Background: 

Derek Westbrook aka Frost is a member of Task Force 141, he had a rough childhood. He was an orphan and stole bread from the shop. When he was a teenager, he was a gangster with his gang called "Ice Age Gang". An undefeated gang.

Later he got enough money and move to Japan. he met a girl called Rika Watanabe when she was harassed by a stalker, he threatened the stalker to leave her alone. The stalker is scared and runs away, Rika is grateful for Derek before they become friends.

Derek is recruited by Task Force 141, and he joins Task Force 141 to fight the terrorists, meets Roach & Ghost, and becomes friends. Later Frost finds interest in Misaki and he knows Misaki's friends are idiots sometimes. Now Frost aids Roach in a battle against the new threat.
