(the picture above is to give you an idea what jasper's bedroom looks like)

After the performance the boys poof away along with their instruments, leaving just Jasper and Julie to smile nervously at the crowd who looked at them with confusion. Jasper honestly was in shock at what just happened. He and his best friends played for the whole school. With three ghosts. He just couldn't believe it.

Those three ghosts were there, playing with them, and suddenly they weren't. And as he looked out at the crowd with nervousness, he hated how everyone was staring at them and how murmurs immediately filled the room after his brother, Alex, and Luke poofed away.

"Hey, where'd the rest of the band go?" A boy in the crowd asked them.

Jasper didn't fail to notice that front and center were where Dirty Dancy was standing at, staring at the best friends with glares and curiosity, most likely hating themselves for being curious about this. "Wait." Kayla, one of the members of Dirty Candy, speaks up, looking at Jasper and Julie with a smile. "Were those holograms?" Carrie shot her a look that just read 'shut up'.

Jasper and Julie look at each other and immediately nod. "Yes!" Jasper quickly replies, looking back at the crowd with a small smile. "Those were definitely holograms."

Julie nods, going along with it. "We plugged it into the ceiling projector before the show." She smiles at the crowd. "We'd explain it to you, but it involves algorithms and science stuff."

Jasper hoped that would be enough to put off anymore questions. A relieved smile forms on Jasper's face when everyone cheers for them. Along the far wall, he noticed the three ghost boys were there, conversing with each other. He guessed it was about the performance they just put it on because they each had happy expressions on their faces. He looked back at the crowd, still surprised about the fact that his dead brother and friends are ghosts. Only he and Julie can see them all the time, but others can see them when they play music.

"Okay, people," Principal Lessa speaks up, turning to face the students. "Show's over. Let's get back to class please."

Jasper glances over to his left when he heard Reggie speak and he chuckles, seeing he was talking to Carrie and Kayla. "Mrs. Harrison, I am so sorry for not asking for permission." Julie apologized, sitting on the edge of the stage while Mrs. Harrison walks over to her.

Jasper walks over to the side of the stage where they are, looking at Mrs. Harrison with an apologetic smile. "I'm also sorry for doing this. But also not that sorry, 'cause it was kinda awesome."

Mrs. Harrison chuckles lightly. "It was kinda awesome." She looked back at Julie as she speaks again.

"I just wanted to show you I belong here."

Mrs. Harrison smiles at her. "As amazing and awesome as it was, your spot's already been filled by another student." Jasper's heart sank at hearing that. He really thought that this would get Julie back in the program. He glanced at Julie, sharing a sad expression with her.

Jasper and Julie look over to their left after Mrs. Harrison gestures over to a small boy rolling a cello down the steps of the stage. Jasper cringed at the loud noise the instrument made when he walked down the steps. He was surprised the small boy didn't drop the heavy thing.

Julie frowns. "Come on, that thing is way too big for him!"

Mrs. Harrison sheepishly smiles. "He'll grow into it." She looks at Julie. "I wish that I could help you, but my hands are tied."

Jasper puts a comforting hand on Julie's shoulder when he saw how upset she was at hearing what Mrs. Harrison just said. He looks at Principal Lessa when she walks over to them with a smile on her face. "Mine aren't, and as much as I didn't approve of this little stunt you two pulled, I will not go down in history as the Principal who kicked Julie Molina out of the music program."

A wide smile forms on Jasper's face. "So, that means she can stay?"

Principal Lessa smiles. "Yes, she can stay."

Julie smiles widely at her. "Thank you!"

"But," Principal Lessa points at the two. "When you two win your first Grammy, I want to be thanked."

Jasper and Julie both nod while Julie says, "Definitely."

"Thank you." Mrs. Harrison said to Principal Lessa before she walked away. Mrs. Harrison turns to Julie with a wide smile. "Congratulations!" She goes over to Julie and hugs her. After the hug, she points at her. "Welcome back!"

Julie chuckles and smiles at her. Mrs. Harrison points at Jasper with a smile on her face. "Jasper, by the way, you did a wonderful job."

Jasper grins. "Thanks, Mrs. Harrison."

