Being beside Boboiboy almost made her feel safe but somehow, Yaya could feel that there is something that is keeping an eye behind their backs. Whenever she glance back, the sound of the bare feet would stop. Noticing that her friend was ahead of her, she started to pick up her pace, but unexpectedly, she got tripped at something.

"Yaya?" Boboiboy glanced back at her and saw her standing up. "Were you okay?"

She was nodding her head continuously and ran next to him, "Boboiboy... Have you noticed it?"

His friend was looking at the eerie surroundings and calmly smiled, "I know. Just don't wander away from me. Come," They started walking ahead, the fogs suddenly becoming thick Yaya couldn't help but reach out to her friend's shoulder.

The thick fogs have been covering between them and Yaya could not make out Boboiboy but at least, she can still feel him by her shaking hands. They have been walking deeper into the thick fog and Yaya could feel that her friends had somehow shrunk into something she can't make out.

"B-Boboiboy?" She began to call for him shakily. Suddenly, he stopped. And behind the thick fogs, Yaya can now see that she had been with a different figure.

All she saw was a boy, shorter than Yaya with disheveled skin; face so dark and old; mouth hanging open showing off its brown canine teeth; white eyes twitching back and forth. It silently cries, "Mama,"

And she was frozen in her place. She looked down into where she had placed her hands- on the lean shoulder under the torn clothes of the little boy. He was starting to cry blood and he constantly repeated, in a sad and lamenting voice, "Mama,"

"Yaya!"

Boboiboy could see the obvious horror written all over Yaya's scared face which was staring at him for a long time.

Yaya could feel the little boy reaching out to her face, and with that, she had finally saw the clear emotion behind his white and blank eyes- sadness and loneliness. It started shaking her, "Mama,"

"Yaya! Hey, Yaya!" Boboiboy was shaking her on her shoulders. "Yaya!"

Looking deeply at the once ugly white orbs, Yaya started to feel guilty. She reached out to the disheveled face of the little boy and traced the old scars and wounds. This made Boboiboy frozen in his place, he noticed her scared feature changed into a sad and kind one, something he had always admired about her. He tried calling out to her again, in a calmer tone, "Yaya?"

Stepping out of her trance, Yaya noticed her sinful hands to her friend's surprised face. Her eyes wided, "OH I'M SO SORRY!" She was stepping away from him, waving her hands in front to cover her blushing face.

Both of them didn't notice that the thick fog had been gone a moment ago.

Yaya keep on repeating, "I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY!"

The oblivious lad throw her a confused look, "You looked so scared and you froze a moment ago. Were you okay, Yaya?"

Remembering the little boy she saw, she had forgotten her embarrassment. She stared off the distance, her breath slow and deep, "I-I thought you were that boy... He- he looked so sad. He keeps on calling 'Mama'. I- I don't know, w-was I hallucinating? B-but I'm sure he was there."

Boboiboy gave her a weird look and blinked his eyes. Then she gave her an understanding look, "It's okay. It's okay." He comforted. "This place is creepy so we gotta have to focus on finding the others, okay?"

Yaya wasn't listening. She looked around the now clear area they are both in. What caught her eye was the humongous ferris wheel which stood ahead of them.

She heard Boboiboy muttered, "Terbaik," maybe because he was also shock as she is to see a very grand ferris wheel.

It was surprising to see that even if it was so big, no fogs could be seen passing by through it. It was blinking slowly a colorful lights, and the silent screech of the old metal sound was heard on the eerie place. The ferris wheel had moved slowly, and with the lights blinking slowly, Yaya could see something sitting on one of the approaching pod.

As it got closer, she was surprised to see the little boy looking back at her silently, his white eyes still twitching back and forth. Blinking, she was surprised he was not there anymore making the ferris wheel empty again.

"Yaya," she heard Boboiboy calling her, "You're losing your focus."

Before she could reply, she suddenly heard a nearby crying of someone. Even in the silent screeching of the old metal bars of the ferris wheel, the cry was soaking their atmosphere.

