Julie showed Flynn some of the songs she wrote with Luke over the weekend and most of them Jasper even helped write some of the lyrics. Flynn pointed out that she was talking quite a bit about Jasper and asked if she likes him romantically. Julie was quick to deny that which made her think that she might actually do romantically like Jasper. Flynn was hoping she likes Jasper because she always thought the two would make a cute couple.

After school Jasper went over to the Molina's garage to practice with the band since Flynn had texted him, saying that she signed up their band to play at the school dance. He didn't really have a problem with it since they played in front of the school before.

Jasper was now in the garage with Julie, Luke, and Reggie playing part of their new song 'Finally Free'. When he got there he noticed that Alex was missing and he asked where he was, but they just said they didn't know. They stopped practicing the song when a familiar blonde-haired boy walks through the garage doors.

"Oh. Hey, Alex." Reggie greeted Alex and Alex nodded at him with a smile on his face. Jasper waved at the blonde-haired boy and Alex waved back at Jasper.

"Where have you been?" Luke asks Alex. "We need to start practicing."

Alex raises his eyebrows. "Yeah? For what?"

Jasper glances at the door that opens, and Flynn walks in with a smile on her face. He chuckles lightly as she dramatically raises her arms up. "Dance news!" She lowers her arms, the smile falling off her face. "I don't have a date."

She smiles again, pointing at Jasper and Julie. "But I don't care because I'm so psyched to see you guys perform."

"Oh, man. We're playing a dance." Alex realized, looking back at Jasper, Luke, and Reggie. Luke sat down on a chair beside where Alex's drum set was at.

Luke nods. "Of course, dude. That's how we get a following nowadays."

Julie chuckles and looks at Alex with a teasing smile. "Yeah, get with the program, Alex."

Flynn's eyes grow wide. "What? The guy's are here?" She smiles and waves in the opposite direction of where Alex, Luke, and Reggie are. "Hey, guys!"

Jasper laughs a bit. "Flynn, wrong way."

"Oh." Flynn sheepishly smiles and turns to the other way, not knowing she's waving at Alex and Reggie who both wave back at her.

"Well, now that Alex has graced us with his presence, can we start working?" Luke questioned.

Julie nods. "Yes." She looks at Flynn. "We're gonna rehearse."

"Yeah," Jasper looks at Flynn with a smile. "You wanna stay and watch?"

Flynn purses her lips together, tilting her head to the side. "I'm supposed to blow up five hundred balloons for the school dance," A smile tugs on her lips as she looks at Jasper and Julie. "But this sounds way much better."

"Hey, Julie. Remember those orbs in dad's pictures?" Jasper looks over when he hears Carlos walk in and he raises his eyebrows when he walks through Alex. Carlos walks over to stand in front of where Julie sat at her keyboard. "I-I think they're ghosts."

Jasper moves over to stand beside Julie, wanting to take a look at the pictures Carlos laid on the keyboard. "But don't worry. This room is..." Carlos does a 360 spin, looking around the room before facing Julie and Jasper. "This room is clean." His eyes grew wide at seeing three orbs and he knew that wasn't good. He hoped Carlos or Ray doesn't figure out about Alex, Luke, and Reggie being ghosts.

Carlos smiles. "I'm not getting the ghost tinglies."

From his spot on a stool beside where Alex stood, Reggie chuckles. "Wrong again, little dude."

Carlos points at Julie. "Have no fear. If they come back, I will protect you because I am the man of the house."

Jasper share an amusing look with Julie before they both look at Carlos. Julie crosses her arms, raising her eyebrows at her younger brother. "Isn't dad supposed to be the man of the house?"

Carlos crosses his arms. "There can be two. Dad needs all the help he can get, right?" Jasper furrows his eyebrows when Carlos gets out salt out of his pocket. "According to the internet, salt burns their souls out." Jasper's eyes grow wide at hearing that and he shares a panicked expression with Reggie and looks back at Carlos when he opens the salt. "A little sprinkle will keep them from ever coming in here."

Reggie quickly pulls his feet up, letting out a gasp as Carlos throws some salt on the floor where he sat. Carlos then throwed some salt in front of where Luke sat and he was quick to pull his feet up as well before Carlos threw the salt.

"No!" Alex yelled when Carlos threw salt at him. Jasper, Luke, and Reggie looked at him with concern.

"I'm..." Alex looks down at himself, realizing that he was fine. He stands up with a smile. "I'm fine. Totally fine."

Jasper lets out a small sigh of relief, mentally scolding Alex for almost giving him a heart attack. Julie clears her throat, subtly nodding over to Carlos as she looks at Flynn. That was her way of telling Flynn to get Carlos out of here.

Flynn nods and turns to Carlos. "Carlos, you know who's hungry? Me. Um, salt me a path to the kitchen."

Carlos nods, closing the salt while he goes over to grab the picture. He then leads Flynn to the house. Julie looks back at each of the boys with a smile. "Shall we try this again?"

"Yes, please." Standing up, Luke nods. "But one of you remind us later. There's some Sunset Curve songs we want to show you guys."

