Jasper and Julie were pacing in Julie's garage the next day, anxiously waiting to hear back from the phantoms. They were getting help from Willie to be able to play at the Orpheum.

"It's gonna work, right?" Jasper asks, nervously fiddling with his hands. "I mean, it has to."

"Yeah, I hope it will work." Julie agreed, acting just as nervous Jasper is.

The two teens turn to face the phantoms when they poof into the garage and Julie immediately bombard them with questions. "What took you guys so long? Did Willie do it? Did you talk to them? Did they watch? Did they like us? Are we playing? Can somebody answer? Why's no one saying anything?" While she was talking quickly, the phantoms were looking at her and Jasper with grins and Jasper was looking at Julie with amusement.

"Jules," Jasper laughs. "Take a breath and calm down."

"Woah!" Reggie raises his hands in defense. "That's a lot of questions!" He points at Luke. "Luke, you wanna take this one?"

Luek nods in response, glancing at the couple. "Take a seat." Jasper and Julie obeys, taking a seat on the couch. Luke kneels in front of the coffee table along with Alex and Reggie. "It's fine. Everything's fine."

"Yeah. You guy should be getting a call right...Now!" Alex points at Julie's phone that rested on the coffee table and the couple smiles excitedly, but grew confused after a few moments when there was no phone call. "Okay." Alex sheepishly smiles. It was now getting awkward after getting no phone call when Alex said when it would happen. "Right...Now!" He tried again and this time the phone rang. Julie screamed with excitement, turning to face Jasper.

"Yes!" Jasper cheered, high fiving Julie.

"Nailed it." Alex smirked, high fiving Luke and Reggie.

Jasper and the phantoms gestures for Julie to answer the phone when she's too excited to realize she needs to answer it. "Oh!" Julie quickly picks up her phone, answering the call, and puts it on speaker. "Um..." She clears her throat. "Hello?"

"Hi, this is Tasha from the Orpheum in Hollywood." A female voice spoke.

The five teens smile excitedly and all stand up to jump with excitement. "Is this Julie of J.J. and the Phantoms?" Tasha questioned.

Julie outstretches her arms, signaling everyone to stop jumping around and everyone stops in the middle of jumping around excitedly. She leans over to pick up the phone since she had been jumping on the couch with Jasper. She takes the call off speaker phone, putting her phone up to her ear and clears her throat. "Yes, it is!"

Everyone resumes to jumping around excitedly. Jasper stays jumping on the couch while Julie jumps on the coffee table. Jasper watches with amusement and laughs when Reggie and Luke pick Alex up and spin him around. "Are you available to open for us tonight?" Even though Julie took the call off speaker, the volume was loud enough for everyone to hear what Tasha was saying.

"Yeah, totally!" Julie exclaimed as Jasper jumped onto the coffee table out of excitement.

"Okay." Tasha chuckled.

Julie stops jumping, turning to face Jasper with a grin, and he stops jumping as she reaches a hand out to him. He grins back at her and intertwines their hands together and they resume jumping up and down while holding hands. "Thank you so much!" Julie said.

"See you then." Tasha spoke and then the call ended.

When Alex was facing the couple as Reggie and Luke spun him around, Alex raises his hands to them to high five them and the couple raises their free hands to high five Alex. They didn't get close to his hands because they knew they couldn't touch. "We did it!" Julie shouted while the phantoms and Jasper cheered out of excitement.

"We're playing the Orpheum, baby!" Julie exclaims. "Yeah!"

****

The next day is the day they're playing at the Orpheum. Jasper is beyond nervous for playing at a theater that was so popular like the Orpheum. He honestly dreamt of playing there ever since he was little and the fact he was going to do that now was mind blowing to him. Jasper went over Julie's place with his outfit in a suit protector since Julie's dad was going to be driving them to the Orpheum and he and Julie were going to get ready at the Orpheum. He heard Luke and Julie talking as he walked up to the garage and he smiled softly upon hearing Julie asking Luke to tell her mom she loved her and thank her for bringing him, Alex, and Reggie to her when they cross over.

