As Mel slept in the hospital, he dreamt about his friends. "I can't believe I brought them along. I'm a stupid head." he said as he remembered the night he almost died. The way he jumped in front of Meka. The way they cried for him because he got hurt. Even though he couldn't respond, he can still hear them crying that night and in his head.

"Hey Mel." Mel's eyes shot open. He saw Meka and Sadie in front of him. At first he was scared but then he realized it was normal since they did it all the time. "Hey Meka, Sadie."

"You okay?"

"I will be."

"So how long are you grounded for?"

"A month which isn't really that bad because it's almost over. What about you guys?"

"Its been about a week for me. My parents said until you get out of the hospital, my privileges are out the window." Meka said. "And you Sadie?" Mel asked. Sadie sighed. "My cousin Anthony told me I'll be grounded for about a week. I'm still waiting."

"...you guys snuck out didn't you."

"Yep." Meka said as she wagged her cat tail. Then, a beep was sounded in the room. "Don't its just my other cousin Caesar. He told me its time to go back to the house. Cya later." Sadie said as she left her friends to talk.

As Sadie went back into her room through the window, Caesar helped her down. "So, how was your trip?" he asked. "He's doing better. He said he's grounded until he leaves the hospital." Sadie slumped on her bed as Caesar sat next to her. Caesar put her in an embrace as Sadie took it. Then, Caesar picked her up and made sure she was looking at him. "Look, he's gonna be okay. Who knows, maybe he might be able to come home early." Sadie responded with a sad smile. "Yea I guess you're right." "Yea I am." Caesar said as he tickled her belly with his tail as Sadie laughed. "St-staph it! C-Caesar!" she cried as her big cousin stopped in his tracks as Sadie held her stomach. Caesar smiled and shook his head. He kissed her forehead. "Well, its my turn to go to the studio." he said as he begin to walk out of her room. "Aw." "Yea I wish I could stay longer. Cya cuz." And with that, Caesar was out the door.