Mrs. Harrison nods and walks away. As Julie gets down and heads over to where Flynn was now standing, Jasper goes to put his guitar back in its case. After locking his guitar case, he got off the stage while holding it in one hand, furrowing his eyebrows when he saw Flynn running out of the gym.

"What's wrong?" Jasper asked, walking over to Julie, looking at her with confusion.

Julie sighs. "I lied to her about the boys by telling her they're from Sweden."

Jasper stands in front of her, raising his eyebrows at her. "Sweden? Seriously?"

Julie shrugs, dramatically outstretching her arms. "I don't know! I panicked. I'm gonna go after her."

Jasper nods. "That's a good idea. Want me to go with you?"

Julie shakes her head, looking at him with a small smile. "No, I got it."

"Also, thank you for helping me. It means a lot to me." She added, locking eyes with him as her smile grew.

Jasper smiles at her, nervously rubbing the back of his neck with his free hand since his other hand held his guitar case. "Y-Yeah. Yeah, no problem."

Julie then took off running out of the gym, going after Flynn.

After school Julie texted Jasper, letting him know that she didn't find Flynn and she hasn't been responding to any of her texts or calls. Jasper tried talking to Flynn as well, but turns out she's upset with him too. He doesn't blame her though. He did lie to her as well by not telling her about the boys.

Jasper was now sitting at his desk, strumming his guitar while looking at his journal that was in front of him. Recently he started to realize he's starting to fall in love with Julie. Now that his brother showed up with his bandmates as ghosts he never knows how or if he's ever going to confess to Julie. He decided that if he ever does get the courage to confess to Julie, he's going to do it in the song, because he knows for a fact he would faint if he confessed to her just by talking.

Jasper looks at his door with furrowed eyebrows when he heard a knock. His parents were still at work, so he knew it had to be one of the boys which made him not begin to panic. "Come in."

Alex walks through the door, glancing around at Jasper's room with a small smile. "Nice room."

"You were in here yesterday." Jasper reminded him, tilting his head to the side as he raised his eyebrows at Alex.

"I didn't really look around." Alex shrugged his shoulders, putting his hands in the pockets of the denim jacket he wore.

"Okay," Jasper drags out the word and nods. "Thanks." He awkwardly smiles at him, not for sure why he was there. "Why are you here?" He quickly adds, "I didn't mean for that to sound rude if it did."

Alex sent him a small smile, seeing a lot of resemblance of Reggie in Jasper even though they aren't related by blood. "I actually came here to check on you." When Jasper looks at him with confusion Alex continues to explain. "You looked upset earlier today when we were preforming."

"Are you okay?" Alex asked him. He points at Jasper before Jasper could speak. "And don't lie. Tell me the truth."

Jasper sighs and sets the guitar he held on the floor beside him. "It's kind of a stupid thing to be upset about. Well, I guess I wasn't upset...It was more like jealous."

"Jealous of Luke?" Alex questioned, raising his eyebrows at Jasper.

"Yeah." Jasper nods, sheepishly smiling at him. He sighs. "I mean, I'm just jealous 'cause of how close he was with Julie throughout the song and about the fact that Julie literally walked through him. And not to mention that they seemed to be getting close lately even though it only has been, like, a day since you guys got here."

A grin tugs on Alex's lips when he realizes something. "You like Julie!"

"No, I don't!" Jasper exclaimed, immediately shaking his head. He knew his lie wasn't very strong to believe as soon as he felt his face grow hot.

Alex continues to grin and points at the brunette-haired boy. "Oh, you so like Julie."

"What should I do?" Jasper asks him, knowing he couldn't lie to Alex at all. He starts to ramble which was something he did when he was nervous. "I don't wanna ruin the friendship we have or ruin the friendship I have with Flynn or somehow ruin Flynn's and Julie's friendship. Alex, I don't wanna end up friendless."

Alex chuckles. "You won't end up friendless, Jasper." He shakes his head. "And I'm probably not the best one to come to for this kind of advice."

Jasper's lips curves downwards and he nods. "Right." He leaned back in his chair as he glanced at his journal.

"But maybe you should just tell her." Alex quickly suggests, not wanting Jasper to be upset. Jasper looks at him in disbelief and Alex shrugs. "I mean, you won't know how she feels until you tell her."