"Hey, guys." Jasper greeted after their conversation was over.

"Jasper." Luke smiles. "Perfect timing. I was just gonna call for a band circle." He glances at the other two phantoms. "Guys, band circle."

The five teens circle up in the middle of the garage. Jasper finds himself standing between Julie and Reggie. The phantoms held hands and Jasper and Julie held hands. The couple put their free hand over Reggie's and Alex's hand to make it seem like they were holding hands with them.

"We don't know what brought us here, but...What we do know is, you guys are a star." Luke smiles at Jasper and Julie. The couple smiles back at him. "And just because this is our last night together, it doesn't mean we won't be watching you two from above...Or..." He grimaces, glancing down, and Jasper and Julie chuckles lightly. "Now let's go rock this show. Let's give 'em a night they'll be talking about 'till the sun comes up, okay?" The five teens chuckled and smiled at each other.

Luke puts his hand in the middle first. "Legends on three."

"One." Alex said, putting his hand over Luke's.

"Two." Reggie was next.

"Three." Jasper and Julie spoke, putting their hands over the phantom's hands.

The five teens raise their hands in the air, exclaiming, "Legends!"

A horn honking is heard a few seconds later. "That's my dad." Julie explains. She gestures with a nod of her head to Jasper. "He's driving us there, so we'll see you guys soon."

Jasper picks up his outfit that he hung on the door handle of the left door since Julie hung her outfit on the door handle of the right door and the couple walked out to Julie's dad's car.

****

Jasper couldn't believe he was famous enough to have his own dressing room. But here he was getting ready in it. After he got dressed and fixed his hair, he went next door where Julie's dressing room happened to be. "Knock knock." He said, knocking on the door as he opened it slightly.

"Come in." Julie said, turning to face Jasper with a smile.

Jasper smiles, walking into the dressing room and closed the door behind him. An awestruck expression forms on his face when he saw how beautiful she looked. "Wow."

Julie smiles shyly, feeling her face heat up and she glances down at her outfit. "Is it too much? I think it might be."

"No, no. You look beautiful." Jasper quickly says, his face turning a light shade of pink as he smiles at her and Julie looks at him with adoration and a soft smile on her lips. "I-I mean," Jasper stutters, growing nervous. He rubs the back of his neck. "You always look beautiful, but I think it's possible you look even more beautiful now."

"Awe." Julie smiles from ear to ear. "Thank you." She gestures to the outfit Jasper wore. "You look handsome."

(this is the outfit jasper has on for the rest of the chapter)

Jasper shrugs, trying to play it cool even though he felt butterflies swarming in his stomach like crazy and his heart felt like it was pounding out of his chest. He couldn't help the wide smile on his face, and he was sure his face was a bright red color now. "Oh, yeah, um, thanks."

"Hey, Julie." A voice speaks after a knock on the door was heard. "I got yours and Jasper's roadie."

"Come in." Julie spoke. The door opened and Flynn walked inside the dressing room along with a stage crew.

"Holograms are good to go, bosses." Flynn smiled at her best friends.

"Thanks, Flynn." Jasper chuckled.

Julie smiles, glancing at the stage crew. "Best roadie ever."

"I'll be back in a few minutes to walk you two to the stage." The stage crew explained.

Julie nods and smiles slightly. "Thanks, Rob." Rob nodded and left the dressing room.

Flynn holds up the VIP backstage pass she wore. "You see this backstage pass? I had sushi with Brandon Urie!" She exclaimed excitedly.

"Good for you." Julie forces a smile. "I threw up in the car on the way over here."

"Yeah," Jasper grimaces. "It was gross."

