~Unpublished scene from Ch. 12: breakfast conversation~

It's really short and idk if I should be posting it but you guys deserve it so viola.

Jared's P.O.V

I watched intently as my waffles popped up from the toaster. Getting up from my seat, I took the waffles out of the toaster and put them on a plate, pouring a bit of syrup on both of them. Just as I was walking back to my seat, I heard the stairs creek. I looked over to see Jeremy, walking slowly and strangely down the stairs. I smirked a bit, sitting down and starting to eat my breakfast.

With messy hair, tired eyes and obviously uncooperative legs, Jeremy sat down at the table and banged his head on it. "Long night?" I asked him. He groaned. "Michael snuck in through my window." I choked on my waffle. "H-hOW? Your room is on the second floor!" He looked up at me before shrugging and putting his head back down. I leaned slightly over the table so my face was closer to his. "Was he good?" I whispered, giggling. He jolted up as I leaned back into my seat. "W-what's that supposed to mean?" He asked. I rolled my eyes. "Like you wouldn't know, mr 'doing illegal things at an illegal age with your bro'." His eyebrows furrowed. "Last time I called him 'bro' it felt so wrong."

"That's because last time you called him that you hadn't lost your v-card."

"Is that window unlocked?"
