"HEY! STOP PUSHING ME!" Dark exclaimed.

I sighed. Because of Dark and Vaati... More Dark. But BECAUSE OF THEM, security took us away to "safety". So, because of that incident we were being led through the hallways of the office.

Dark ran up to my ear. "You don't think these guys are cannibals, right?" he whispered.

I rolled my eyes. "I doubt they are cannibals, Dark," I whispered back.

"You sure?! I mean, why else would they kidnap us?!"

"I don't know if this is kidnapping, Dark."

Dark hovered over my shoulder to get closer. "This is DEFINITELY kidnapping!"

"HEY YOU TWO, KNOCK IT OFF!" yelled one of the security guards.

Dark backed away a tad. "Damn them," he muttered under his breath.

...

Dark bounced back over towards me. "Hey! Where do you think Zelda is at this time?! Is she gonna save us?!" he whispered.

I ignored him.

"She's probably fiddling around with her ocarina—" Dark paused for a second and peered over the bowl of colorful lollipops. He immediately dashed over before he was halted by the security guards. Dark followed back over towards me with a shrug and a scowl on his face as he mumbled threats to the security guards.

"Oh my GOD! This is kidnapping!" he whispered to my ear. He hugged my arm. "I'm scared, Link... They're gonna kill us, THEN they'll cook us into their stew, and then—they serve us to their children!" he shuddered.

"Dark—"

He shook my arm. "I'm gonna die!"

I sighed. "No... Dark."

"Then, why don't I get any lollipops! And, why are they forcing us to follow them?!" He crossed his arms. "I don't wanna follow them!"

"Uh..." I knew the answer in some way, but... I didn't know how to explain it... especially to Dark here. "I don't know, Dark."

"WHY?!" Dark shouted.

I glanced over towards the security guards... They watched cautiously. "U-Um—"

Vaati ran into the other room and paused. It took a second, but he gasped almost falling backwards. "OH, HI SHADOW!" Vaati shouted as he flailed his arms into the air.

"WAIT, WHAT?!" Dark dropped my arm and ran off ahead of me.

I went after him, slowly, dragging my head against the wall.

"SHADOW!" Dark pointed.

I walked right in into the room, closing the door behind, and pausing to stare at Shadow. "Hi, Shadow..." I said.

I stared at Dark. He was mumbling sha... sha... sha... as he glared right into Shadow's two, aqua eyes. He kept repeating the same first syllables of Shadow's name... I didn't know what was wrong with him.

"Hi—"

"GO KILL YOURSELF, SHADOW!" Dark yelled.

Shadow looked away and face-palmed as the whole room got quiet. "I'm glad you're doing well, Dark..."

"DIE!" Dark added.

Shadow observed him as he pulled out his pointer finger to metaphorically trace over Dark's scowl. "And, it seems you've been eating your carrots!" He grinned slightly.

"FACK CARROTS—"

Vaati gasped, and patted his cheeks. "DARK! I THOUGHT YOU WERE A FLUFFY BUNNY THAT LIKED CARROTS!"

Dark pounded Vaati's forehead into the ground. "SHUT UP!"

Shadow bit his lip as he stared at Dark without blinking.

Vaati came back up to the surface, rubbing his head with small tears slipping out of him. "Ow..." he groaned.

Dark crossed his arms. "That's what you get—"

Shadow sighed. "That was not really nice, Dark."

"IT WAS SELF-DEFENSE!"

Shadow snickered with his arms crossed. "Self-defense?!" he said with widened eyes.

"Yeah." Said confused Dark.

Vaati stepped in. He jumped and pointed his finger up. "Yeah, Dark! That was called being mean. M.E.A.N!"

"CONGRATS, VAATI! YOU WIN!" Dark smirked.

"Oh, boy! What do I win?!" Vaati gasped as his face slowly became frozen with a wide grin.

"You win the most obnoxious, annoying, absurd... est... PERSON AWARD!" Dark said with squinting eyes.

Vaati flew away—away to the emo corner. "DARK! YOU HATE ME! DON'T YOU?!"

Dark glared down. "Yes—"

"Dark!" Shadow muttered.

Dark smiled at Shadow. "Yes...?"

"AHEM!" Shadow cleared his throat. "You're wrong." Shadow cocked his head. "W.R.O.N.G, Dark."

Vaati glanced up at Shadow from the shadows.

"No." Dark murmured with his striking glare.

"Vaati isn't all that... I mean... some of that may be true, but—"

Vaati ran up to Shadow. "WAIT, WHAT?!" Vaati pointed at Shadow. "YOU'RE WRONG!"

Shadow gave Vaati a dead stare. "Vaati, some of those words are true."

"WHICH ONES?!" Vaati asked, crossing his arms.

Shadow smirked. "I won't say."

"YOU THINK THIS IS FUNNY, DON'T YOU?!"

"I don't know." Shadow snickered.

"SHADOW!" Vaati cried.