Julie rolls her eyes and playfully shoves him, earning a small laugh from him. "You still look amazing though." Flynn reassures Julie. She grins at Jasper and Julie. "I made friends with the tech crew. You guys are gonna love what we have planned." She glances around excitedly. "The guys are here, right?"

"I haven't seen them." Julie frowns. She glances at Jasper with a hopeful expression. "Have you?"

Jasper shakes his head, frowning slightly. "Nope."

"Wait." Flynn furrows her eyebrows. "Do you guys think they changed their mind and took Caleb's offer?"

Jasper scoffs. "They would never join Caleb's band willingly."

"Yeah," Julie agrees. "That's the last thing they wanted."

Flynn walks over to stand behind Julie when she notices the girl looking at the mirror with a nervous expression. "you're gonna kill it." She encourages. She glances at Jasper with a smile and shrugs. "And you're gonna be great too."

"Oh, thanks for the boost of confidence." Jasper sarcastically commented, looking at her with a teasing smile.

Flynn rolls her eyes playfully.  "Yeah, whatever." She grins. "We should get some snacks."

"Yes, definitely." Jasper immediately agreed and Julie nodded in agreement with a smile on her face.

****

It was time for the show, but the phantoms haven't shown up yet and Jasper and Julie were beyond worried about them. They didn't know if the phantoms had crossed over, if the jolts destroyed them or if Caleb forced them to join his houseband.

"Hey, Julie, Jasper, it's time." Rob announced after he knocked on the door.

Julie shares a panicked look with Jasper before she glances at the door. "Just a second." Julie calls out. She looks at Jasper worriedly. "Something's wrong. The phantoms were getting those jolts pretty bad as I was leaving."

Jasper nods in agreement, fiddling with the ends of his sleeve. "They wouldn't ditch us again."

Julie frowns. "They must have run out of time." Jasper felt his heart drop to his stomach, realizing that Julie was right. He kind of thought that might be the reason the phantoms weren't there yet, but he didn't want to admit it.

"I'm so sorry, guys." Flynn looked at her best friends with sadness in her eyes. She felt so bad for them.

Julie shakes her head. "They didn't cross over." Her voice cracks as she speaks. "They're gone." She glances at Jasper with sadness. "And we didn't even get to say goodbye."

Jasper inhales sharply, doing his best to fight the tears as he wraps his arm around Julie's shoulders to comfort her. She sniffles and leans into his side, wrapping her arm around his waist. Flynn got up from the couch she was sitting on, pulling her two best friends into a group hug.

Rob knocks on the door again. "Hey, Julie, Jasper, you're on."

Julie pulls away from the hug, running towards the door. Jasper shares a worried look with Flynn. "Wait!" They called out to her and Jasper reached out to grab her hand to pull her back, but she was already out of his reach.

Julie opens the door and runs up the stairs. Jasper and Flynn leave the dressing room quickly. "What are you doing, Jules?" Flynn questioned.

"Where is she going?" Rob asked.

"I'll go get her." Jasper spoke, not waiting for anyone else to say something or try to stop him as he went in the direction Julie went.

"Julie!" Jasper yelled, pushing the back door open that led to the alley by the Orpheum. His shoulders drop in defeat and he frowned upon seeing the girl he loved sobbing in the middle of the alley.

"I don't know if you can hear me, mom, but..." Julie scoffs, glancing up at the sky. "I can't handle it. Flynn and Jasper says you're supposed to be behind everything, but I don't know. If I was supposed to help the guys, I didn't. They're gone." She sobs. "A-And I'm so sorry. They were my friends. My band." She glances to her right when she heard a door close, smiling just a bit when she saw the boy she loved standing there with a sympathetic look on his face. "Our band." She corrects her self and Jasper smiled softly at her.