Boboiboy was surprised that Yaya had involuntarily ran towards the eerie cry, behind the shadows of the ferris wheel. Alarmed at the unsung danger, he called her, "Yaya! Wait!"

Flying through nearby, Yaya landed on the ground silently looking through the darkness. She was not scared anymore, she was instead worried so suddenly at that little boy. She can still Boboiboy running towards her. The cry became a muffle until went silent afterwards. When Boboiboy reached Yaya's side, they heard a sudden noise inside the darkness, no, it was a sound of a music box.

The eerie wind suddenly blew past them, but it was cold and soft. It was as if someone was tugging at each of their hands, swinging it against the melody of the creepy sound of the music box. They both stared at each other, when the invincible figure, which was swinging each of their hands, was standing in between them, giving them a shy smile.

To Boboiboy's surprise, he uttered a surprised shriek he thought he could not utter. He was backing away and was touching his chest, catching his breath. But what surprised him was that Yaya was throwing him an angry glare. He saw her comforting the disabled little boy.

Yaya gave him a sweet smile. Something inside her always tug whenever she saw a little boy. She remembers her little brother who was on Earth. Was she been a good big sister?

Boboiboy was surprised Yaya had casually but softly ruffled the incomplete hair of the kid. He heard her say, "Hey, big brother over there did not mean to look different a moment ago. He was just surprised." She was giving him another sweet smile as she levelled on his small figure.

She added, "What brings you here?" But the boy's disheveled face and twitching white eyes looked placid. "A-Are you alone?"

Blinking, he pointed upwards, his destroyed mouth hanging open. Boboiboy and Yaya both look up to see the ferris wheel still moving.

"Eh..." They heard the little boy say, his voice somehow unclear. "Eh.."

Yaya was deciphering his movement. He looked happy unlike a moment ago, which he looked sad. Something inside her read what he wants. "You want to ride the ferris wheel again?"

Nodding happily, the boy replied, "Eh! Eh!"

Biting her lip, hiding away her excitement, she gave her hand to him. "Come on!"

Boboiboy was left in shock as he saw them running away from him towards the next pod. He couldn't understand why something inside him screamed that it was wrong so he decided to ran to them.

"Yaya! Yaya!" He called at his friend who was laughing at the ghostly figure beside her. Something is not right here, he could feel it. Seeing her hoisting the kid inside the pod, he sped up to catch them. "YAYA!"

Locking eyes with his pink hijab friend, he can only saw tranquility and a distant longing in her eyes. "He wants you to join us. Come on, Boboiboy!"

He stopped her, "Yaya! Remember that we still have to find Ying, Gopal and Fang!"

This somehow made her stop. "B-But... He is lonely and sad all alone here." She looked back at the silent boy sitting beside her.

Boboiboy scratched his neck in frustration, "Yay--"

"Mama," they heard the boy said.

Boboiboy scrunched his brows when he saw the little kid hugging Yaya behind. What the heck is this thing planning?

Yaya was still giving him a pat on his head, "Come now, Boboiboy! Join us!" She pointed to the sit near her.

Boboiboy give the boy a serious look as he entered the pod. Instantly, they feel it moving slowly. He heard Yaya giggling happily together with the kid.

Something inside him ached as he remembered Yaya must be missing his little brother. And spending time with that ghost kid must have made her quite happy. He did not noticed that he was scrunching his brows again, still meticulously looking at any sudden attacks.

"What's your name?" Yaya asked but the boy was still blinking at her.

"Mama," he would always reply.

"Maybe he wants you to be his mother," Boboiboy said silently. Noticing Yaya smiling at him sweetly, she glance back at the boy and touched his nose softly.

"But big sister Yaya and big brother Boboiboy still has to look for their friends. You want to join us?" She offered, giving him a big smile.

