Brett/Kailee (Brailee)

      Brett smiled as he saw his girlfriend, Kailee watching The Fault In Our Stars.

      Kailee Mitchell had always been a hunter. Kailee was a full hunter, constantly hunting werewolves here and there. That was until she met Brett Talbot when she was running from assassins. He saved her life after Scott had saved his. After she was saved, Kailee began falling head over heels for Brett. That was until they were mocking each other and Brett shut her up with a kiss. It was at that moment that when she fell in love with Brett, she no longer wanted to hunt werewolves, but help them cause she learned from Lydia that "Not all monsters do monstrous things. Like Scott."

   Brett and Kailee have been living in an apartment together for the last 9 months. After Kailee found out she was pregnant and told Brett about it, the two decided to move into an apartment where they could be in. All these 9 months, Brett's sister, Lori had been helping them.

      Kailee then became allies with Scott's pack as well as Satomi's.

      Now, Kailee was carrying Brett's child. She thought it was going to be a boy, but Brett was hoping for a girl. He wanted to spoil her, deal with her boy troubles, be the overprotective dad to a girl who will once in a while will say "I hate you, I wish you were dead."

      "Man, I wish we had a love story like Hazel and Augustus, minus the cancer part." Kailee said as Brett kisses her head. "Hey." Brett said as he lifted Kailee's chin up to him, so that she was looking at him. "You will always be my Hazel Grace." he said. "And you will always be my Augustus Waters." Kailee said as she placed a hand on his cheek. "And we have our little Isaac or Kayla." Kailee said as she placed Brett's hand on her belly. The two lovers smiled as they felt their baby kick.

    Kailee let out a little grunt as soon as the baby kicked, making her sit up from the couch with a confused expression written on her face. Brett noticed this and bent down next to her as she winced. "Kailee?" he asked. "Brett. The baby. It's coming." the young hunter said as she clutched her stomach.

     "The car doesn't have gas. It's raining outside. There is only one way we can get to the hospital." Brett said. Kailee looked at him. She knew that the only way to the hospital was that Brett would have to carry her all the way.

     Kailee screamed as she felt a contraction in her stomach, as if someone was stabbing her with a knife. Without thinking, Brett scooped her up bridal style and ran out the door, into the falling rain.

     As Brett was running through the streets, all he could think was 'Is she gonna make it?' 'Is she gonna be alright?' 'Will my child make it?'

     "Brett!" Kailee screamed in pain as she clutched his shirt, which made Brett run faster, he almost slipped. "We'll get there, Kailee!" Brett said as the rain was pouring on them really hard, but he didn't care. All he wanted to do was get his girlfriend and soon-to-be child to the hospital.

     After what seemed like forever, but was actually 15 minutes, they were finally at the hospital. When Brett walked through the hospital doors, holding a crying Kailee, he looked around, the water dripping from them. "Help! Somebody please help!" he shouted.

     The one to respond was Melissa. Kailee felt a sigh of relief when she saw her. Melissa McCall had always been like a mother figure to Kailee. She had met her when Scott offered Kailee to live with them. Melissa was like the mother Kailee never had. Sure, Kailee had her birth mom, but she was just a ruthless, psychotic bitch that only wanted to kill werewolves and violated the family code. Melissa was more of a mother figure to Kailee as Kailee was more of a daughter to Melissa.

     "Brett! Kailee! What's happening?!" Melissa said in shock. "She's in labor!" Brett said as Kailee screamed when another contraction hit her. "Okay. Bring her over to room 225." Melissa said two doctors, one of them being Scott (he got a job as a doctor a few months after his twins were born) who brought a stretcher and Brett out Kailee on it. On the way to the room, Kailee screamed in pain as Brett was taking the pain away from her.

    When they got to the room, Melissa helped to put Kailee in a hospital gown. When Scott came in, he could see the panic in Kailee's face. They knew she was going to have to give birth now. "Okay. On the count of three, push, okay?" Scott asked her. Kailee nodded her head. "One, two, three, push!" Scott said. Kailee screamed, crushing Brett's hand as she pushed.

     Kailee had never felt this much pain in her life. Sure, there were werewolf scratches, cutting from practicing ring daggers, losing her family, and almost losing Scott to a virus, but this was more. She was giving birth to her soon-to-be child, and it was a very painful birth, like her bones were being cracked at one time.

     "Push, Kailee! It's almost out!" Scott said. "It hurts to much!" Kailee sobbed. "Shhhh. Its okay. You will make it. Just think about our little baby. How they will look like Our baby is alive because you chose not to give it up and I'm pretty sure the baby doesn't want to stay in there forever! You can do this!" Brett said. The Beta's words motivated her and she gave a loud scream that was louder than Lydia's normal one or banshee one before giving one final push.

    If her baby was gonna be a boy, he would have brown hair with green eyes and fair skin with very hamdsome features. If it was a girl, she wanted her to have her reddish brownish hair, hazel eyes, and slightly fair skin. The image of her child made her forget she was in pain.

    Then, a cry was heard in the room.

     "Congratulations, Brett and Kailee! You have a beautiful baby girl!" Melissa said as Scott cut the umbilical cord and handed the baby to his mom, who went to go wash her, him following behind her. "You did it, Kailee. I'm so proud of you." Brett said as he gave her forehead a soft kiss. "Well, I couldn't have done it without you." Kailee said as she grabbed Brett's hand and intertwined their fingers.

     "Guys."

    They turned to see Scott there, holding their newborn in a white blanket. Scott walked over to them and handed the baby to Kailee, who took her into her arms. Scott smiled as he walked away, giving the new family some quality time. The couple smiled as they looked at their daughter. "She's so beautiful." Kailee said. "Just like you." Brett said before she leaned up and gave him a soft kiss. "We made a beautiful miracle." Kailee said.

     "What should her name be?" Kailee asked. "I was thinking of something with the letter 'K'. Katie, Kaitlyn, Kali, Kayla, or Kira." Brerr said. "Kayla." Kailee said. "Okay. What should her middle name be?" Brett asked. "Hazel." Kailee replied. "From The Fault In Our Stars?" Brett asked with a smile. "Yes." Kailee said with a smile. "Okay. Kayla Hazel Talbot."

     Kailee gasped as she saw her daughter's eyes open. They were a beautiful hazel color. "Brett. Look at her eyes. Just like her middle name." she said. Brett looked at his daughter and smiled. Their daughter had Kailee's hazel eyes. They watched as their daughter's eyes flashed to gold. "Looks like we have a little werewolf." Kailee said with a smile.