Jasper walks over to stand by her, wrapping his arm around her shoulders to comfort her. He doesn't say anything, not wanting to interrupt her talk with her mom. "Our family." She sniffles, wrapping her arm around Jasper's waist. She glances at the sky. "Why can't you just pick me up and hold me in your arms and tell me that everything's gonna be okay and that I'm gonna get through it?" She questions to her mom. Jasper's heart ache as she watched her be so upset. He knew that all he could do for her now is be by her side. Julie shakily breaths. "And that...That even though they're not here with me and Jasper, they're still up there with you. I just wish you were here."

Jasper rubs her arm up and down, sympathetically smiling at her. "I know I'm not your mom, and I don't know if everything will be okay, but I know that you're gonna get through it." He finally speaks and she glances at him with teary eyes. He didn't even realize he had teary eyes until he felt a tear fall down his cheek. "We'll get through it together, okay?"

"I don't deserve you." Julie chuckles lightly, looking at him with a smile. She leans forward to kiss his cheek, earning a smile from Jasper. "You're the best, Jas."

"I think the same thing about you all the time." Jasper confessed.

A woman carrying some flowers walks by the couple, but then stops and walks back to them. Jasper and Julie exchange a glance before they look back at the woman. She smiles kindly at them, handing a dahlia she got from her bag to Julie. The woman puts a comforting hand on Julie's arm and Julie smiled slightly at her. The woman then walked away as Julie stared at the dahlia with a smile.

Jasper smiles a bit. "You know what I think that is? I think that's a sign." Julie sniffled and chuckled, looking at him with a small smile.

****

Jasper and Julie walk back into the building and get to where Flynn and Rob are. Julie shows the dahlia to Flynn with a smile on her face. "Signs."

"Wait. Where are you going?" Flynn asked, her voice laced with confusion when Julie walked towards the stairs that led to the stage.

"A show won't perform itself." Jasper replied, glancing at her with a smile before he followed Julie.

"Welcome to Live at the Orpheum." An announcer spoke through the speakers as Julie took her place at the keyboard.

Jasper stood across from where the keyboard was placed, towards the center of the stage. Instead of having a microphone, he wore a microphone headset to make it easier for him to be able to move around and sing while he played his acoustic guitar that he was playing for this song.

"Now give it up for J.J. and the Phantoms." The announcer spoke and everyone cheered.

Julie sets the dahlia she got on the end of the keyboard before she picks up her microphone from its stand. "Hi. I'm Julie. Um... Tonight, I'd like to dedicate this song to my mom, who's been there with me every time I've played." Jasper glances back at her with a small smile. He didn't know she had planned on saying anything, but he was proud of her for wanting to say something about the song. "And thank her for..." Julie glances up with a smile. "Not giving up on me."

She looks out at the crowd. "I'd also like to dedicate tonight's performance to...Three special friends." Julie locks eyes with Jasper, sharing a smile with him. "They changed our life completely," Julie looks back at the crowd. "And they brought music back to me. It was their dream to play here, this is for them."

"This song is for anyone who's lost their way." Julie smiles. "Step into your greatness. Don't give up. Stand tall. Thank you." Cheers and applause filled the building while Julie put her microphone back in its stand. Julie glanced at Jasper with a questioning glance, making sure that he was ready. Jasper nodded at her and smiled.

Julie glances at the keyboard, exhaling slowly. She moves the  microphone closer to her, causing some microphone feedback. Jasper could see how nervous she was and he didn't blame her because he felt the same way. He moves the microphone headset he wore so he wouldn't speak into it. "Jules," He whispers to her and she glances at him with a nervous expression. "We got this."

Julie nods, smiling slightly. She takes a deep breath and places her hands on the keyboards where they need to go. She and Jasper play their instruments at the same time.

"Don't blink. No, I don't want to miss it. One thing and it's back to the beginning. 'Cause everything is rushing in fast. Keep going on, never look back." As Jasper looked out at the crowd, he had to admit that he hoped he would see his parents. He had left them a voicemail the day that he and his band was signed up to play the Orpheum in hopes that they might actually come since this was a big event for him and Julie. But so far, he didn't see them which made him upset.