Shadow laughed, trying not to let it all out. So did Dark.

"DARK!" Vaati began looking back and forth at the two.

"KNOCK IT OFF!" yelled one of the security guards.

Vaati sighed, giving Shadow a dirty look before marching off to his corner. Shadow just stared up at the ceiling; though, ignoring Vaati's death glare.

...

There were a few quiet moments before the anger in the air was interrupted by Dark.

Dark jumped over to Shadow. "Wow. That sure was crazy!"

"Shut up..." Shadow muttered.

"Aw..."

"I'm so confused, Dark."

"Why?!" Dark stared into his soul with his huge googly eyes.

"Do you hate me—"

"Yes. Yes, I do, Shadow."

Shadow sighed with a wicked smile. "Thanks."

"You're WELCOME!"

...

"Oh yeah, Shadow?!" Dark shot up again.

"Hm?" Shadow made zero eye contact.

"Why are you here?"

Vaati drove himself all the way to Shadow's Street, past Dark's road... ACROSS THE STREET. ALMOST KILLING EVERYONE. RIGHT IN FRONT OF SHADOW'S FACE. BREATHING ALL OVER HIM. "YEAH! WHY, SHADOW?! GO ON—TELL US! YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SHY!"

"Oh my god..." Shadow tried to ignore us; tried to not notice us at all.

"TELL US!" Vaati pressured. He pressed his phone against Shadow's neck.

Shadow shoved Vaati. "SERIOUSLY?! I... I really don't like those... FREAKING RECTANGLES! THEY'RE STRANGE!"

"Huh?" Vaati observed his phone. "You mean this?" He raised his phone in the air.

Shadow didn't say anything. All he did was stare.

"Ah ha ha...!" Vaati giggled. "This is perfect~!" Vaati said as if he read Shadow's mind! With that, he clapped his hands in triumph, and a smirk appeared from the corners of his lips.

"PUT IT AWAY!" Shadow cowered.

"No~!"

"WHY NOT?!"

"Okay—"

Dark took his phone out and waved it in the air like crazy. "WHY ARE YOU HERE, SHADOW~!?" he taunted.

"NO! WHY YOU, DARK?!" Shadow backed up to the corner.

"Because... It's fun!" Dark smiled slightly with a shrug.

Shadow covered his face; trying not to cry.

"WHY?!" demanded impatient Vaati.

"UGH! JUST PUT THOSE... phones... OR WHATEVER AWAY!" Shadow muffled.

"Oh, okay," Dark mumbled.

Vaati responded to Shadow's demands with Dark's response, and put his phone away into his pocket; however, Dark held his phone out behind his back.

Shadow peeked out through his hands. "Okay..." He uncovered his hands, and took a deep breath—

"QUICK QUESTION!!!" Vaati shouted.

Shadow stared. "Hm?"

"Why is it such a big deal to tell us—how you got here?" Vaati asked. Though, Shadow stared blankly and looked away.

"Uh... they kidnapped me... for... shoplifting...?" Shadow blinked.

Dark put away his phone with caution, raising his head towards Shadow.

"Oh..." said both Dark and Vaati.

Shadow shrugged, "Whatever that means."

"Uh—"

Vaati interrupted me. "Ooo~ I THINK I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!"

"What?"

"STEALING, RIGHT DARK?!" Vaati smiled at Dark.

"Uhm... Shh!! NOT IN FRONT OF LINK!" Dark whispered.

"WHY NOT—"

"Wait! You've been stealing, Dark?!" I asked with a confused look.

"WAIT! WAIT!" Dark waved his hands in the air. "No, No... I haven't!"

"DARK!" I narrowed my eyes on him.

Dark bit his lip. "OKAY! OKAY! I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING, BUT—"

"BUT WHAT?!" I yelled.

"I just... I had to, I had to...!" Dark cried.

"HAD TO WHAT?!"

"I needed them!"

"WHAT?!"

"LOLLIPOPS!" Dark dumped lollipops out of his pockets. All of them. Then, with a guilty smile, he looked up at me.

I flinched at the pile of lollipops and then immediately face-palmed. "DARK!"

"Sorry... I had to... The lollies had to be saved!"

"DARK! WHAT—"I paused with a sigh. "I don't know."

"Sorry!" he exclaimed with a smirk.

I looked away. "Yeah, well..."

...

"Jeez." Vaati murmured.

I interrupted Vaati, "WHY DO YOU NEED MORE LOLLIPOPS, DARK?!"

"Because—"

"YOU ALREADY HAVE A MOUNTAIN IN THE CAR!"

Dark raised his pointer up. "Yes. But—"

I sighed. "All you had to do was ask."

"Yes, yes, but—"

"Wait... don't tell me... knowing you... you stole them all, right?" I bit my lip. "Like all of the lollipops?"

"Yep!" Dark lifted a finger over at Vaati. "Vaati helped me!"

I glanced over to Vaati, he waved at me.