Smiling, the little boy was nodding happily which made Yaya happy too. Boboiboy also noticed something behind her eyes, it was longing. And deep down inside him too, something was tugging at him, flipping pages as to why and how is he feeling so lightly at the two.

"Boboiboy. He wants you to sit next to him." Yaya said.

This made Boboiboy debate himself. He looked at the silent boy, his white eyes silently waiting for him to do it. He looked at Yaya's hopeful and encouraging face until he complied.

Sitting silently next to him, Boboiboy noticed on how his white twitching eyes glow with pure happiness. This tug his heart and made him relax. He smiled, "Hey."

Grabbing Yaya's hand and his, the little boy slowly rock each of their hands back and forth on his small lap. Boboiboy noticed that he was wearing an almost worn out and filthy pants. He was cuddling both of their hands, rocking them back and forth, a pure happiness evident on his disheveled face. The little boy looked at Boboiboy, showing off his brown teeth, smiling. Boboiboy smiled back.

As the pod was still slowly moving, Boboiboy again looked at how Yaya seemed to go easy and calm at the boy. This had somehow worried him.

Surprised on why the boy was placing Yaya's hand on his, he looked at Yaya's shocked eyes. They heard the little boy giggling, as he rocked their now clasping hands, humming the tune of the creepy and sad music box Boboiboy had remembered.

Somehow, Yaya managed to casually unclasped her hands from Boboiboy and to the rough palms of the little boy. She gave him a pat on his head, "Why were you crying last time, hmm?"

Still holding Boboiboy's hand, he somehow replied again,"Mama,"

"Oh. Your mama is not around? Y-You're looking for your mama? Where might she be?"

The little boy's smile was replaced with a sad one. "Mama," he repeated but added, "Away. Mad. Sad." He let go of Boboiboy's hand, "Me," he pointed to himself, "Look. Mama. Sad."

"Oh... I'm sorry to hear that." Yaya comforted him but he was smiling at her again. Reaching out to each of their hands to sway them silently and softly.

"Yaya." Boboiboy called at her. Yaya looked at his brown eyes shining when the moonlight hit them. "Was that one who attacked you must be the one he is talking?"

Remembering it, Yaya's eyes went wide. If it is true, what could this little boy do to them? But he seems not dangerous, yet.

Their eyes were still observing at his cradling figure. Suddenly, a distant familiar scream and cry rang below them.

"Gopal?!" They stared at each other.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Gopal screamed for the hundredth times as he let his adrenaline rush taking over him, running past Ying and Fang. "I DON'T WANT TO DIE! I DON'T WANT TO DIE! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! MAMA! PAPA! BOBOIBOOOOOOOY! WAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"GOPAL! STOP SCREAMING! YOU'RE MAKING IT GO WILDER! STOP!" Ying chided him, running past the tired Fang.

"W-Woi! Wait for me!" Fang reached out Ying's left pigtails.

She swatted his hands, "Quit it, Spikehead! Run for your life, you traitor!" She looked behind him, still running. Fang noticed them to grow big as he heard her screamed, "WAAAAAAH! SHE'S GAINING ON YOU, FAAAAANG!"

Fang screamed at the top of his lungs, "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! NO! NOOOOOO!" He prayed for another adrenaline rush but it seemed like he ran out. Whatever attacks he, Gopal, and Ying would do, that thing would definitely won't back down. "Where the F*** is Boboiboy and Yaya?!"

The three running figures ran like there was a marathon, and were completing the invincible finish line.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA! PLEASE! CAN SOMEONE STOP THAT THING ALREADY?!" Gopal was jamming up his watch, hoping to get a signal back to the station. He screamed at his watch even though he knows that no one will listen to it, "COMMANDER KOKOCI! LAKSAMANA TARUUNG! I WILL DEFINITELY HAUNT YOU WHEN I DIE AT THIS CREATURE!"

"YIIIING!" They hastily look up to see Boboiboy and Yaya jumping off the humongous ferris wheel.