"And it's one, two, three, four times. That I'll try for one more night. Light a fire in my eyes." Jasper harmonizes his voice with Julie's for the last lyric of the pre-chorus. "I'm going out of my mind."

When Jasper and Julie sing the chorus, cheers are erupted from all around the Orpheum, causing the two teens to smile. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing I'ma stand tall. I'mma stand tall. Whatever happens even when everything's down I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall." From off stage, Flynn smiles proudly at her best friends and gave them a thumbs up. "I gotta keep on dreaming 'cause I gotta catch that feeling. Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall."

The crowd cheers loudly when the drum beat kicks in and when Alex appeared on stage. Jasper furrows his eyebrows with confusion, glancing behind him with a relieved smile when he saw Alex playing his drums. Alex locks eyes with him and smiles widely at him. Alex then shared a smile with Julie when Julie glanced at him with surprise. Just before Julie sings the second verse, Reggie appears on stage standing between where Alex's drums are set up and where Julie's keyboard is at. Reggie's appearance caused the crowd to cheer once again. Jasper couldn't help the small laugh that escaped his lips as he looked at his brother and then at Alex, beyond happy and relieved that the phantoms were back. Well, all beside one. The fact that Luke didn't show up with Alex and Reggie worried him.

"Right now I'm loving every minute." Julie shares a smile with Reggie. "Hands down, can't let myself forget it, no. 'Cause everything is rushing in fast. Keep holding on, never look back.

Jasper brings his attention to the left side of the stage where he heard the sound of Luke's electric guitar playing and saw Luke was flickering. The crowd gasps as Luke keeps flickering. "And it's one, two, three, four times." Jasper did his best to not look like he was worried to not confuse the crowd, but he noticed the worried looks on Alex's and Reggie's face which made him know for sure that Luke was having trouble coming back to them from wherever he was. "That I'll try for one more night. Light a fire in my eyes."

"I'm going out of my mind." Jasper sang with Luke, smiling widely when Luke stopped flickering and the crowd cheered loudly when the two boys sang.

Julie gets her microphone and walks over to the center of the stage while Jasper jumps on the platform Alex's drum set are on the same time his brother did the same on the other side. He shares a smile with Reggie, the two boys facing each other as they play their instruments. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing, I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall."

Julie then joins Luke on singing the chorus. "Whatever happens even if everything's down, I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall." Jasper and Reggie jump off the platform at the same time when the drum beat builds up, earning some cheers from the crowd. Now Jasper and Reggie stood beside each side of Julie with Julie standing in the center of the stage. "I gotta keep on dreaming." The crowd continues to cheer and jump up and down during the performance. "'Cause I gotta catch that feeling." Julie turns to jam with Reggie while Jasper faces the crowd with a smile. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing, I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall."

Right at the bridge of the song, Julie and Reggie walk towards the apron of the stage which is the part of the stage that's between the crowd while Jasper and Luke face each other and jam out on their guitars. "Like I'm glowing in the dark." The crowd cheers loudly and reach out to Julie and Reggie. "I keep on going when it's all falling apart."

Luke stands in front of his microphone to sing along with Julie while Jasper turns to Alex to share a smile with him. "Yeah, I know it with all my heart."

Julie and Reggie stand close to each other and make it look like they are standing back to back. They harmonize their voices together for this part. "Ooh-ooh-ooh. Ooh-ooh-ooh."

Jasper turns to face the crowd with a smile, singing the last lyric of the bridge with Luke. "Never look back.

The only ones playing their instruments now were Jasper and Luke as Alex stands up, singing into his microphone he now held, causing the crowd to cheer loudly. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall."

Reggie was back at his microphone, singing his solo with a smile on his face and the crowd cheers loudly for him. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall." He belts out the last word while Jasper and Julie harmonize their voices together and then Alex and Luke did the same. Alex sat down at his drums, beginning to play again while he sang with Luke.  "Stand tall. Stand tall.