As Jasper started to think it over, he knew Alex was right. "Yeah," Jasper sighs, continuing to glance at his journal, a smile tugging on his lips as he thought of a way to tell Julie how he feels. "You're right. Thank you, Alex."

Alex smiles, glad he could cheer Jasper up. "You're welcome. Oh, and speaking of Julie, she wanted me to ask you if you wanted to join her with showing me, Luke, and Reggie to Flynn."

Julie nods. "Yeah." He stands up and goes over to get his skateboard after he puts his shoes on. "I'll head over there now."

Once Jasper got to the Molina's garage, Julie informed him how they had 30 minutes to tell Flynn about Alex, Luke, and Reggie before Flynn would tell his parents and her dad about what was happening. Hearing that made Jasper panic so, of course, he got right to work with them on making the poem Julie wrote about Flynn into a song.

Jasper was surprised when Julie told him that Luke and Reggie went through her box in her room that was off limits. Even he hasn't ever seen what was inside it. But, he wasn't surprised when she added that she chased Luke around the piano, trying to get the poem back.

Soon Jasper and Julie got the song ready to preform it for Flynn with the help from the three ghosts. Julie opens the doors to the garage when Flynn knocks.

Julie chuckles and smiles at Flynn. "Thanks for coming. We just wanted to rehearse the song so it was perfect, which it's not, but whatever."

Flynn shakes her head, pointing at her and Jasper. "No, if I'm gonna hear a song from the imaginary ghost band you guys have, I want it to be perfect. So, get back in there."

She points all over the place. "All of you." She points to a random spot beside where Jasper was standing. "You too."

Jasper chuckles and shakes his head. "Flynn, no one is standing there."

Flynn smiles and walks inside. "Oh, I know."

"I hope this works." Jasper said to Julie as she closed the doors. Julie nods, looking at him with a reassuring smile. "It will."

Jasper walks over to where his microphone was set up which was beside Julie's keyboard. He looks at Flynn. "Flynn, can you sit down?" He gestures to the chair near the couch, looking at Flynn with a smile when she narrows her eyes at him. "Reggie says he needs some space to rock out, and he doesn't wanna walk through you."

Flynn laughs. "Boy, when you two create a world you guys really live in."

Julie walks over and pushes her down on a chair. "Just sit."

Jasper puts his electric guitar strap on his shoulder since he was playing the rythmatic part of the song once again. Julie tells Flynn that there isn't any equipment that will produce a hologram and that she's free to look around. Julie moves to stand behind the keyboard and looks at Flynn. "The guys took a poem that I wrote about you and put it to music."

Flynn grins, but Jasper couldn't really tell if it was real or fake. He did tell that she was nervous about what was going to happen and he didn't blame her. He would be too if he was her in this situation. "Aw! I wish I didn't have to tell your dad or your parents about this."

Julie chuckles lightly. "It's called 'Flying Solo'."

She glances at Jasper to make sure he's ready to start and when he nods she sits down, recording a sound on a drum pad that's on the keyboard before playing the recording. Julie plays the keyboard as she sings, looking at Flynn with a smile.

"If I leave you on a bad note, leave you on a sad note. Guess that means I'm buying lunch that day. I know all your secrets you know all my deep dish. Guess that means that somethings will never," Jasper harmonizes his voice with Julie's on the word 'change' and 'mean'. "change. We both know what I, what I mean. When I look at you it's like I'm looking at me.

At the chorus the ghost boys poof in playing their instruments, but Luke and Reggie jumped for extra effect. Flynn lets out a small scream at suddenly seeing them. "My life, my life would be real low zero. Flying solo." As Jasper and Julie sings while Alex, Luke, and Reggie sings the backup vocals at the same time Jasper and Julie sing 'flying solo'. "Oh-oh-oh."

"My life, my life would be real low zero. Flying solo without you." Alex, Luke, and Reggie then joined Jasper and Julie on singing the word 'you' after they sang 'Oh-oh-oh' the same time the two best friends sang 'flying solo.

Jasper and Reggie turn to each other, jamming out to the song together as they sang and played their instruments. "Hey! Yeah, yeah!" Luke jams out with the brothers for awhile as well before he turns around and moves to stand beside Flynn who leans back in the chair. "Hey! Yeah, yeah.