"BOBOIBOOOOY!" Somehow, this made Gopal and not to mention about Fang, think that both of their newly arrived friends were like gods, descending from heavens to save them and purify that creature.

"YAYAAAAAAAAAA!" Ying was glad to see her friend. Dang. They are all scared, and tired.

When they had neared them, they stopped when they saw another disabled figure hiding behind Boboiboy.

Gopal pointed at the little boy in full horror, "BOBOIBOY! SOMETHING IS BEHIND YOU! FINISH IT BEFORE IT ATTACKS YOU!"

"Stop it, Gopal." Boboiboy shot him a look.

Fang interjected, "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!"

Ying glanced back at the figure that was once behind their trail. To her surprise, it stopped a few meters away from them. Still and quiet, unlike the three of them, huffing.

Yaya opened her speech, "I think that that lady over there just wanted to be reunited with her son," she pointed at the little boy who is now beside his dino capped friend.

"How are you sure? Maybe if you would do that, they will both start assembling and turn into one. This could be our end. That thing over there!" Fang pointed, voice in panic rang above them, "That's a serious problem we are having! It seemed like it's not getting tired!"

Yaya gave him a confident look, "I am so sure, Fang." She walk near the trembling little boy and comforted him, "Shhh. They are our friends. They won't hurt you, okay? Mom is over there. You can be reunited at last!" She encouraged him.

Ying looked back at the still figure away from them, her eyes alert at any sudden attack.

Boboiboy was surprised the little boy tugging his hands and shaking his head, hiding away. "What's wrong?"

"Eh..." He pointed at the figure. Ying started to catch her breathe when she saw the figure started walking in a limping manner, slowly. They can hear it sobbing and sniffing.

"G- Give me back..." It started talking, her white eyes was filled with brown blood, "M-My baby..." She reached out, limply walking slowly towards them. This made Gopal hug at Fang on which, for the first time, he doesn't mind, as together, they both catch their breaths.

Something on the figure suddenly made Ying remember someone, but it was vague. She couldn't make out who.

She was sniffing, "M-My baby... Come to me... Come to Mama." She stopped a few meters away from them. Ying was standing almost next to her.

The little boy smiled down to Yaya as he held her hands, "Eh!" He pointed at his 'mom'.

"Yes. Everything is fine now," somehow, her voice started to crack, she don't know why.

The little figure was still tugging her right hand as it started to walk, also dragging Boboiboy's left one. Gopal and Fang were surprised,

"Hey,"

"I will miss you both, especially to you Boboiboy,"

Ying gave them a shot of warning look to stop their noises. She was observing at why Boboiboy and Yaya were enjoying the company of that disabled little boy. She saw him swinging each of their hands, as they are happy family. Suddenly, in a flash, it was running back at her. She froze again looking at how he looked so happy. She thought that it would attack her, but instead, the little figure was hugging at her legs. Jumping happily, she saw him giving her a smile.

Probably that was one of the most innocent and the happiest smile she had ever seen, even in his disabled look. That had warmed her heart and somehow, she had to control her tears. Why? Why does she can feel a familiarity? Probably the innocence and the happiness of this boy mirrors all of the contented and innocent souls of this once grand carnival. She returned his pure smile with her cheerful and energetic one. "Go and reunite with your mom, little one!" She softly ruffled his hair. He gave her a one last hug and turned to Fang and Gopal. He waved them goodbye and ran back to Yaya and Boboiboy. That little boy is so sweet she had to smile at herself.

Running towards his mother's already open arms, they embraced each other tightly. Boboiboy looked at Yaya who was sniffing her tears away at the sight. He turned to look at Ying who was also wiping her tears hastily. He doesn't get why girls are so sensitive.

Even in her limping condition, she had managed to carry her son's figure on her arms.

What surprised the five teenagers were her left white eye suddenly detached from her socket. She caught it on her left hand and extended it towards Boboiboy and Yaya.

It was surprising to see that it was moving until it was starting to float on the disheveled palm.