Julie now stood in the center of the stage, her and Jasper facing each other with a smile. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall. Whatever happens even when everything's down I'mma stand tall. I'mma stand tall."

The couple continue to stare at each other with smiles on their faces, making their way towards the apron of the stage. "I gotta keep on dreaming." While walking, they both sing into Julie's microphone that she held between them. "'Cause I gotta catch that feeling.

They stand back to back like what Julie did with Reggie, but this time they're backs are actually touching and they glance at each other with smiles as they sing. "Whatever happens even if I'm the last standing, I'mma stand tall." The phantoms made their way towards where the couple was at, standing beside each side of them. They join Jasper and Julie on singing the last lyrics of the song with Jasper and Julie singing the last note the longest. "I'mma stand tall."

The building is erupted into cheers, applause, and some of the crowd even whistles for the band as they share smiles with each other. The five teens stood beside each other with Reggie beside the right side of Julie and Alex and Luke stood beside the left side of Jasper. Jasper glanced at the crowd with a grin, watching everyone stand up for him and the band. He couldn't believe that they were good enough to get a standing ovation.

As he looked around at the crowd, a sign caught his eye that was in the balcony. It read 'we love you jasper' and what surprised him even more was the fact that his parents were holding the sign. That brought tears to his eyes and seeing the proud looks on their faces made him smile widely. Yeah, this was definitely one of the best night of his life.

Julie notices what he was looking at and she smiles widely, beyond happy that his parents eventually showed up because that showed that they cared about Jasper. She intertwines her hand with Jasper's, causing him to look at her with a smile. She smiles back at him and the five teens raising their hands at the same time and they all bowed.

When the audience gasped, Jasper felt his heart ache because he knew that meant the phantoms disappeared and he assumed that they crossed over since this was their unfinished business. Jasper and Julie stood up straighter after they bowed, sharing a sad smile with each other upon noticing the phantoms weren't beside them.

Julie smiled and waved at her family and her dad blew a kiss to her. Jasper and Julie let go of their hands and waved at everyone with big smiles on their faces. Jasper never thought that they would get a standing ovation from Carrie, but he noticed she was standing and smiling at them which surprised him.

****

After the concert and after he got dressed, Jasper found his parents before they left the Orpheum. His parents had engulfed him in a big hug, telling him how proud they wore of him and how much they love him. They both realized that they haven't been the best of parents, but they want to get better at that. They even changed their work schedule so they can spend more time with Jasper. The fact that they wanted to be better parents and that they even changed their work schedule for him warmed Jasper's heart and he somehow knew things would get better for them.

His parents did ask him why the boy playing the bass looked like Reggie and Jasper lied, saying that the boy was just someone who looked a lot like Reggie. He felt bad for lying to them about it, but he didn't know how they would react to know that the truth about Reggie being a ghost and that now he crossed over.

His parents offered to take Jasper home, but Jasper politely declined, explaining that the Molina's had already offered for him to come over for a celebration pizza dinner and that Flynn was going as well. So, currently, Jasper was with the Molina's, walking with them in a line to the front door of their house as they all sang 'stand tall'.

They laugh after they stop singing the song and when they reach the front door, Ray speaks up. "You guys and your Phantoms were unbelievable tonight." He smiles, pointing at Julie. "You know, I'd like to thank them for bringing music back into your life."

Julie smiles at him and shakes her head. "I already did. But I didn't thank you, Papi." Ray smiled back at her in response. Julie handed the dahlia she held to Carlos and hugged her dad.

"Hey, Julie, uh, can I talk to you guys for a second?" Carlos asked, glancing at Jasper and Julie.

Jasper and Julie share a look and they both look at Carlos as they nod. "Yeah. Yeah, um, just give us a minute." Julie replied.

"Okay, I'll wait up." Carlos nods. He winks at them. "Don't ghost me."

