whereas angie was most happy cause even after being with her she was not with her.

So all decided to go at her place.

After weeks they had a satisfied look on their face.

While Neil too had some plans but didn't knew how to execute them.

Neil-(himself) I should go to her place so that thoda time acchese baat hogi...... But why will I go at her place?

Uhmmm! But we are frenemies na..I too have to help her na!!

But tu use apne surprise visit ka kya reason dega ki she was in problem?

Nhi ! Pateint ke baare mein discuss!!

Neil are you out of your mind or what! Who discusses pateints report when we can even take files back home.

He wanted to help her and meet her but at the same time couldn't as he didn't wanted her to be uncomfortable.

While this all thing was seen by Ali who was exactly understanding his mind and was giggling.

But he knew exactly what was to be done so he went to neil.

Ali- ahem!!

Neil-hey Ali! Hii how are you?(bit nervous)

Ali-actually I am all good but you were blabbering something so thought that if you need any help?

Neil-what help(rolls his eyes) can you offer?

Ali-well! Ek age ke baad doctor bhi pagla jaate hai lekin(while laughing) Tu chinta na kar mein na hu tere saath.

Neil-you are telling me pagal with that he starts to chase him.

Ali- accha stop this! We are doctors here that too senior so coming to the point....I am visiting Avni today but can't take you.

Neil-(looks at him murderously) so you come here and tell me that you are going somewhere...

Ali- somewhere nhi Avni!

Neil-yeah! Whatever

Ali-whatever nhi...

Neil-ok fine Avni bas ab?

Ali-ok fine Avni nhi but..

Neil-A.V.N.I now let me say you are going to meet her and then telling me ki I can't come with you.... anyways I wasn't gonna come but in all this what was the need to tell me?

Ali- aise hi man hua! But parso you have to come that is for sure.

Neil-(folding his hands) I won't come.

Ali-dekh option nhi hai order hai.

Neil-(rolls his eyes) ok fine!

With that both left for work