"Ghostbot?!" Yaya and Boboiboy gasped, surprised. Hearing the discovery of the power sphera they have been finding, Ying Gopal, and Fang ran close to them.

"I am impressed at how you managed to find me. You all must be special, as I see. For you have managed to melt the deep rage of this lady over here." The power sphera floated next to the mother and son.

"No. It was because of that boy. He is... He is so sweet... And brave." Yaya smiled as she remembered how he looked shy on their first encounter.

They could see the mother rocking her son back and forth with full of love. Ghostbot turned to them, "You see, everything in this place," he flew up to them, swirling at the freedom it had, "Some souls aren't completely dead, but they still live. That lady had survived for these past years with deep rage, but could not escape this place for a barrier had been put on. She had lived only just for her son."

"If she had lived for these past years, she must be very old. And weak. Were you the one giving her powers?" Boboiboy asked.

The white power sphera sheepishly smiled at them, "Heheh. I'm sorry if we caused you any trouble. I thought you're also one of the bad guys."

Gopal chuckled silently. He wanted to scream angrily. Noticing that the two limping figures were watching them, he internally screamed. Asking for a protection to Fang, he was dismissed immediately.

"Tch. Get away from me, Gopal." He said.

"So... Is this a goodbye then?" Boboiboy gave the little boy and his mom his usual grin.

Ghostbot glanced at his last wielder, "I can see that it is. You won't need me anymore. But I will surely miss you too."

She waved at them, smiling, even though she now had only a single eye. To the girls, it was the prettiest. She was walking away from them, limping but was happy to be reunited with her son. The little boy waved his small hands to them.

Seeing their retreating figure, Yaya unconsciously saw her future self on that limping woman and that little boy a familiarity she still had to find.

The boys had talked with the power sphera, but Ying went near her best friend. Resting her hand to her shoulder, "Probably one of the most emotional retrieval, yet." She laughed.

She was still looking at their backs until darkness had consumed them. She was holding her hands on her chest, a habit she always do when she is either worried or in deep thinking. The foresight she saw bothered her, yet it made it also happy.

She looked at her best friend and hugged her. This made Ying surprised but she laughed sweetly at her friend and hugged her back tightly. Man, they sure had a tiring day on this mission.

Lol. I hope you like this three chapter, Haunted. What were you thinking lately? Especially on the foresight of Yaya?

I hope you did feel great on the moments of the ferris wheel guys. For me it was cute. Too cute. Amp!

Author's Note:  EXPLANATION

To anyone who haven't guessed why Yaya is acting a bit of familiarity towards the little boy, yes, the boy is her son.

Yaya is that woman in deep range.

Why? WHY?

Let me put like this:

Parallel Worlds. It's like, there are a bunch of you on the other world or dimension. Let's say, you are just a normal teenager reading on this story but to the other dimension, you could be the queen bee, or an alien, an ant, or you could already be a mother, or still a baby.

In the other world, Yaya had lived with Boboiboy and had a son. (Yes. Celebrate BoYa fans, celebrate!)

I could generally say that when Carnivalia XYII was attacked, Yaya and his son somehow got separated. But of course, this made her in deep range knowing that innocent people have been killed. And betting on her guesses, she have to find her son, dead or alive. That's why Ghostbot granted her powers to manage her to keep up.

Imagine Yaya lived in the other world, but without powers. Her and Boboiboy living a normal life, normal alien life. Boboiboy had been long dead with the attack, leaving only Yaya and her son living- but are in deep loneliness and range.

To anyone who wondered why the little boy hugged Ying, yeah. She is his aunt in that dimension. But I am not speaking that she ended up with Fang. Guys. Probability. It's my story. No need to hate me. Gosh. Calm down.

Yes. I somehow connected the familiarity but with vagueness to their feelings. Mind you guys, your feelings from the other world is not connected to you on the other. I just made it up.

Lastly, isn't the ferris wheel moment cute? (Okay. It's just me.)