Julie grins. "Ooh! Show us now."

"Yeah," Jasper agrees, looking at the three ghost boys with a grin. "Why wait when you can just show us now."

"Yeah, okay." Luke nods and moves over to get his journal. Luke bends down to pick up his journal, sighing when he noticed something. "'Home Is Where My Horse Is'?" He takes the lyric sheet out of his journal, putting it in his guitar case. "Reggie, stop putting your country song in my journal."

Reggie walks over to him, pointing at his song he wrote. "That was a gift."

Luke hits his chest with his journal. "Thanks, buddy." Luke walks over to Jasper and Julie, handing Julie his journal. "I dog-eared the ones I think you would slay."

Jasper leans over Julie's shoulder to look at the songs as Julie flips through them, but he stops her. "Ooh, wait, I see a girl's name." Julie goes back to a song called Unsaid Emily and looks at Luke with a teasing smile. "Who's Emily?"

"That one's not dog-eared." Luke takes a step forward, reaching out to grab his journal, but Julie held it close to her. Julie held the journal in front of her again, letting Jasper see it while she read off a line of the song. "'If you could only know that I never let you go'."

Jasper chuckles lightly, looking at Luke with a teasing smile. "Who knew you were such a romantic."

Alex stands beside Luke, shaking his head. "He's not. That one's actually about-"

Luke hits his arm, interrupting his sentence. "No one." Jasper and Julie share a disbelieving look and then look back at Luke. Luke looks at the two with a nervous expression. "Uh, that's just something that I tried, and..."

He goes to try and get his journal back, taking a step back when Julie pulled it out of his reach. "But if you go to the next dog-eared page, I got a tune that's just...It's got a killer beat."

Julie flips to the song he's talking about while Luke takes a few steps back, now standing in front of the chair as he plays a guitar riff. Jasper furrowed his eyebrows when the guitar riff sounded familiar to him.

Julie nods, sitting down on the bench at her keyboard. "So you wanna sample."

Luke stops playing, looking at her with confusion. "What do you mean 'sample'?"

"It means copying someone else's music." Jasper replied.

"Me and my mom used to sing that song in the car at the top of our longs all the time." Julie smiled in remembrance. She looks at Jasper and chuckles. "We actually used to do the same thing to that song too."

Jasper chuckles and nods, looking at her with a small smile. "Yeah, I remember. That song is a classic Trevor Wilson song."

"Nope." Luke steps towards the keyboard, taking his journal back when he saw Julie was distracted. "It's a classic our song."

Reggie nods. "Pure Sunset Curve. Never even heard of Trevor Wilson."

"Maybe you guys are mixing it up, you know, with another song." Alex suggested.

Julie points at him. "I don't mix up songs. Trust me. Me and his daughter used to be best friends. I used to hang out at their place all the time. I know that song."

When she saw that Alex, Luke, and Reggie looked like they didn't believe her she got her laptop off of the coffee table behind her and set it on her keyboard. She then logged on and pulled up a picture of Trevor. Julie turns the laptop around once she gets the picture of Trevor up, facing the laptop towards Alex, Luke, and Reggie.

"He had a lot of hits on his first album." Jasper speaks up. He shrugs his shoulders. "His latest stuff isn't that good though." He furrows his eyebrows when he saw how shocked Alex, Luke, and Reggie are at seeing Trevor.

"That's Bobby." Luke said.

Julie rolls her eyes. "Seriously. Jas just told you his name is Trevor."

"Okay. Great. Then...Then he changed it, alright?" Alex stared at the picture with wide eyes and points at Trevor. "That's definitely Bobby. He was our rhythm guitarist."

Julie scoffs. "Trevor Wilson was in your band?"

Reggie leans closer to get a better look. "I can't get over how old he looks." Alex leans closer to get a better look as well while shaking his head. "He looks like a substitute teacher."

"Jasper, Julie...What were his other hits?" Luke asked.

"'Get Lost'." Julie replied.

A hurt expression forms on Luke's face as he takes his guitar off and goes sets it on its stand. "Yeah, I wrote that."

Jasper looks at him with surprise. "What about 'Long Weekend'?" He looks at his brother when he answers him. Reggie nods. "Yeah, Luke wrote that one too."

Julie looks at the three ghosts with wide eyes. "'Crooked Teeth'?"

Alex nods. "And that." He gestures to Reggie. "It was about Reggie."

Reggie looks at him with wide eyes. "What? I thought it was about you!" A pout forms on his lips while he goes to sit on the stool he sat on earlier, and Jasper looks at him with a sympathetic smile when Reggie looks over at him with a upset expression.

"Wait. This is...Freaking me out." Julie shakes her head. "Trevor's songs are kind of big to me. He was the one who introduced me to rock." Jasper glances over at Luke, noticing that he was now by the dart board that's in the garage. Jasper looks back at Julie and nods in agreement. "Yeah, same here."

"Luke introduced you both to rock." Alex nodded, pointing at Luke who angrily threw a dart at the dart board.