Jasper and Julie exchange a panicked look. Carlos couldn't have figured out what the phantoms are, right? How could he? Ray chuckles as his son walks inside. Julie shakes her head and glances at her dad with a small smile. "Just a minute." She kissed his cheek and the two linked their pinkies together as they smiled. Jasper smiled softly, watching the interaction between the father-daughter duo.

"Love you." Julie said to her dad and her dad smiles at her. "Love you too."

"Jasper, I can take your suit in for you." Ray offered, glancing at the brunette-haired boy with a small smile while Julie started walking towards the garage.

"That'd be great, thank you, Mr. Molina." Jasper smiled, handing the suit projector that his suit is in to Ray.

Ray chuckles and shakes his head. "Jasper, how many times do I have to tell you to call me Ray?"

Jasper sheepishly smiles. "Sorry."

"Just letting you know, I know that you and Julie are together." Ray told him and he had an expression on his face that Jasper wasn't for sure what it was.

A nervous expression forms on Jasper's face and he stumbles over his words. "O-Oh, um, I-I'm sorry, I know we should've told you, but it just happened so fast, and we haven't even been together that long." He smiles nervously. "We were planning on telling you and Carlos soon though."

Ray laughs. "Jasper, calm down. I'm not mad. I'm actually glad you two are together." He smiles at him. "You two are perfect for each other."

A relieved smile tugs on Jasper's lips. "So that means you approve of me dating your daughter?"

"I couldn't think of anyone else better for her." Ray responded.

Jasper could feel his face heat up and he smiles widely. "Good to know." He smiles awkwardly after a few moments of awkward silence. He drags out the first word he says next. "And I'm gonna go now." He turned around and walked towards the garage, seeing that Julie had the doors opened already and was inside, looking around at the dark place with a sad expression.

"Knock knock." Jasper said to let Julie know of his presence. He walked over to her, smiling back at her when she glanced at him with a small smile.

Julie sighs, glancing up. "I...I know I already told you guys this, but thank you, guys."

"Yeah, thank you for everything." Jasper adds, smiling sadly as he thought of the phantoms. "We love you, guys."

"You're welcome. And we love you too." Reggie's voice is heard and then they could hear Alex groaning with annoyance.

"Dude!" Luke complained quietly.

Jasper furrows his eyebrows, sharing a confused with Julie. Julie walks over to turn on the light and Jasper's eyes widen, his heart aching with sadness when he saw the phantoms laying on the floor in pain. It looked like the phantoms had been hiding in the darkness since the performance.

"Why...Why are you here? We...We thought..." Julie stumbled over her words, tears building up in her eyes. She walked towards the phantoms with Jasper.

"We thought you guys crossed over." Jasper finished for her, feeling tears beginning to build up in his eyes when the phantoms were hit with another jolt and the phantoms groaned in pain and coughed. The jolt looked like it was stronger than the last one he saw Luke got the other day which only worried him more.

"No...No!" Julie cries out. "Why didn't you cross over?"

The phantoms did their best to sit up, they were still holding onto themselves where they were hurt. "I guess playing the Orpheum wasn't our unfinished business." Alex answered.

"Point Caleb." Reggie muttered.

"We wanted you guys to think that we crossed over, so we pretended to." Luke explains. "We just..." He glances at the two teens with teary eyes. Jasper frowns, he had never seen Luke so upset before. "We had nowhere else to go."

"We thought you'd go straight to bed." Reggie said to Julie. He glances at Jasper. "And we didn't think that you'd be with her."

"Yeah, well," Alex stands up, holding onto his right arm. "I knew they were gonna come out here, but nobody ever listens to me."

Jasper would've chuckled at his remark if this wasn't such a heartbreaking moment. Jasper and Julie watches helplessly as the phantoms were hit with another jolt. Jasper walks over to his brother with a tear rolling down his cheek. He desperately wanted to help him and Alex and Luke someway or at least be able to touch them to comfort them but he and Julie couldn't even do that. He stayed standing, hating feeling so helpless and useless while his brother and friends are in pain.

