BoBoiBoy and Fang have been best of friends since childhood.

They were practically inseparable.

In fact, Fang considers BoBoiBoy as his brother more than his own brother by blood, which was Kaizo.

They were like twins. Same style of outfit, same school, and they even go to the same doctor.

One time, BoBoiBoy had a failing health. They brought him to the hospital.

He was diagnosed with some kind of fatal disease.

They tried to cure him, and it was successful.

But here's where the plot twist comes forth.

The doctors were confused as to how BoBoiBoy had survived the disease so easily.

Most of them though that it's because of his power watch.

Because BoBoiBoy and Fang have their power watches in this story.

They were gifts from OchoBot when they saved him from a hunter. TAPOPS came to retrieve him afterwards, but left them their power watches.

But one doctor wasn't convinced.

Which was their main doctor.

He tried hard to figure out how it happened.

It wasn't until Fang was brought to the hospital when he found out.

That BoBoiBoy and Fang's medical data were switched.

By then, Fang's disease was incurable, and was spreading quickly.

No one could do anything.

Kaizo kept apologizing to him, sorry that he hadn't been a good brother to him.

Albeit weakly, he forgave him.

BoBoiBoy stayed by his side till his last day.

And Fang was thankful that he had him as his brother, in everything but blood.