"See~!?" Vaati dumped lollipops out of his pockets.

"Ha... Ha... Ha..." I laughed...

"LINK! YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!"

I glared at Vaati with tightened lips.

"IT'S HO HO...  HA HA HA HA!" Vaati laughed maniacally.

I face-palmed. "Dark..."

"YES, CAPTAIN LINK?!"

I sighed. "Give me one of your lollipops."

"WHAT?! NU!" He crossed his arms in front of him and looked away with his eyes shut.

"JUST ONE, DARK!"

He opened one of his eyes to stare at me. "Why...?!"

I rolled my eyes, and tackled Dark to the ground, taking one of his lollipops.

Dark pointed at me to get attention. "HE'S STEALING!"

"Dark," I glared.

"OKAY! FINE!" He mumbled as he rolled his eyes away from me.

I smiled and threw the lollipop at Vaati. It hit over his head and bounced off.

"What," Vaati said with blankness in his voice.

I smirked, "You lose."

"WHAT?! NU! NUU! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN?!" Vaati was on the ground, pounding the floor with his fist.

"Okay, Dark. Go get your lollipop back." I said nodding over to Dark.

"YAY!" Dark walked up to Vaati and bent down reaching for his lollipop. Once the lollipop was safely in his grasp, he walked back swiftly with a smile. "YAY!" he said, placing the lolly into his pocket along with his other lollies. He smiled with his kawaii face. "I GOT MY LOLLY BACK!" he said brightly.

"Yeah... so... uh... I don't know what I just witnessed, but..." Shadow paused, widening his eyes over to Vaati. "Is Vaati okay?"

"Maybe..." Vaati mumbled.

"Oh... great... well... I don't care."

"YEAH! BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE HERE!" Dark shouted.

"That could be true, but... There is Link." Shadow said, eyeing me with his storm of a glare.

"What...?" I said.

Shadow lowered his glare. "You are... smarter than them."

Vaati glared at Shadow, and so did Dark.

"INSULT! INSULT, SHADOW!" Vaati exclaimed.

"Oh... I'm sorry, Vaati." Shadow smirked.

"SHADOW! YOU JUST INSULTED ME AND VAATI!" Dark stated.

"Yeah, Dark. I did." Shadow said, crossing his arms, and closing his eyes.

"STOP—"

"And, I don't care."

"YEAH! YOU DON'T CARE!"

Shadow glared down at Dark.

"Do I win—"

"No, never."

"THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING?!"

"Why should I waste my breath, trying to argue with someone like you?"

"Uh!" Dark ran behind me and leaned on my shoulders. "Protect me!" he squealed.

Shadow sighed.

I smirked. "I don't think—"

Dark interrupted me. "HE'S EVIL!" Dark pointed straight at Shadow.

"No, Dark. I'm not." Shadow mumbled with a cold smirk.

"YES! YOU MADE FUN OF ME!" Dark cried.

"AND ME!" Vaati added.

"God, you two. I was just making a statement." Shadow said.

"CHANGE IT!" Dark demanded.

"Okay... um... It's a beautiful day outside, is it not?!"

Dark climbed off me. "Yes, it is."

"OKAY, GOOD! GLAD THAT IS OVER!"

...

"MOCHA, MOCHA! WE'RE GONNA GET EATEN BY CANNIBALS!" Vaati sang.

Dark ran over to me in tears and hugged my arm. "No! SHUT UP, VAATI!"

"Aw..." Vaati stared at Dark for a few seconds with his sad eyes. "MOCHA, MOCHA! DARK IS GONNA DIE!" Vaati smirked as his sad eyes quickly vanished.

"Nu...!" Dark hid behind me.

"VAATI!" Shadow shouted.

"What...?"

"SHUT UP!"

"Oh..." Vaati stared at Shadow with his sad eyes. However, his sad eyes escaped once again from his face as soon as a giggle was released from Vaati's mouth. "MOCHA, MOCHA! SHADOW IS GONNA DIE—"

Shadow glared. "I swear to god, Vaati." He bit his lip. "I swear—when I'm out of here, I'm going to choke you!" Dark cheered for Shadow in the background.

"Oh hee hee! Good luck with that!" Vaati died of laughter. "I got GUNS!"

"Guns...?" Shadow asked confused.

"Yeah, you know." Vaati shaped his right hand into a gun. "Bang, bang!" Vaati laughed.

Shadow fell to the floor, crouched, and covered his head. "I hate you..."

"HEE HEE!"

...

"So, Dark... why are you guys here?" Shadow asked, eyeing Vaati.

"Oh! Oh! I KNOW THE ANSWER!" Vaati jumped in the air, waving his hands.

I stared at Vaati, and so did Dark.

"Why, Vaati?" Shadow sighed.

"WE WERE PLAYING WITH CUTE, LITTLE LIONS!"

Shadow raised an eyebrow and stared at us all. "What the hell?!"