"You have to save yourselves right now." Julie demanded.

Jasper nods in agreement. "Yes, who cares if you have to play in a houseband for eternity," He sniffles, wiping tears away from his eyes. "At least you guys won't be destroyed by those jolts."

"Yes. Please." Julie pleads, her voice cracking as she speaks. "It's better than not existing at all." She gestures to the door. "Please just go. Go! Poof out! Do something!" Jasper watches her with sadness. He very much hated seeing people he cared for in pain and to make it worse the girl he loved was sad and he couldn't do anything about either one. "Please." Julie gestures to herself and Jasper. "Do it for us."

Reggie sits on the edge of the chair by him, shaking his head. "We're not going back there." Jasper frowned. He understood why the phantoms didn't want to go back to Caleb's club, but he'd rather them go back there than them be in pain during their last moments before they were destroyed by the jolts.

Luke stands up, breathing heavily as he walks over to stands in front of Jasper and Julie. "No music is worth making, if we're not making it with you guys." He breaths shakily, shaking his head. "No regrets."

Jasper smiles sadly at him and then his eyes widen with surprise when Julie and Luke suddenly hugged. They actually hugged each other. They were touching when they shouldn't be. Luke's a ghost, Julie's a human. How are they touching? Hope filled him because if Luke and Julie can touch, then maybe he could finally hug Reggie, and Alex too.

"I love you guys." Julie sniffls. She pulls away after realizing she could touch Luke. Luke glowed yellow hue color during the hug and Julie stares at him in disbelief. "How can I feel you?"

"I...I...I don't know." Luke stammers. "I feel stronger."

"Okay, I gotta try something." Jasper muttered, he couldn't wait any longer to find out. He walked over to Reggie and hesitantly touched his arm. The brothers shared a surprised look when Jasper's hand didn't go through. They both laughed in disbelief and stood up, not wasting anytime to pull each other into a long overdue hug. Just like what happened with Luke, Reggie glowed the same yellow hue.

"Hey," Reggie said after they pull away from the hug with a wide-eyed expression on his face. "Now I feel stronger too."

Jasper shares a smile with Julie and she nods. "Group hug." Julie called out and everyone gathered by Julie and Luke. Jasper stood between Julie and Reggie as they all wrapped their arms around each other in a tight hug. The three phantoms glowed brighter, causing the five teens to pull back with a gasp when they noticed.

"Woah. Now I..I definitely don't feel as weak anymore." Reggie smiled and Luke chuckled.

"Yeah, me neither." Alex agrees. He shakes his head and sheepishly smiles. "Not that, you know, I was ever that weak."

His friends look at him with amused smile and they all chuckled. The three phantoms reached for their wrists in unison. Jasper and Julie watched with shock as Caleb's stamp on their wrist, floated up into the air, and disintegrated.

"What do you think that means?" Julie questioned.

"No clue." Jasper replied.

Luke smiles at the two teens. "I think the band's back."

The five teens smile at each other. "You guys think we could try that hug thing one more time?" Alex asked shyly.

Jasper chuckles. "Sure, Alex." The five teens pulled each other into a group hug again.

"Hugs are good." Alex commented and they all laughed, pulling away from the hug.

Reggie grins at them. "I like this."

"Me too." Julie agreed.

"Me three." Jasper cut in, chuckling along with them and they all hugged each other again.

"We played the Orpheum!" Julie cheered.

They all jumped around happily with their arms still wrapped around each other as they laughed. Jasper and Julie had no clue if the physical touch with the phantoms (well they're not exactly phantoms anymore) was permanent, but that didn't matter now. What mattered is that J.J. and the Phantoms are back together, and they knew that together they could get through whatever came next.
