She slowly tries to get up from the bed, he turns to her and helps her get up...They walked out of the dispensary...✨

Monami - Mein yaha se chali jaungi, thank you...Tum bhi so jao jaake...

He wasn't even listening to her, he kept on standing there which made Monami understand that he's not leaving...May be he wants to drop her to her room...She came out of her thoughts, sighs and starts walking to her room...He quietly accompanied her...They are now standing outside her room...She turns to say goodnight, but to her surprise he says,

Karan - Kya hua?? Ruk kyu gai?? Chalo...Kapde nikalo andar jaake apne change krne ko...

Monami - She looks down on her drenched clothes and says ohh...Mein karlungi karan, don't wry...(She says in a low voice)

Karan - Monami, chalo andar...Dekho mein tumhari almirah kholke kapde toh nikal ni sakta varna nikal deta ab tak...So pls, chalo ab andar...Already kaamp rhi ho...

Monami knows by now, that he's not in a mood to listen to her... Nor he's leaving...So, she quitely enters her room with him...They tip toed in because Sanjana was sleeping there only...She opens her almirah...

Karan - Jaldi karo naa, mein itnii raat ko Tumhare or Sanju ke room mein khada hua accha lag rha hu tumhe...??

She faintly smiles n gives him a look, taking out her clothes...They tip toed their way back out...They were walking to the girls changing area / locker room / washroom...Monami was again lost in her thoughts...She wasn't thinking straight...They reached the girls washroom and stood outside...

Karan - Jao

She was soo lost in her thoughts...That she didn't heard him...They were standing on the same place for some minutes now and because she was all drenched in rain...Water gets collected below her feet...Karan taps her shoulder to make her come out of her thoughts...

Karan - Kya hua?? Jao..

Monami - H..Hmm

She just replied him and was about to walk in, when she slipped due to water beneath her feet...Karan just in time catches her...They share a beautiful eye contact, after some seconds...He lifts her up and she quickly stands straight...

Monami - S..sorry, Thank you...

He sighs, looks up to the girls washroom sign and decides to walk in with her because she doesn't seem well at all...

Karan (In his mind) - Pta nhi aaj kya hi dekhne ko milega... Please koi andar na ho...Varna karan beta aaj tu bhtt maar khayga...🙈😅

He puts his hand on her back and walks in with her...

Karan - Chalo

He walks her in, luckily the washroom was empty...She goes in to change and he walks out of the washroom...There was a mop next to the washroom, he quickly cleans the little water so nor Monami nor anyone else would slip on that...He finished doing that...In that time, Monami too came out having changed her clothes...He walks in to her, she was holding her drenched clothes...

Karan - (Pointing to her clothes) Ye room mein kaha rakhogi, yhi chodh do... Subhah dekh lena inhe...

She nodes her head in agreement and leaves them there in a corner...They walked out and Karan was turning right and Monami was about to turn left...

Monami - Mera room toh uss side hai naa...Tum dusri side kyu jaa rhe ho??

Karan - Kyuki hum tumhare room mein ni jaa rhe...

Monami - Matlab??

Karan - Matlab ye ki tumhare room mein already Sanjana hai... Tumne doctor ko bhi bhaga dia, so until tumhara bhukar ni utarta, tum meri responsibility ho...That means, I have to stay with you and vaha already Sanjana hai...Vaha mein rahu, accha ni lagega...So it's better, mein tumhe apne room le jau...Faizi bhi ni hai...You can easily stay if you're comfortable...Varna dusra option bhi hai, hum dispensary vapis jaa sakte...Tum vaha so sakti ho...Bas ek problem hai...Vo bed ab gheela (wet) ho chuka hai...So i think, my room is a better option...

Monami was a little surprised to hear him, she has never seen him talking this much... Atleast not with her...Karan snaps his fingers infront of her to make her come out of her la la land...

Karan - Rani sahiba?? Kya socha fir?? Kaha jaana hai?? Room ya dispensary??

Monami doesn't answer him, she sighs and starts walking to his room...He smiles faintly and starts walking behind her...They reach his room...He makes her sit on his bed...

Karan - Tum mere wala bed lelo, mein Faizi ke bed pe lait jaunga...

She nodes her head in agreement...

Monami - Karan jao, tum bhi jaake change krlo...Tum bhi bheege huye ho...

Karan - Looks down at his clothes...It's okay, Meri chinta mat karo...Mein karlunga...

Monami - Theek hai, ye bhi sahi hai...Vaise bhi tumhe mere liye bahar se doctor laana padha...Tumhare liye zarurat ni padegi naa, Mein hu naa...Mein hi dekh lungi...(She says and gives him a sarcastic smile)...

Karan - Accha...Aapko yaad hai ki aap doctor hai...Mujhe toh laga aaj ke liye aapne apni sochne ki or sunne ki...Dono shamtaye tyaag di hai...(He gives her a even more sarcastic reply)...

Monami - Jao jaake change krlo Karan...

He turns and takes out his clothes...

Karan - Abhi aaya mein...Hilna mat yaha se, pehle bta rha hu...

Monami - Jao karan...

