As Sadie was sweeping the floor to her kitchen, Caesar walked in a patted her head. "Sorry squirt." He said as he walked away to the fridge and pulled out a soda. Sadie sighed. "I only wanted to protect them."

"Yea well Anthony's just a little...overprotective."

"It kinda gives it away." Sadie said as Caesar chuckled. "Well you know our cousin, he always wants to make sure you're okay." Saide didn't say anything. Caesar expression turned to worry. "What's on your mind?" Sadie's dark image reappeared to her as she remembered the night her friend got shot in the shoulder. Saide didn't realize she was crying until Caesar wiped away one of her tears. "Hey don't crying, what's going on?" Saide told him everything. About Marie, about the dragons, even the part about Mel getting shot in the shoulder. When she was done she started to cry again. "I don't know what's gonna happened to him. I don't even know if he's gonna make it." Caesar pulled her into a hug. "Hey, hey Mel's gonna be okay."

"You don't know that."

"Well you don't know if he's gonna die either."

"..."

"Tell you what, I'll finish sweeping and I'll bring you your toys back."

"...okay." It wasn't enough to help her feel better, but she loved her toys so she accepted the offer and went to her room.