Julie furrows her eyebrows. "So this whole time, I thought you were connected to my mom. But instead, you're connected to Carrie's dad? Out of all people, it had to be the one girl who had it out for me."

Alex shrugs and takes a seat on the floor in front of his drum set. "Alright, well add it to our list of questions."

Julie sighs. "Back when Carrie and I were friends, the three of us used to talk about music all the time." She looks at Luke who was throwing another dart. "He never mentioned you guys."

"And that's unbelievable!" Luke angrily threw another dart, turning face his friends. "Okay, he can take all the credit, and he doesn't even mention us?"

Jasper hated to make them more upset and angry, but he knew they should probably know what he decided to say next. "He's also rich and has his own helicopter."

Luke groans and angrily throws the last dart he had. Alex and Reggie stand up, looking at Jasper. Alex's eyes grow wide. "He-he has a helicopter?"

Julie nods and pulls up a picture of it and 'Trevor's' mansion. "With his face on it."

Luke moves over to stand beside Alex and Reggie as Reggie points at the mansion, looking at it with wide eyes. "And he parks it in front of that hotel?"

"No. He gets to park it in front of his mansion." Julie responded.

Reggie looks at her and Jasper with shock. "Mansion?"

"Dude, we live in a garage." Alex pointed out as he glanced at Luke.

Luke shakes his head as anger overtakes his features. "It's not about the money, it's about the music!"

"It's a little bit about the money though!" Reggie pointed out.

Alex nods in agreement. "A little bit about the money."

"He could have shared it with our families." Reggie gestures to himself and Jasper. "Maybe then our parents wouldn't have their house turned into a bike shack."

Jasper shrugs. "They actually left that place because of that and to get a bigger place."

Reggie waves a dismissive hand at him. "That's beside the point."

Luke looks at Alex and Reggie. "What he did was steal our legacy." He turns to Jasper and Julie. "Where does he live?"

Jasper and Julie share a nervous look, not for sure if they should tell them, but they eventually decide they should. Julie sighs. "Above the beach in Malibu."

Luke grabs his jacket as Reggie says, "Let's go teach him a lesson."

Jasper looks at the three of them with wide eyes and a panicked expression forms ono his face. "Wait, guys. That's probably not a great idea."

Julie stands up, staring at Alex, Luke, and Reggie with wide eyes. "Guys! We have to rehearse for the dance. This is our first gig!"

"Okay, boys!" Flynn exclaimed, walking back inside the garage. "Break time's over, okay?" She looks at where she thought Alex, Luke, and Reggie are at. "Get to playing." She dramatically flips her hair over her shoulder and smiles. "Mama needs her eye candy."

"They're gone." Julie told her and Flynn embarrassingly smiled at her and Jasper. Julie sighs, glancing at Jasper with a worried expression. "I think we just unleashed 3 angry ghosts on the world."

"At least we know where they're going." Jasper pointed out.

Julie nods and smiles a bit. "Yeah, that's true. Let's go."

"I actually got some homework to finish that's due tomorrow." Jasper admits, taking off his guitar while walking over to his guitar case. He stops at his guitar case, turning to face the girls. "Will you two be okay getting them on your own?"

"Of course." Flynn smiles, gesturing to herself and Julie. "We got this."

Jasper nods. "Okay. Just let me know if I need to do anything to help find the boys."

Julie salutes which made him chuckle and smile at her. Julie smiles back at him. "We'll let you know, Jas."

Jasper managed to finish his homework on time for the dance and he was relieved when Julie told him she and Flynn found the boys and that they were okay.

For the dance Jasper decided on wearing a tie dye button up shirt with a white t-shirt underneath it, blue jeans with some holes, and yellow shoes to match the tie dye button up shirt.

(this is the outfit Jasper is wearing for the dance)

"Hey." Jasper greets his best friends, walking onto the stage to the side of the stage behind the curtain where they stood.

"Hi, Jas." Julie greeted, looking at him with a smile.

"Sorry I'm late." Jasper apologizes, looking at her and Flynn with an apologetic smile. "My parents were home earlier than I thought they would be tonight so I had to sneak out my window. I told them I was going to the dance, they were just a bit upset I decided to tell them at the last minute."

"Oh, that makes sense." Flynn nods. "By the way, you look great, Jas." She playfully elbows Julie, looking at her with a smirk. "Doesn't he looks great?"

Julie looks at her with a small glare, feeling her face grow hot. She looks back at Jasper with a smile. "Yeah. You do look great tonight." She gestures to their outfits they both wore. "Good idea at matching."

"Didn't really mean to match since I didn't know what you were wearing," Jasper shrugs, his lips curled upwards into a small smile. "But thanks."

Flynn smiles, flipping her hair over her shoulder as she looks around. "Are the guys here?"

Jasper chuckles lightly and shakes his head. "No, they aren't."

"But they will be." Julie said, wrapping her arm around Jasper's shoulder. Jasper looks at her with a smile, wrapping his arm around her waist. Julie smiles back at him before looking back at Flynn. "They know how important this is to us."