"My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo without you." Reggie moves back to his microphone and Luke goes over to him, sharing his microphone as they sing 'oh-oh-oh' with Alex when Jasper and Julie sing 'flying solo'. The three ghosts had also joined the two best friends on singing the word 'you'. Jasper turned to face Flynn with a grin, seeing that Flynn was looking at him and Julie with wide eyes. Julie was now in front of Flynn, looking at her with a wide smile.

Julie kneels in front of Flynn while smiling at her. Flynn nervously smiles back at her. Julie takes her hand in hers, singing the next verse of the song. "Yeah, you know who I'm liking way before I like them. Duh, 'cause you liked them first. And if somebody hurts you I'm gonna get too. That's just how we work, yeah, that's just how we work.

At the pre-chorus Jasper and the three ghost boys sing with Julie on the words 'change' and 'mean'. "It will never change. We both know what I, what I mean. When I look at you it's like I'm looking at me.

Julie stands up, pulling a reluctant Flynn with her. "My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo." Flynn looks around her when Luke walks behind her and over to where his microphone was set up by the couch. "Oh-oh-oh."

"My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo without you." Julie pulls Flynn over to Luke and Jasper chuckles when at the first 'hey' Luke yells directly at Flynn just to scare her. It worked because she stepped back. "Hey! Yeah, yeah.

Julie brings Flynn over to where Alex and Jasper are at. Jasper smiles at Flynn, his smile widening when she smiles a bit. "Hey! Yeah, yeah!" He notices that she starts to get more comfortable around Alex, Luke, and Reggie which was good. "My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo without you." Flynn started swaying along to the beat of the song, smiling at Alex. Julie lets go of Flynn's hand, gesturing Flynn to follow her over to Reggie.

At this part of the song only Alex, Jasper, and Luke are playing their instruments. Jasper watched Flynn push her hand on Reggie's shoulder and a surprised expression formed on Flynn's face when her hand goes through his shoulder.

Reggie chuckles. "Weird, right?"

She looks at Julie and then at Jasper with wide eyes. "They're ghosts!"

"No, they're musician spirits." Jasper corrected her. Reggie pointed at him in a sign of agreement.

Alex grins at Jasper. "Reggie told you that I wanted you and Julie to call us musician spirits from now on?" When Jasper nods at him with a smile, Alex looks at Reggie with a smile. "Thanks, dude."

Reggie smiles as he shrugs. "No problem."

"Oh, and Reggie is my brother." Jasper confessed, sheepishly smiles at Flynn when she looked at him with surprise.

"Adopted brother." Reggie added. Flynn slowly nodded, still shocked by the fact that there are three ghosts in the garage with her and Jasper.

Luke looks at Julie with a small smile. "So, Julie...Does this mean you and Jasper are gonna join our band?"

Jasper looks at Luke with a bit of surprise, not expecting Luke to want him to join, but he was happy Luke did. Julie glanced at Jasper and before either of them could say anything, Flynn speaks up. She stands beside Julie who looks at her. Flynn looks at Luke, sassily flipping her hair over her shoulder. "Um. Actually, I think you're joining their band."

Jasper grins at hearing that. Julie glances back at Jasper, making sure he was okay with it. When she saw him nod and noticed the grin on his face, she smiles and looks at Luke. She leans her elbow on Flynn's shoulder while speaking. "Yeah, we're gonna go with what she said."

Julie gets her arm off of Flynn's shoulder and the two of them move over to Jasper, jamming out with him when the song came to the chorus again. "My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo." "Oh-oh-oh.

Flynn and Julie turn to each other and start dancing while Jasper turns to share a smile with Alex. "My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo without you."

"Hey! Yeah, yeah. Hey! Yeah, yeah.

"My life, my life would be real low, zero. Flying solo without you." Julie is the only one who sings the word 'you', facing Flynn with a smile. The two lean their foreheads against each other as Julie sings the last word of the song. "You.

They look at each other with a smile. "Still wanna talk to my dad and Jas' parents?" Julie asked her.

Jasper looks at Flynn, hoping she would say no. "No." Flynn shakes her head, her lips forming into a smile. "I'm good."

The two chuckle and hug each other. After the hug, they gesture Jasper to get over to them so they could have a group hug. Jasper put his electric guitar on his back, smiling at his best friends as he hugged them.