He leaves the room, she quitely sits in his room... Rubbing her hands on her arms...Now she feels some cold...After around 5 mins, Karan comes back...He looks at her and he could make out that she's feeling cold...

Karan - Tum abhi tak aise hi baithi ho...Blanket toh khol leti...Or seriously, tumhe pehne ke liye ye half sleeve ki tshirt hi mili thi...?? 

Monami - Han, vo zyada thand ni hai naa...

He walks to his almirah and opens it...

Karan - Han nhi hai...But tumhe toh bukhaar hai...Tum toh kuch garam pehenlo... 

He says and takes out his red hoodie...He walks upto her with that in his hand...

Karan - Ye lo pakdo, pehen lo issey apni tshirt ke uppar...Pehle hi ni theek, subhah tak aur haalat kharab mat kar lena... Pakdo...Bola hai dhyan rakhunga, toh rakhunga hi...

She looks up at him and takes the hoodie from his hand...

Karan - Tum tabse yahi baithi ho?? 

Monami - Tumne hi toh bola tha...

Karan - I mean, ki atleast towel leke baal hi ponch leti...He says that, pulls a tower out of his cupboard and goes near her...She was wearing his hoodie...And he without even thinking once,  starts rubbing the towel on her hair...

Karan - Pta ni kya karti rehti ho...Kuch ni samajh aati mujhe tumhari...

She quitely stares at him drying her hair and scolding her for God even knows what...She wasn't listening to him that carefully, all she was doing was adoring him...She thinks to herself, tumhare aur papa mein kitna farak hai karan...Ek vo hai jo mujhe mere decisions mein support nhi karte... Unhe lagta hai I can't do anything...Or ek taraf tum ho, mere liye or mere dreams ke liye tum dad ke aage khade ho gye... Atleast u believe in me a little...a lot actually...Tumne tab bhi parwa nhi ki when he could sue u...You didn't care, you still brought me back here...

He sensed her staring at him for sometime now...

Karan - Kya hua rani sahiba?? Kya dekh rhi hai??

She quickly, turns her gaze and comes out of her thoughts...

Monami - Ku..kuch ni...

He too realizes that how closely she was standing near her, drying her hair...He suddenly realizes why is he drying her hair?? He quickly steps back and gives her the towel...

Karan - Ye lo...Ponch lo baaki...

She takes the towel and dries her hair a little more...He opens the blanket and gives it to her...

Monami - So jao tum bhi karan...Mein thk hu ab...

He as usual, doesn't listen to her...He goes and sits on faizi's bed...

Monami - Kya??

Karan - Kuch ni...So jao...

Monami - Karan 

Karan - Dekho tumne doctor ko toh bhaga lia... Mujhe ni bhaga paogi...So it's better, so jao ab...Tumhara bhukaar utar jayga, mein so jaunga...Don't wry...

She surenders to his zidd, gives him a look and lies down pulling the blanket on her...

Monami - (in her head) Kya fayda issey ladhne ka

Monami - Khadoos Shergill (She murmers to herself)

Karan - Sunna maine 

She quickly closes her eyes...Karan smiles faintly and in his head he was thinking, Pta nahi aaj kaha khoyi hui hai ye...Par abhi ye right time nhi hai issey puchne ka...

It was already 1:30 am, Monami was asleep by now...Karan was keeping a watch on her, she in her sleep pushed her blanket down...Karan gets up from his bed to give her the blanket again...He was putting the blanket on her, when as usual she holds his wrist in sleep...But today he doesn't free his hand...He covers her in blanket and sits just beside her...♥️

Time passed, it was 3 O'clock...Monami has loosened her grip on him...He checks her forehead, her temperature is going down...He was finally little relieved... He slowly gets up from her bed, and goes to sit on his bed...He puts his legs up, rest his back on the bed's backrest...He turns to her and watches her sleep...He didn't even knew when he dozzed off too...

It was 4am, when he hears little sobs in his sleep...He wakes up slowly and looks around to see where was it comming from...He looks at Monami...She was fast asleep but in her sleep only, she was being restless and sobbing...He gets soo scared seeing her that way...He quickly gets up and goes near her...

Karan - Monami, Monami...He called her name twice trying to wake her up from her dream...

But she was in deep sleep, he quickly sits on her bed resting his back on her bedrest and pulls her up to him...She was still asleep, he takes her in his embrace and hugs her...

Karan - Monami kuch nahi hai, Tumne bas koi sapna dekha bura...Kuch nahi hua...

She was still sobbing in his arms...

Karan - While rubbing her back, Ssssshhh bas...Kuch nahi hua... Sapna tha...Mein hu naa yaha...Kuch nahi hai...Yhi hu mein...

She finally after a while, stops sobbing but he didn't leave her...He kept rubbing his hand in her hair comforting her and he hugged her real tight soo she doesn't get scared again...♥️

Karan - (in his head) Pta nhi aaj kya hua hai issey...

He finally puts his leg up, pulls blanket on her and kept her in his embrace for God knows how long...He wasn't planning to sit there all night but he didn't realized when he fell asleep again...They were now on the same bed, sitting and sleeping...With her in his embrace...His head resting on her head and her head resting on his chest...🙈♥️
